Kinda feels like they don't want to be bothered with small jobs. Couldn't even get them to walk outside and look at the mirror I'd broken off my Acura. Another shop took five minutes to do the estimate and got the job. It's an insurance job, so it's not like I was asking them to screw a mirror onto a $200 beater, they were gonna make bank anyway on an insurance claim. On June 30th, my brand new 2025 vehicle was egged causing damage to the paint on the hood. I turned it into insurance and they recommended Caliber Collision in Bloomington Indiana, worst mistake was taking my vehicle here... it's been one month and one week since the vandalism to my vehicle and I'm still not satisfied with the work Caliber Collision done to my vehicle. After picking my vehicle up the first time, there were black marks on the hood in multiple spots that were not there when I dropped it off. I brought this to their attention and they said they would get this issue fixed. Also, my door visor was removed and reinstalled incorrectly causing the rubber gasket around the window to be damaged. When it was raining, water was dripping into my vehicle from their poor repair. When I brought it to them to check my issues, they scratched my door visor. I again left my vehicle there to have their mistakes repaired and was called by the manager who said my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving, the same black marks were on my hood, clearly the work wasn't checked before having the manager call to tell me my vehicle was ready. I yet again left my vehicle with them last week and was told it would be ready today. I went to pick up my vehicle today and the black marks on the hood were fixed but my vehicle was left a mess. There was buffing compound all over my windshield and windshield wipers, there is dirty marks on the fabric inside, green marker still on my vehicle, trash from the repairs left in the back seat, and an oily substance on my driver side floor matt that has caused the break and gas pedal to become very slippery. I would give less than one star if possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. After having my car crashed into they deemed it a total loss, never communicated with us, never received their estimate after we were told we would receive text updates. my car was left in the lot with both windows down while we had rain and snow. After finally getting my car back they did a piss poor job putting it back together. passenger mirror is not on correctly and flops around while driving, interior has dirt all over it, my front turn signals don't work and my check engine light is on ( all were perfect when it was left with them.) zero integrity at this business. absolute nightmare read more

I would have love to have taken my truck to caliber for some repairs, but unfortunately they refused service to me due to rust issues (light rust on the fender). I would have paid to have the rust issues fixed and re-painted. Unfortunately they said they don't deal with any rust issues. I find that very unbelievable because almost every vehicle has rust issues at some point. I believe they just don't want that kind of business. I had a very good experience the last time I took my truck (same truck) a few years ago to have some minor repairs done to the opposite side fender. Unfortunately it looks like they are too picky for my business now. I'll be looking for another repair center to help me with my issue. read more

This will be my first and last experience with Caliber Collision. To begin my experience, I was rear ended the first week of August. Upon learning from my insurance company (Farmers) that I had to use Caliber or pay an extra $2600 out of my pocket, against my better judgement i chose to do so. When I contacted Caliber, I was given a date and time to bring in the car. It was about 5 weeks out roughly. Upon dropping off the car, I was told that I would recieve text periodically to keep me up to date on the progress of my repair. I have recieved several updates, unfortuanatly, they just are not accurate. Long story short, 7 weeks later, I still do not have my car. It has been one excuse after another. Waiting on parts, letting paint dry so on and so forth. I was finally given a call yesterday December 26th saying that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I could see immidiatley, mis-aligned body parts, bad paint, my car was filthy on the interior and stained where they had stored old body parts in the passenger seat while waiting. This has been a terrible experience. I did not leave yesterday with my 2009 Chevy Corvette with only 30,000 miles on it. Perhaps I should have and taken it somewhere else. We will see how this plays out. read more

Truly a hellish experience. They tried to charge for a ton of work they did not do. The lied about preordering parts, then lied about the parts coming in, then lied about the parts not fitting, then tried to charge $800 to paint a bumper they did not paint. They said it would take three days to replace a couple parts but they kept the car for three weeks. Then, they stole $300 of stuff from the back seat of the car! The manager said that nobody had ever done anything like that, was extremely rude, and did not call me back as promised. You are better off just driving a wrecked car than having these thieves work on it. Avoid at all costs! read more

I chose Caliber Collision because my insurance suggested I do so, however I'll be choosing them moving forward because of the amazing experience I had. Victor worked hard tracking down a part QUICKLY that I was worried we'd not get, then he kept us posted every step of the way. Leticia was also very friendly and a great to work with. My car had been severely damaged in an accident. This was the place the insurance wanted to repair it. From the beginning they were efficient and explained the process kindly. I suffer from anxiety so i called them a lot. Everytime i called they answered my questions. They never once made me feel like i was bothering or being a hassle. They were the best. In a horrible situation they were a bright spot. I never want to deal with a situation like that again. If i have to, i am going to request Caliber in Bloomington do the work. read more

Awesome service, excellent communication and excellent quality of repairs. They towed our vehicle to their shop, worked with the insurance and started the repairs all in the first 48hrs... All repairs were completed quicker than I expected and they even vacuumed out our vehicle as well as hand washing the outside.... Thank you for the awesome work!! read more
