I contracted Zett and "Quality" Craftsmen to do my roof. Wow, that was the worst contracting experience I've ever had. If the only issue was how the trash was thrown everywhere, and the quantity of old nails left on my lawn - I wouldn't be as disappointed with the job. However, Zett admitted to not having fully inspected my roof before installing shingles. As a result, his crew shingled over multiple pieces of plywood that were rotted and molding. Zett refused to rectify the situation, which left me with a bigger bill to have to remove the shingles, replace the decking, and reapply the shingles. If that weren't enough, he was completely condescending and dismissive of the negligent job he and his team did. To compound matters, he placed my family and I in harms way with the mold that was left in the attic as a result of not appropriately inspecting my roof before installation. Hopefully, this review, along with many other reviews, will prevent someone from having a similar negative experience with this company. Stay far away from Zett and Quality Craftsmen. read more

They come across and a quality company but their not. Ive contacted the Better Business Bureau to inestigate this. I made an appointment to get a quote for remodeling our shower. But when I got a text confirmation for the appointment, it said "all homeowners and DECISION MAKERS must be present and available for 60 to 90 minutes." Big red flag. That told me it was going to be a high pressure sales job, with the sales guy trying to get me to make a decision on the spot. NO WAY am I going to make a decision in the $10k to $20k range on the same day. Shame on you guys. If you cant sell a job without high pressure, you shouldnt be in business. read more

They used double sided tape for the shower shelves, I noticed when one fell off the shower wall. The shower head is not impressive, two years in and I need to replace it. I'm embarrassed to admit publicly how much I paid. They did come out to address a luke warm water issue, but the (seeming third party) technician basically said, "yea you got what you got". Cold showers in the winter, fun. At this point these lager companies are gouging, find the craftsman who knows how to put in a good product. There should not be a sales pitch about the company and the owners and blah blah binders and such. A tool toting, knuckle busting hand should show up at your door. They should come take measurements and talk design and get it in! 8 for 8, honest craftsmanship. read more

My partner and I wanted to renovate our bathroom because we are having our wedding in our backyard in just under a month, and we wanted to be able to provide a great experience for our guests and for our bridal party who will be getting ready with us that day. We originally entered the contract on 01/10/23. We thought that 5 months should be enough time to get it done ahead of time. Today is 04-10-23, and it's looking like we'll have a half-demolished bathroom to offer our wedding guests instead. I have to say, I feel so taken advantage of. It makes me sick to my stomach that we started this process months and months ago, and we are somehow still about to have a wedding WITHOUT a bathroom that is easily accessible to our guests. It also makes me sick to think that after all of this, we actually will still owe THOUSANDS to this sham of a company. I am disgusted, and I will never recommend this company to a single soul. One aspect that is especially frustrating about this is that, in the time since we signed the contract with Quality Craftsmen -- we've already had our entire upstairs bathroom renovated by local contractors for a fraction of the price. Meanwhile, we owe THOUSANDS to a company that is giving us nothing but a gutted bathroom for our bridal party to get ready in on our wedding day. Here is a timeline of events: On 01/10/23, we entered into a contract with Quality Craftsmen. They were aware that the job needed to be finished by 05/05/23 (wedding date), and we were assured that once parts were received, the job would be done in 1 day. They were confident and assured us that this would be done before our wedding. When we checked in on the progress in February (02/20/23), we were told that the parts would be shipped around 02/27/23 - 03/03/23 and then we would have a day scheduled for the work to be done. In March (03/13/23), we checked in and we were told the agent we had been working with was not available. We were directed to reach out to another agent about the progress. A week and a half later (03/22/23), we were told by our original agent that everything "looked like it was a go". However, he was misinformed, and we still did not have a date scheduled for work to start. We requested that the work be started on 03/27/23, and they agreed. On 03/27/23, QC workers came and began their work. We thought that this was the end of the waiting process, but we were wrong. On this day, the QC employee we had been working with from the beginning informed us that he had put incomplete and incorrect information on the contract. Because of this, it would take at least another 5 weeks to receive the correct parts and complete the job. He stated to both of us at separate times that this error was his completely and took responsibility. On 03/29/23, QC workers left materials in our driveway. It's been sitting there for nearly 2 weeks, and no one from QC has made mention of why this is there, what it is, when it will be moved, or even when they will be coming back to complete the work. On 04/05/23, we asked QC if they would be willing to paint the bathroom as compensation for the mistake in our contract that they have admitted to making. They stated they would look into that and did not reach out further. Today, on 04/10/23, we called again to check in on the progress because of the lack of communication, and because we are anxious that we will have a half-done bathroom for our wedding. As others have said, I would have given no stars if possible. I hired Quality Craftsmen to redo my shower and my bathroom. In addition to putting in a new shower, they were to remove old tile from the walls and floor, put up new drywall, install laminate click flooring, and leave the room "ready to paint." Their work was extremely amateurish--they could have done a better job if they'd watched a few youtube videos. The shower head is crooked. They gave me a cheap one rather than the adjustable head with hand-held option that I was told I was getting. When I complained there were no baseboard moldings around the room, and there was a gap between the walls and the floor, they came back and glued on a bunch of knotty, warped, 2x4s all around the room. I said it looked terrible, so they came back and added a strip of cove molding on top of the 2x4s, which did not help the terrible look of the job. There is a part of the wall that is angled, and the angle of the shower doesn't match it. All in all, they came back 5 times, each team knowing less about the skills needed to do the job than the one before. The floor has uneven gaps, they scratched the new sink and toilet when removing and reinstalling them, and they left large, rough cut holes in the walls where the pipes pass through. They used the cheapest quality drywall--not green board--for the walls. In some places, the top layer of paper was torn. There was no skim coat. They also used silicone caulk to fill and smooth (not very smooth) the gaps between the moldings and the wall. Silicone caulk is not paintable. This is how they left my bathroom "ready for paint." Ultimately, I did not pay the final invoice because they hadn't earned it. I've never, in almost 40 years as a homeowner, not paid for work done. (I'd given them 8K down for the job). They put a lien on my house and never responded when I tried to reach out about this. Hiring these guys to do a bathroom is like hiring a zoo keeper to do open heart surgery. Stay away!! read more

Really would like this to be 3.5 stars. Overall, I believe we got a good product that will hopefully last a long time. It looks nice overall and, considering there were Covid delays (we got Covid, the installer got Covid, then there were supply chain issues with the glass door), it was finished within a reasonable timeline. The sales person was very nice and worked with us while we tried to make a decision. When we had issues, it took some repeated calls, but they did come out and try to fix it. In the end, we have 2 showers that don't leak and look nice. My biggest gripe is that it is not easy to clean as advertised- the floor of our shower constantly looks dirty, which is certainly disappointing for the price point. I contracted Quality Craftsman for a bathroom remodel. The workers were fine, but the crew was two people who were super late the first day of the remodel after the demo day. I had to call to find out why they were late. No heads up was given. During the remodel, my husband helped carry some of the large pieces because the crew of one guy and one woman couldn't carry some things by themselves. The remodel went longer than what I was quoted by two days and there not unexpected reasons for the delay (no mold, no issues with the plumbing). They finished on a Monday night at 10 pm. We were told not use the shower that was just finished for 24 hours. We waited 36. When we turned the shower on, no hot water. We eventually realized that the the hot and cold are backward. My husband called about the issue. I called about the issue. I was told I would be a priority for someone to come out and repair the issue. That has been weeks and no one has called to come back out. Also, another issue is the new vanity doesn't have a finished end on the exposed toe board. The main member of the crew said, "sorry, don't have a finishing piece for that." That was it. He eventually fashioned a small piece to cover some of the raw exposed wood, but it did not hide all of it. In the remodel, they were converting a small shower into a closet. I requested at the beginning that the door match the door to the bathroom. The door is similar but does not match. If I had known that, I would have picked another style completely. I'm also still looking for a painter, because they don't paint which is another hassle for this already super expensive project. read more

My townhome renovation consisted of my two main bathrooms. My townhome was constructed in 1952 & it was built of concrete block. These details are essential to understand the endurance the construction crew had to sustain to ultimately bring down my bathrooms to the studs. This job was not for the faint-hearted & Quality Craftsman assigned & provided the perfect crew for my needs. Kinser was my initial contact with Quality Craftsman. He spent an entire day with me, gathering all the necessary details to provide the perfect project for my needs. The information was turned over & 3 months later, precisely conveyed to the construction crew as well as the ordering department. Initially, I had thought this project was scheduled for two whole weeks. The construction crew, under the guidance of Kleini Corsino, finished this project within one week! I do not want people to believe this was a magical & perfect project without any issues. It was not! However, at every crossroads, Kleini found the solution to keep moving forward & to get to our goal. He was dedicated to finding the perfect matches & solutions for me. He even researched overnight to ensure he was getting my unique building's characters understood & perfected. I will disclose that I have a bit of OCD & if lines were not matched up, then Kleini was always two steps ahead of me to ensure things were aligned. My unit was built in 1952 & had original lead pipes. I had significant leaks that his crew wholly resolved. Kleini returned over the Memorial holiday to ensure that even the most minor leaks were sealed correctly. I can't say more about how much this man cares about his work & what it says about him & his crew! This is truly a lost art of dedication. I financed through two different companies & the process has been seamless. The only constructive criticism I would like to provide is that it was hard to connect to the Quality Craftsman's office leading up to the project. I never really knew if we were on schedule. I would receive emails, but I would reply & I would never receive a response. There seems to be a disconnect on that part of the communication. However, when it was time for things to be in motion, they were all over it. It was a little overwhelming because I wanted to make contact before to ensure I was ordering the correct sizes of cabinets, toilets, etc. Then, I was pressured to purchase products within certain lead times & I didn't think that was fair. However, it all worked out in the end. The communication after the completion has been diligently conveyed with multiple levels of marketing communication to get my feedback. I understand the persistence because, in today's business market, reviews are EVERYTHING! I give Quality Craftsman & especially Kleini Corsino& his crew - FIVE STARS!! read more

On June 30, 2022 I contracted with Quality Craftsmen to redo my master bath shower with an install date of the first week of December 2022. They began installation on December 5th only to find that they had the wrong shower head and hardware as well as the shelves. The basic shower was completed on the 7th but the shower shelves were not available until the end of December. So much for getting all items in stock before installation since they had 6 months. Well everything was finally completed on 12/27. On December 31st while taking a morning shower, I discovered that during the installation the hexagon glass Block Window had been cracked ( 4 block of the 6 were cracked). After the New Years Eve holiday, I contacted the Project manager to notify him of the damage (January 2nd) and was told that it was to late too report damage. I followed up the call with pictures. Stressing that this issue was caused by the installers and needed to be repaired. After not being contacted I called the office on March 27, and requested a call from a manager. Never receiving a call, I called again on April 1st this time demanding that I receive a call. Well finaly I was contacted on April 2nd by the Project manager, District Manage and the Company owner. After telling this group of the timeline and the damages done during the installation, I was told quite rudely by the owner that this was a pre-existing problem and NOT their responsibility and they would not repair my window. Since at no time shas anybody bothered to take a look at the window this is a completely invalid statement. The contractors removed my old shower using sledge hammers at times and from the picure you can see some of the damage. I STRONGLY recommend that you never use this contractor!!!!! read more

Lets start with the positive. The windows that we got are amazing, high quality double pane windows that block out 90% of the sound around us. But that is all that I can say is good. DO NOT hire them unless you have a high degree of knowledge & competency in construction methods, a ton of time to manage them & the patience to sit around waiting for answers. We started this process in February 2022, signed contracts in early March 2022. We were told that due to delays in the manufacturing process it would be 8-12 weeks to get & install the windows. They "forgot" to order them until June, delivered the windows to our house in mid August, & finally put us on their installation schedule in Sept. The 1st installation crew's botched installation was illegal & failed inspection. We provided proof of extensive leakage from Hurricane Ian. Their solution was to provide a box fan 2 weeks later. The 2nd crew finally came out in December to remove the incompetent installation & install it correctly. It is now 5 days before Christmas & we hopefully will have the trim pieces that they forgot to order just after Christmas. This 8-12 week installation timeline is now on its 45 week. Management was unresponsive & down right accusatory to us. We tried for 3 months to get them to finish bidding the project (there was work that needed to be bid after an engineering study [That we paid for] was completed). They never provided the bid. We asked both the sales rep, & the operations manager for the bid. They have completed the work & are now claiming that we "got a great discount" because of their ineptness. Spoke with Keller the GM tonight & we got a ton of run around. He refused to acknowledge or apologize for the issues they have caused. This is not surprising they have spent the last 10 months talking down to us & flat out lying. His team operates the same way he does. Due to the way this branch operates, I would not hire them ever again & will never recommend them to anyone. read more

Called them two weeks ago to get an estimate on a kitchen and bathroom remodel and left a message/ voicemail. They returned my call today almost two weeks later then proceeded to ask me what I wanted done to the kitchen. This normal as they need to know what they will be doing in my house; not a problem. Red flag number one was them asking me what my budget was before even knowing what size kitchen on bathrooms I had. Number 2 was him asking me to take pictures of my kitchen and send it to him and that is how he would determine how much my remodel would cost. Number 3 was when I asked if he would physically come to visit the house prior to signing a contract and he said "no, i mean I might". Didn't ask me if I was supplying my own materials, didn't pull a tape measure out to measure anything in my house just wanted to know what my budget was. Stay away from this business. read more

I offer this company a one star rating for their timeliness, workmanship, and integrity (failure to keep their word). Any prospective customer should be very wary of Quality Craftsmen. On timeliness: in April I contracted with them to install a countertop and simple shower insert -- nothing extravagant, but I was told that it would take time to get the materials ordered. I was given an install date of mid-July and was told that the install would take two days. Two months later in September, they called with the install date. The promised two days of work turned into more than six weeks and, still, I never received all that was sold. One of the items in the contract was a shower bench. The importance of the bench was the initial catalyst for having the work done. The workmanship on the shower was very shoddy. I sent pictures of what had been done and they sent two different workmen to try to correct the sloppy caulking. Still no shower bench. Finally, the general manager came to inspect and he, too, said that they would find and install a bench. That was more than a month ago. To date, I have not received a bench. I showed the GM where workmen had gouged a hole in the bedroom drywall and that was never addressed. On integrity: it was apparent after seeing the final job that it had been over-priced. A simple countertop and shower insert was priced at over $20,000. I called the company to ask for a refund because of (1) the bolloxed time schedule -- their promised two days of work becoming six weeks; (2) the shoddy workmanship; (3) the price gouging; and (4) the missing shower bench. The price charged should have netted me something more than a countertop and simple shower. At very least, the workmanship should have been impeccable, done in a timely manner and I should have had a shower bench. This was a very expensive lesson to learn, but, hopefully, this review can help to save someone else from making the same mistake I made in trusting Quality Craftsmen. read more

I'm still trying to figure out how this company got 4.5 stars. Met with a salesman (Michael...I think? and his trainee) this week. After a 3 hour in home presentation i decided to hire Quality Craftsman to replace and expand my master bathroom shower stall. Cost a little over 10k. I thougt a little pricy but signed contract (online), however never received the e-mailed copy to review as promised. When my contract was not received the same evening I called the office the next morning and spoke with a (Terri) who took my message and said she would have someone to call...when no one responded..called back later the same day and spoke with "Terri" again and left another message and stated that I wanted to void the contract because I never receved a copy of the contract.. yet again no response. By this time my antenna really went up. After the 3rd call with no response from this company, I decided to exercise my consumer rights under the 3 day right to rescind law. I located and drove to the Marietta GA office and submitted my written notice to rescind. Please note that a written/signed contract cannot be voided with a verbal request. I think the salesman was holding the contract to make sure my 3 day right to rescind expired. The gentleman I spoke with at Quality Craftsman office stated that he was in accounting. He signed my letter and provided me with a copy, and he repeated this "3 times"...Do not lose your copy....Wow!!!! Still no word from QC.. So glad I followed my instincts to end the process. My husband is a disabled veteran who had a stroke and has a whole in his heart very fortunate to be alive. I am being checked every few months because my cancer coming back cannot be ruled out. I have seizures, cancer causing auto immune diseases. Among other health problems. This company treats their customers like disposable garbage. My shower leaks they deny that they did it. He said they installed it and didn't touch the plumbing. These people are the only company on earth who can install a new shower and never has to touch the plumbing. They preform miracles. These pictures are of the mess they left after the first day. They forgot the access panel, the shower corner piece that they cut too short, the shower head is too close to the wall and has to be turned sideways and keeps falling on my head, they left sealant everywhere on the ceiling, walls, and all around the shower. They scratched walls where they installed the shower. They refuse to take responsibility for any of this. Do not use them you will regret it and the lifetime warranty they promise is useless. They had to replace the shower door because their workers threw away the most important part that kept the shower door closed and water was leaking all over the floor. This is the owners text to me after he refused to fix anything and this should be upsetting to anyone. It did the plumber who we hired to fix what we thought was the toilet that made my bathroom and bedroom have a fecal matter odor. No it wasn't the toilet causing the odor it was inside the shower blowing up through the shower plate caused by terrible plumbing. He asked if I knew that the shower is leaking and air is being pushed up through the shower plate from poorly installed plumbing when they installed the shower. I said no I didn't. The plumber is a licensed plumber. The owners text to me. Ma'am, you are not making any sense & making incredible accusations. Perhaps you have us confused with another Co. If you think we owe you any items, I'll be happy to mail you the items. Please be specific in the items you request. But this will be it. We will not do any additional work for you. It takes a long time to get work done after deposit is paid and the firm is not responsive when contacted.

Did they put a roof on? Yeah, the roof was installed, but overall the experience was terrible. First, we were promised a timeline by the sales rep which they did not even come close to meeting. Once the promised date had elapsed, we had to make multiple calls and emails to track them down, often with no response. Then, installation started. Install took two days, which seems nomal and within reason. Install crew completely destroyed some landscaping in front gardens beds and then laughed about it when we complained to them. We were told by the scheduler, that **it is a hard job**. After some back and forth they agreed to replace the foliage, which we appreciate. Once the job was complete, the roll-off dumpster was not removed for an entire weekend (I get that it was around Christmas, but people work on Saturday). Again, no communication and we had to lobby to get the dumpster picked up in a reasonable time frame. Then came the final inspection. Performed final walkthrough and there were things we were not happy with. Poor craftsmanship on an awning, tar splatter on the drip edge, shingles too short on a ridge. We were told they would be there on Monday to fix the issues. It was not until I refused to remit payment until those tasks were completed that they sent someone out (go figure). Coincidentally, when their worker did come out, they gave him little to no information on the requested fixes. Long story short. They put a roof on, but I would absolutely save yourself the trouble and headache of dealing with this company and using one of the other hundreds of roofing companies in the area. Our project involved a near whole house remodel. The bathroom portion was done well. The build out was done well. The decking and construction of covered porch was done well. My complaint is with the manner in which the project was supervised and with the lack of experience with electricians, the poor quality of the hard wood floors installation and the finishing work. It was a big project and I went over it in detail with the owner. The contract was voluminous and left off much of the project. I cancelled the basement work and some cabinetry because I just lost trust in their ability to do it well. I spent almost $2,000 to repair the electrical work and re-install several ceiling fans that were incorrectly installed and I have video/picture proof of bad wiring. They wanted to take so many shortcuts and attempted to install a 12" tub rather than the 18" tub that was in the contract. I was yelled at for interfering on a few occasions but managed to avert this disaster. I also prevented the second cut out to find an appropriate location for HVAC ductwork. Everyone was mad at me for insisting they find the furnace in the basement and actually look at where they thought they could cut another duct line. I know my house. I told them where it could go and I was right. When I finally cancelled the HVAC replacement through them and went with a reputable company I was informed that I needed a new electrical panel because the old one was damaged and this company wanted an inspection. The electrician with Quality Craftsmen knew about the damage. I had to watch everything they did everyday. I had to inform them they did not cut out a vent for the dryer in the laundry room even though the owner told me they had and then watched for a few minutes as the workers tried to install flexible dryer venting as a means to vent the dryer to the exterior. I can't tell you how many times they sent people in to lay floors and then had to cut them back out because they forgot to do something. The supervisor they assigned me was a joke. He walked around a lot and that's about it. The last straw was a worker trying to glue a vent cover over and intake in the kitchen because they had not cut the space out properly and couldn't find a vent cover to fit the opening. There are too many of these to list here. These are just examples. Fair warning to anyone doing a remodel - be there every day and ask questions. The workers were inexperienced, did not speak English and were left unsupervised. Recommend you use a reputable flooring company for your flooring, a qualified electrician for all electrical work, a reputable HVAC company for any HVAC work, buy your own toilets and find someone who can do the finishing work. I hired someone else to come in to finish the "punch list" items because they just walked away. It was a stressful project to begin with but the owner made it much worse. At about the midway point, the foreman told his crew to listen to me and do as I asked since I was apparently the only one who understood my project. I can not recommend this company. Oh and the delays of materials was because the owner waited until the project started to order them although I paid him 20% up front so he could order two months before they even started. My review of "Quality Craftsmen": In September 2021 my elderly parents decided that they needed a walk-in tub. They contacted "Quality Craftsmen" because they were "Trust Dale Certified". The company sent a salesman to meet with them and after discussion, agreed they liked the walk-in tub concept. The salesman did not explain what an "e-signature" was nor did my elderly parents (mom is 73, dad is 78) know what it entails. They ended up signing a contract without even realizing it. They were told the tub would be installed within the next 2 weeks. In late December, my parents informed me that they were going to pay $20,900 for the tub. I spoke to a buddy who is a master plumber and owns his own company. He said he could do this same job for $8,000. I told them to cancel their "deal" that they got from "Quality Craftsmen". (I was told up to this point that they had not signed a contract.) My parents asked for my help with this matter so that's when I spoke to the salesman, Kevin Smith (I think), he referred me to the general manager, Jim Elderidge. After explaining the situation to Mr.Eldridge, he told me they could cancel the contract but it would cost $10,500 for the cancellation of the contract. My mother and I talked and exchanged texts with Mr. Eldridge for 2 days. He finally agreed to settle for $4,250 stating this amount was to pay for "supplies" even though the tub was never installed nor ready to be installed 4 months after it was ordered. One day after Mr. Eldridge agreed to "settle" for the $4,250, he sent me a text threatening that if we didn't pay the next day that he was going to send it to his lawyer. My parents decided to pay it. This is a warning to all potential customers. Do your research, Google reviews, yelp reviews, BBB reviews. This company has a very shady review history doing the same thing to many others that they did to my parents. I believe this is a "sham company" that preys on the elderly and is unethical in the practice of not explaining their contracts which DO NOT have a date that the project has to be completed by. Signed a contract $7,000 contract with Bath Crest on Jan. 9, 2019... On Friday, April 5th we were forced to cancel the contract. Shoddy work, failure to return phone calls, lots of excuses and still the work has not been finished. We have demanded a refund and also requested that they pick up their materials for the work they have done so far. I had requested an estimate for a pantry remodeling. This was done following 2 bathroom remodeling done by this firm. No problem with the bathroom remodeling so I asked that I get an estimate for a pantry remodeling. No one from the main office came to view the work which needed to be done. The employee who did the bathroom remodeling took photos and wrote down information as to what had to be done. I received a high estimate of $1,750.00 and was informed that this depended on the actual materials and the work to be done. Later I requested an update as to the cost, I was informed that the cost was final. I agreed for the work to be done, with the understanding that one wall and part of a second wall would need to be replaced with new sheet rock. This did not occur instead a section was cut out and patched, other areas which needed replacing were also patched. Two workers arrived on day one to do the work, which consisted of replacing a leaking pipe (elbow replacement) and removing a small section of a shelf (about a two foot section) and installing an extra electrical outlet from an existing one on the opposite wall. Once the pipe and outlet were repaired one of the workers disappeared off the job site going into a pick up truck that arrived on the job site. This employee never showed up in the afternoon of day one and then did the same on day two. I did the math for this job and it was way overpriced. When I requested an itemization for the work I was informed that with this type of work it could not be done. I will never recommend this company nor will I ever use it again. I spend over $20K for bathroom repairs which I will say were done correctly however this last job is definitely the LAST STRAW for me that broke the camels back. Do not have this firm do any work without requesting an itemization for everything on paper. Once they receive your money I guess they feel you can throw more dollars their way at your expense. read more

I'm so disappointed in this company and the job I received On my new shower install. I'm paying $8500 for a shower that should cost about $2500. The shower installed was 8" smaller than it was supposed to be, the installers left a hole in the floor which is actually my downstairs ceiling. The shower doors won't stay shut and get water all over the floors. this whole situate has been a headache. I've called the office in Marietta for over a month now and can't get anyone to come out or call me back. I've spoke with Brenda In customer several times when she would answer The phone and she promised and assured me that she would have me an appt. Made and failed to do so multiple times. I called and talked to a manager Named Tim and took my info and told me he would have a technician come out. I never heard back from him so I called Back. They said that my case would sent to someone named Devin and they would be following up. Guess what?? Never heard from them either. In the presentation to sell me the shower, My salesman Jamall Ceasor mentioned that the shower had a "Lifetime Warranty" on all parts, labor, materials etc. no questions asked. he said even if we used The wrong cleaning solution on it and messed it up, that they would replace it etc. when I get the contract it says the wall forms are lifetime warranty but the remaining caulk work, or any damage caused by normal wear would not be covered. That's not what we were told during the presentation. We were also told by him that we would "Never" have to clean the interior of the shower, which I didn't really feel confident on but I said that would be great and I'll believe it when I see it. My wife enjoyed that part of the selling point but she learned it wasn't true. So there is two facts that were were lied to and misinformed about. The warranty is a huge issue and should not be dishonest about to sell a shower. They also pushed the Trustdale Warranty that their company uses as well. We've contacted them of the issues and complications we're having so we'll see if they stick to their word as well. We were told that Trustdale offered a $10,000 satisfaction guarantee. I'm waiting on a reply from Trustdale to see if they can get anything done to resolve my issues. I wanted to live this shower but its nothing more than panels that you can buy at home Depot like you see folks using for countertops etc. there is not $8500 worth of material or labor involved. I've learned a big lesson here and hope that it will be resolved in my favor and That I'll have a shower I can use and enjoy. The warranty isn't what it's made out to be during the selling presentatio, the customer service is horrible, the communication between customer service reps, managers and anyone you try to talk to at the Marietta Office of Quality Craftsmen is awful and very discouraging and a hassle. I had a 2nd bathroom to do but now I will Be seeking another company to do the install. I will never have Quality Craftsmen do any job for me. If can get my shower repaired to work like or should, I'll be surprised. Buyers Beware. Look around before you use this company. I hate To be like this and wanted to love the new shower after having to pay $8500.00 but the customer service has been nothing but a huge headache and hassle. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone Unfortunately. I contacted Wells Fargo which is who is financing the purchase. They said they would freeze the account until it was all resolved. We'll see. I spoke with Kay Petty about a project I wanted done at my home. I wanted a porch that had rot removed and a laundry room/bathroom added in it's place. I was asked to send her some pictures of the existing area so that she could show them to Mr. Quinn. She emailed me the following day and said I could have either laundry or a bathroom in the existing space. The existing space needed to be torn down it was leaning and had rot.
