Immediately I was engaged and asked pertinent questions by the owner Brendan. He was polite, professional and accommodating. The area of my mother's house was 20 minutes outside his typical operating area and he was still willing to find away to make it work. Not only that, he was willing to work around his busy schedule to make sure the pickup and delivery schedule worked for my mother's schedule. The day of the delivery I received confirmation from Brendan and a ringing endorsement from my mother, Who does not provide those often. lol. I provided the elderly person my credit card and said that if they needed to they could just pay the additional fee. But we did not get that far because the elderly person said to the desk people - "she said it's cleaned" and the response to their old and frail person was, "you lied." So they left shaking and I went in. I was immediatley told that we are barred and can never return. From my career I consistently hear negative comments about the rudeness of the staff. Seeing an elderly person shake at being called a liar was not okay. I am sharing so that the staff either take ownership of their anger or to warn others.
