We booked two rooms, but one had no working air conditioning, with 97° weather outside and even hotter inside, it was completely uninhabitable. We had an infant with us, and when we asked for help at the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available. So, our entire group was forced to squeeze into one room for the night. To make things worse, we checked in just before 2:00 a.m., and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:15 a.m. because the front desk clerk checked us out 5 minutes after we arrived. The noise woke everyone, including our baby, after a long night of travel. I attempted to resolve this with hotel management. The front desk initially told us the manager would call us, but that call never came. When I called the corporate office myself, the manager argued with me and then hung up. Completely unprofessional. I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because the hotel charged me for both rooms, including the one we could not use. Based on the poor service, unsafe conditions, and total lack of follow-up, I would not have anyone stay here! I expected better from Holiday Inn Express and IHG. I do not recommend this location. After reading several other reviews looks to be the MO for this location! RIP OFF!

The person at the front desk was nice, but we could tell upon pulling up that the place was dirty. And boy were we right. We got a room (advertised as 2 queens) with 2 full size beds. Ok, no problem, we were tired and I wasn't going to argue. Before we got to the room we saw people arguing out back, people drinking, what we were pretty sure was someone using a needle for drugs. Some shady characters to say the least. We then entered the room and their was a weird smell. Now we know this motel has smoking rooms, but this smell was something else, almost like death. We turned on the lights and bugs scattered (well those that could) because there were several dead roaches on the floor. Both beds had stains on the comforters, and the sheets and bed. Not food stains, but body fluid or blood stains. The fridge was leaking, and the floor was all wet. We weren't staying. We don't know how anyone could stay here. I wouldn't wish this place on people I hate. So, we grabbed our stuff (still packed) and left. We stopped at the front desk with the key and told them that we wouldn't be staying. It wasn't a place for our children. It was dirty, disgusting. Just horrible. The front desk person apologized and told us because we went through Expedia, to contact them and we WOULD GET a full refund (which was a lie because the manager said "not happening.") So, in closing, and in my most honest hope and opinion, this place should be shut down by the Arkansas Board of Health, then burned down. I'd give it a 0 if I could. DONT. EVER. STAY. HERE.

We showed up at 3:20pm, check in is at 3pm and were told none of the double rooms had been cleaned yet as they only have one housekeeper on the weekends so it would be another hour before we got our room. There is no breakfast just free coffee and by the looks of it I'm not sure when it was cleaned last. The bellhop cart is kept locked away and you have to give your license to use it. The room is spacious but the upkeep is lacking (see pictures) mold everywhere and paint peeling. There is no coffee pot in the rooms but a sign on the door tells you to turn it off before you leave the room. The beds are decent and there is a recliner as well. I would not stay here again. For a Choice Hotel it is not worth the stay.

The entire stay, I had difficulty opening and closing the door, had to be done forcefully. Couldn't fully close the door once inside without slamming it. The free wi-fi was practically nonexistent, and when you could connect, it wouldn't stay connected. There were no drinking cups, no tissues, not even a phone. The parking lot was hard to get in and out of, and the lobby was tiny. The bathroom had cracks in the walls, and the toilet did not flush unless you held the handle. Hardly any outlets to plug a charger into. No place to hang clothing. Due to the pool in the parking lot, I couldn't park near my door. TV reception was good, beds were ok, but one of the pillows was so lumpy that it needed to be discarded. The manager (?) spoke English with such an accent that a staff member ended up translating for me. When I got home, I realized that the hotel had charged my credit card for my stay, even though I had booked through Priceline and had prepaid; I had to contact Priceline to get the hotel to refund my money.
