    The location in Buda, Address: 18658 I-35, Buda, TX 78610 Phone: (512) 295-4559, is the WORST hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE! WARNING! From the moment I arrived at the hotel I had an awful experience. The grounds were in bad shape, debris everywhere, one of the palm trees leaves was broken off and was just left there in the front entry way. The front desk was empty, I waited 5 minutes, and a lady finally came out. I was told that I could not check in because I was not the person who reserved the room and they had to be there. I was not given another option or guidance. At 4:30 pm, an hour and a half later I was finally able to check in, without the person there, after he called corporate, and had to sign and email a simple form. Do the couple who run the place live there? The man was cooking in the pool area on a bar b q pit every day. The elevator wallpaper was torn up. My room was filthy, stains in multiple places, the bathroom, the ceiling, the bedding. The carpet was filthy. The "blanket" was very thin. The bathroom had no shower curtain, the bathtub was chipped in multiple places. There was hair in the tub, the bathroom floor, the vanity area. A stain running down the wall in the bathroom. The towels were stained. The bathroom door was damaged on both sides. The mirror in the hall area had some kind of gunk on it. After my room was "cleaned" I was left with no towels. I ran out of toilet paper. I called the front desk and asked for towels and toilet paper and was told to come to the front desk to get them. The cleaning lady told me there were no towels available, they were being washed. The food options were poor. Cereal, waffles, bananas, and bread, 2% milk, and filtered water in a pitcher. The orange juice machine and the coffee machines were broken. I did not feel safe at this place. I hope that my friend will receive a refund for this awful purchase. I reached out 3 times to customer service, was given the wrong email address to corporate twice, and the 3rd time was finally given the correct email. Customer care did nothing to resolve or make the many issues right but offer me points. I also reached out twice to the management of the location with no response and a third time to both the management and customer care.

    Don't stay here!!!! Moldy rooms, couch pillows on the bed, weird drips on the walls, broken bathroom tiles that felt like the toilet was going to fall through the floor. The smell in the "hotel" (definitely a motel) was awful like animal feces/urine. Electrical outlet was clearly on fire at some point. VERY VERY RUN DOWN place, upon arriving curtains were shredded and windows were broken outside the place. Do not book here... you will absolutely regret it

    Quality inn And suites When we checked in the staff was not as welcoming. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. My credit card declined due to a fraud alert and I explained to her I used my American Express for the booking but didn't carry it with me. She made a comment about why it declined due to me not having available funds in there. When we got our keys and went up to our room we passed it because the door was open and there was a gentleman sitting inside the room at the table and when I asked are you the cleaning staff and he said no it was open so i was just chilling here. We had no blanket or comforters in the room. I went downstairs to grab one since no one would answer the phone. Then the 2nd day the curtain fell while I was trying to close it. We reported it and instead of fixing it they just removed it and we had no curtains to block out light and our room was pretty light al night and hard to get a shut eye. Our last day we were looking in our bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and as we pulled the sheets out we uncovered stained and ripped mattress pad and fitted sheet. The wall behind the bathroom door is falling apart and you can see the dry wall exposed. It almost looks rotten. The towel rack was also broken. I have pictures to prove it. I told the manager that I have not posted a review on yelp but want to give you a chance to make it right by giving me a refund at least. Never heard back from them. I also reserved this room via choice hotels. I had reached out to them initially but they were no use either.

    This is my worse hotel stay of my life.. so humid water runs down the walls, mold everywhere manager has no customer service, you can hear her say O F@&$ when a customer walks up... and hotel is dirty..

Honestly, with the room being less than $90, I was expecting a typical trash and dirty room like most of the hotels that I've in, but my room was surprisingly clean and very nice. It had a full kitchen with a stove and full fridge. The doors to the bathroom were kind of weird though. It looked like a closet door with a secret room. Our king sized bed was really comfortable. The outlets and lights works and there were no stains for once. There's a little round table with seats. Overall, pretty spacious for a room that wasn't expensive. It was perfect for one night. The staff are very friendly. Large parking lot and the lobby is nice. I don't think there's free breakfast or anything like that. There is a pool, but ain't nobody trying to swim in 40 degree weather.

I tried to cancel the previous reservations and it seemed they went thru fine. I reserved again and I am almost in Tx. I reserve the room with the pay later option just in case I'm later than planned making it to TX.. The hotel almost immediately tried to take the amount of the room. I keep my card locked... For just this reason so it wasn't a big deal.. I didn't reach out about the charge because I'm thinking no big deal it's probably automated. I message to ask about my dog and someone who works there begins to message me. They say that my card information was wrong and I will be put on a do not rent list? I have never stayed at this hotel and I told them this seemed extreme and that I was coming from out of state? I also ask why are they charging my card when I requested the option to pay at the hotel? They tell me that they are allowed to do so to validate the reservation? Then say I have been banned on all platforms and that people like me who play games should not be allowed to stay at their hotel? I don't know this person and this was one of the oddest interactions I have ever had with a hotel. This person needs to be fired immediately. Who talks to a customer in this manner over a hotel room? Just unprofessional and totally bizarre behavior. I was glad not to stay here and will never stay at another studio 6 again. Beware if you stay here..
