While the entire floor was LVP, I'm sure it it is easy to clean, carpeting would have been nice, especially in the bedroom area. Lots of paint issues or discolorations. I saw red hair dye or some red paint on the bathroom counter. TV stations did not match he guide and there was no written guide to accurately show the channels. Different style remotes for the same TVs in the room. No access on the TV to local channels.

Although it was made law that we could not travel, they still charged me $600 for nothing. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. I understand they are a small company; however, they are still making money off of hundreds of people es expressed in an email I received from their "Concierge Team." This should be illegal as I did not want to cancel, I was forced to due to the circumstances. All of their customers should get their money back if they were impacted by COVID19. As a small business, they can apply for money from the U.S. government. I have no recourse as an individual.

We will be appealing with Airbnb no doubt - just unfortunate as now there are extremely limited options available and everything has gone up immensely in price. Now that we live here our precious ones have been there at least twice and each time they come home played out, happy, and so clean! This last week has been difficult for our family as we lost an important member of us; Firehouse has been there without question to take our loves, and my mother - in - laws loves, on a whim and extend their stays as long as we have requested with really no notice at all. They have been such a great support and to know our pets are loved like they're at home and as safe as the bank notes in Fort Knox gives me great ease each time I drop them off. To boot; I'm pretty sure all four prefer it there over home! (lol)

My pup is an anxious guy and most of the time he comes back to me relaxed and exhausted. The last time he did seem very anxious when I picked him up, and he had tummy problems for a few days after, so not sure if he had as great an experience the last time. I called to see if it's normal since he'd been several times before and had never come home sick. They said just keep an eye on him and weren't very concerned. The staff is always welcoming and very kind. There are a couple of staff that have seemed a little unenthusiastic but I think maybe it just wasn't their best day. Overall, it's a great service and I'm sure we will be back.

The table had clearly not been cleaned and I found hair on the bed and in the sheets. The room obviously smelled terrible too. I had to call them up to change the sheets and still found hairs in the new sheets they put on. The toilet didn't work so they had to come up and fix that too. The towels were nasty. I wound up wearing my flip flops in the shower because I didn't want to be barefoot. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here. Avoid it like the plague.
