Ashlyn, the front desk clerk was very friendly and most importantly, she checked us in in less than 5 minutes. She saw that I had just joined their rewards program so she also enrolled me in a special summer promotion that they had and this allowed me to earn $20.00 to towards a future hotel stay. *Very clean rooms *Fridge and microwave in room *Complimentary shower toiletries are organic *Bed is very comfortable **Breakfast is FREE** The only thing I really disliked was that they have huge, thick pillows and I didn't bother asking them to bring me a soft pillow. Im a BW rewards member. Frustrated that I had to change rooms twice for no water in shower in both rooms. 3rd time I just asked to be refunded and looked for a different place to stay. This hotel is DISGUSTING!! Dirty, stained carpet, the smell in the room was so bad we had to use air freshener. The sofa sleeper was chewed up as well as all of the wood furniture. Many outlets didn't work and the door looked like someone tried to break into the room at some point. The beds were hard and lumpy. The linens cheap and flimsy. Booked last minute. They were able to provide a pack n play for my baby (although it was broken) which I appreciated. The rooms were pretty clean. Beds were kinda hard and uncomfortable. The front desk girl was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Waffles were yummy. Eggs and bacon and potatos were not good. Good selection for people though unless you like real eggs and good meat. I would not stay here again. The room was not clean. We found a toothpick on the main bedroom floor and then found the toothpick wrapper in the bathroom on the floor. So disgusting. Also, we found crumbs and debris we had to clean up by the edge of the bed that were in plain sight. Water was leaking from the AC unit and we put a towel under it to accumulate the water. About 30 minutes after we checked into our room, we were unpacking and someone knocked, as I walked to the door, she let herself into our room without waiting. it was one of the front desk people who said she was checking on rooms, but we had already checked in. It's NOT ok to let yourself into a room already checked into especially when you only wait a few seconds after knocking. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10am (we asked the front desk the night before) but at 9:30 am, they started throwing everything away and cleaning up. They turned people away starting at 9:30 AM. I would give negative starts if I could. Book a room for the night , 2 queen beds. At first rm looked great. One bed seemed like it was ready to break each time someone sat on it or if you layer on and moved. Sounds like the frame is broke. Tried to call the front desk and ask about the hot water not working and the phone is even connect and there is no cord to hook it up with. I had to call for my cell phone, they told they could switch me rooms at 6:00 am in the morning when half my party is still asleep. I tried to ask for a manager and they weren't in, which is understandable, it's early. Also the flor is super dirty, make sure u wear socks or shoes the entire time! Will not return! read more

Front desk was very helpful and polite. Check in was simple. I always make a point to leave reviews when I can at hotels I stay, as a traveling nurse. I work overnights and it's difficult to find an early check in. I often nap in my car and drive home when I'm near Austin, because I live in Houston. But this AM I'm super tired, cranky and the ac in my car is on the fritz only working when I'm move and not stationary. So, I'm telling you this to let you know - this place is going to get you in if they have availability. No hassle whatsoever. It's nice to get off work after a long and trying shift and be greeted with kindness. Room is clean, bed is super comfy, plenty of space in my room, even though it's just me. Mini fridge is cold, TV is big, microwave is clean, shower is awesome! If you're in this area - there are several hotels next to each other. I recommend this place above the comfort suites 110% and it's a little bet less expensive during the week. read more

Stayed over for one night. The first room I was given was not as clean and I found hairs in the bed. I asked the front office to give my a different room or refund. They kindly put me into another suite. The quality of breakfast is not the best but I guess you get what you paid for! read more

I recently had a five night stay at this property. The first day we had issues with our room keys. The second day the entire hotel didn't have any hot water and had very weak water pressure. Another issue was house keeping only came to clean our room once the entire time we were there and when they did they didn't change the sheets on the bed. We went down to speak with the manager about all the issues and he indicated he would make an adjustment on our bill. When it was time to check out of course the manager was not in and he only deducted $39 off our bill. We left a message for the manager whose name is Hiren Patel, to call us because we had to leave and catch a flight. $39 was not enough deduction for all the problems we invited. He didn't call. We called the following day and left another message and he still didn't get back to us. Left a message a third time and he still hasn't returned our calls. This hotel and the manager Hiren Patel do not know the meaning of customer service. I would not be staying there ever again and would not recommend to anyone. read more

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would! The air conditioning did not work in our room, it was also dirty and I found a stray hair on the bed. The guy at the front desk, who didn't even look like an employee, basically told us it wasn't his problem. He refused to help us find another place to stay. He tried telling us the AC was working, when we got there the temp was 75 and went up to 77, I don't consider that working, especially in 80% humidity. There was coffee spattered on the wall by the bed as well as a stained lamp, ottoman, dust on the TV stand.....it was just gross. Very POOR customer service! For $169.00 a night, I expect to sleep in a clean and comfortable room. I do not like to complain, we travel quite a bit and have NEVER had an experience like this. I stayed one night in this hotel for a volleyball tournament the next day, and this is what we found when getting ready to sleep in our hotel room. Dirty panties (not mine, obviously) underneath the sink in the bathroom along with dirty hand towels and hair left behind in the shower. It takes a lot to bother me because I feel like you know what you're getting yourself into staying at a chain hotel, but this?? Like come on, there is obviously no deep cleaning or even basic cleaning happening here. Then, when getting ready for bed I found a roach crawling on the pillow above my head, when looking behind the bed for more after, I see someone's chewed and left behind gum, and a contact lens. Just super disappointed that it is so obvious that nothing gets deep cleaned (or cleaned at all) here. Definitely won't be staying again and do not recommend. read more

Wasnt the best, though they had a broad selection of TV channels (HBO etc). One pillow had black makeup or dirt on it, not pleasant and the air/ heat also made me sneeze. Vaulted ceilings on the 4th floor were cool though, better than 8 ft in many places. Others said this hotel was relatively new, but it didnt seem that way to me.... kinda shabby. Caulk was missing and yellow in shower etc. Also the toilet seat was way too small for the toilet and the toilet and shower could have been cleaner. Nice that the room had a fridge though. Lastly, the pillows were not at all comfy and the cover so full of static that when we moved sparks lit up the dark room! Never seen that before. read more

Super clean and brand new hotel. Great prices - we got a king suite (king bed with pull out couch) during the week for $89, $80 after AAA discount! They have an indoor pool. In the rooms there are coffee makers, microwave, and a frig. Nice hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, tortillas, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal bar, yogurt, danishes, bagels, toast, waffle bar, coffee, tea, juice.) The two workers at breakfast were too busy chit chatting in the back room to clean tables, so I cleaned the crumbs and sticky syrup off of ours. The new sausage gravy just brought out was cold. Newish hotel. Quiet, friendly, affordable, ample parking, mostly clean, safe and convenient. Only 20-30 minutes to Austin in good traffic. The only complaint's were that the toilet seat wasn't cleaned (diarrhea stains), phone didn't work (couldn't call front desk) and the bed cover had food crust from the previous occupants. The place looks nice, but there are so many better options LITERALLY within walking distance. Pillows were awful and now I have a crick in my neck. The bathroom sink never had hot water, there is mold in the tub, the breakfast had broken machines and overripe bananas in a heap, and 2 employees actually said, "Oh, now there's good people watching" as I walked in. I looked at them and they stopped talking - wtf? We paid more to stay here because reviews said it was a step above nearby hotels. If that's true - the others must be complete dumps. I would stay here again. Staff is friendly. Con's for me was that there was no hot tub and breakfast was very meh. However, there are a lot of staple take-out items like fruit, yogurt, or pastries, so after the first morning, we just did a grab-and-go so we wouldn't be around the crowd. read more

BED BUG WARNING! BED BUG WARNING!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! During out stay we thought the hotel room was nice until my boyfriend began to feel like he was being bitten in the leg. He brushed it off and forgot about it however the next day we woke up and found bed bugs in our sheets, comforter, and mattress. Also we had bites on our legs and bodies. Immediately we went downstairs to the counter and told the manager. When we told him that there were bed bugs in the room he had no caution towards the bed bugs and didn't even apologize or do any thing about the bugs. It took us an hour to finally get the manger to agree on a full refund. The room number we stayed in was 305! Be cautious because to our knowledge the manager has not done anything about it! We had to throw away all our of luggage and bags and now we have to get our car treated and our clothing treated! read more

Charged $200 for a Saturday night - when down to $85 Sunday. No extra amenities for that price. There was 1 hangar in the room. When I asked for 3 or 4 more hangars, was told they don't provide hangars. That's a first!! Eggs and sausage served for breakfast which was ok but the donuts offered were frozen. When I commented and said Did you know these are frozen? Answer was Yes, I did! Who wants a frozen donut for breakfast. No toast because not allowed to use a toaster. No waffles - not allowed to use waffle iron. Only motel we have stayed in since August that still didn't let you serve Yourself or even have toast. We came in to visit from Dallas to eat and shop at the outlet malls and this hotel is a perfect location for that. It is brand new, very clean and nice. The linens were a nice bright white, the decor is contemporary but not uninviting. The staff I encountered was polite and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, fresh waffles. All very good. My only complaint is the mattress I slept in was in my top 5 worst and most uncomfortable beds I've slept in. And the pillows were super huge overstuffed and stiff. I booked a room and made a full payment based on the image on their website, only arrived in shock that the property condition was no way near what the website image appeared. It was so out of date and looked not well kept. It was noon n they had room available, only they wanted to charge an "early check in" fee to give me a room. I called the customer service n waited long before I spoke with someone who switched me and waited long again to talk to the next one. Yet another wait for her to reach the property management but no one answered. About one hour later, I was told someone will reach me by phone or email about my cancelation request. It was a vacation n I did not want to spend it on this, so I went ahead n booked another hotel n had a good time. Well, 48 hours past no one from that property nor the corporate made any attempts to reach me by email or phone call. I followed up next day in writing with the corporate customer service and 24 hours later no respond. It is clearly a misleading online image display in a pattern, the intentional misrepresentation traps it's customers into bookings with the misled expectations for a meeting of mind. I do believe this is a commercial fraud. So simply stay away so you don't end up going through the unpleasant experience I had while traveling read more

Brand New Hotel! Anytime that I stay in the Austin area, I will make the drive down to Buda. I paid around $67 which would've got me a rat hole up in Austin. Pros: The staff here is really friendly and Ashley got me checked in quickly. There are decent restaurants near by SAFE and CLEAN!
