Excellent stay. Location is near all of the things that you want. Easy access to all major freeways.

Quality Inn & Suites was a basic hotel, you get what you get. The room I was in did have stains on the floor, the walls had chipped paint. However the bed was comfortable. The TV was small but good enough to watch something. The pool room does NOT have a hot tub like the website I booked it on said it did. The gym is at best rubbish, it has a treadmill and a bike machine. The pool heater was not working, the ice maker on the second floor didn't work, the shower didn't have hot water it was Luke warm the first night and flat out cold the next night. There was nothing crazy like bugs in the room or bed bugs but there were several things that didn't work or lacked. If you do go to Quality Inn I'd bring these items, 1. Hand soap 2. Body Wash & Shampoo 3. Your own blanket 4. A Roku, Apple TV, etc. These things should make your experience slightly more enjoyable but all in all, this hotel is not the best and I wouldn't go there. read more

came in at 11 at night just trying to get some sleep after driving for 12 hours. Lady at the front desk could barely figure out how to make us a key card. then the night manager was extremely rude and unprofessional towards us. ended up having to buy a $300 room just to sleep for a couple hours. Our alarm clock, heat, and tv were all broken. breakfast was terrible. will not be coming back! read more

This was possibly one of my worst experiences at a Quality Inn I have ever had. When we arrived shortly after 9pm we had to wait at the front counter for at least 15 minutes. Finally, after calling the 800 number and the front desk, we started yelling "hello" and finally a gentleman came downstairs to help us. He claimed he was assisting another guest. Walking to our room the halls were dingy and the carpets very filthy. Upon arrival at our room we tried both of our keys and neither of them worked. Finally, once we were able to get proper keys, we entered the room. The tile was broken in the entry, and the carpet was coming up at the seems. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture had dust and grime all over it. The window unit was working fine, but was causing condensation on the window which had clearly never been addressed. The condensation was pooling on top of the unit, and had created a moldy mess of the walls and side of the unit. It was so bad the wall was actually crumbling away in one spot. We did a thorough inspecting for bed bugs and saw no evidence thank goodness! The mattress was comfortable enough, but it was hard to relax knowing we could be breathing in mold spores all night. Not to mention the condition of the bedding which was stained and had burn holes. When you move, the tin base popped, which was very annoying! We had to resort to local TV options since we couldn't get the wifi to work, no password was given. The bathroom had been "mopped" but whatever they used left a sticky residue. I could not bring myself to walk in this hotel room without something covering my feet. The pubic hair was not obvious at first, but the more time spent in the bathroom area the more I saw it. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and brown stains dripping down the bathroom door. The towels were very used and worn, and there was a note from the hotel advising they were short on supplies. Can we have a 0 star option? Because this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, which btw when you go to book a room it takes you to a different page and please pay attention to the days you are booking for. Anyways as soon as it was booked I realized and tried for 10 minutes to call the hotel to modify the reservation no one would answer the phone. Eventually I gave up and contacted Choice member services, I spent close to two hours on the phone with three different agents who spent the whole time trying to contact the hotel themselves with no success. The last agent I spoke to that night told me she would note everything and put in a request for a refund myself and open a case as welll. The next morning my husband and I spent another 2-3 hrs on the phone with different agents still trying to contact this hotel with no success. We had another agent say she would again note everything and file a complaint against the hotel. We asked again about the refund and were told yes she can see everything noted if we don't see the refund in 48hrs to call back. It has been 5 days and I still don't have a refund. We called again yesterday to ask about this and the agent on the phone tells us he doesn't see anything about a refund. When we asked to speak yo a supervisor he left the phone on hold and never picked the line back up. We called yet again this morning and are now being told the hotels operate "independently" (bullshit btw) they are all under CHOICE hotels. Poor customer service and a bunch of liars. We have filed a BBB complaint against them. All in all save your money and your time, it's a quality inn which is shit even on a good day, the only reason I even attempted to stay here was because I knew we would only be in the room for a few hours, if that. read more

We weren't even at the hotel for twenty minutes and we found swarms of bugs crawling on the floor which were later identified as cockroaches. There were stains EVERYWHERE and everything smells awful. This hotel should not be in business. The security measures at this hotel are unacceptable. We knew we were not staying at a 5 star hotel but there was no key required to get in the side door. Protected by german shepherd signs were posted but the dogs were locked behind the building. The latch for extra security had a screw that was half way screwed in and the lock was wiggly. The halls and room smelled horrible, the floors were sticky and room was not clean. Paint was chipping off of the door and stains everywhere. The AC struggled to work and it was hot all night. I would not even give it 1 star. Just gross. read more

The hotel smelled bad when we arrived. This is a long term stay place. Trash in the parking lot, dirty halls, barking dogs. little security. The room was ok. dirty bedcovers. I found bedbug bites the next day while traveling. The con tinental breakfast was good. Everything else was pretty bad. The door stuck and had trouble all night getting it to open. As a Deaf Customer, it was the worst communication I've ever had. The Manager didn't know English. We had to be transferred to a different room due to massive water puddle in our original room. The transferred room had bugs in my bed! I slept in my bed without knowing and in the morning, imagine my horror when I saw many bugs skittering around! The shower was lukewarm - no hot water! I couldn't even shut the bathroom door - it was stuck! Then the closed caption was in Spanish! I asked the manager to help me and know what he did? Pulled out his phone and told me to "Google it." I stared at him in disbelief. We demanded our money back and they said sorry, we can only get half of the $$$ back. Say what?? Do not go into Room 105, period! read more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked 2 nights online through Choice; my account was charged immediately. I found BLOOD on the comforter and pillow case. Checked out early, reported the blood to the front desk. They said they'd refund me for 1 night. I have now been charge 3 nights. I cannot get ahold of a manager. I talked to Choice customer service who cannot verify what my refund will be (I explained I need 2 of the 3 nights I've been charged refunded). As we were headed south to Lucas Oil Stadium on 8/9/19 we realized that we were passing the hotel and thought that we'd stop in and see if we could check in about two hours early since we wouldn't be arriving back there until about midnight. The desk clerk looked p%$$ed that we had the nerve to walk in the door and bother her and her nasty, condescending attitude supported that impression. Due to a change in plans, we were able to come down a day earlier than planned and had two separate reservations for each night. First, I asked if we could check in early, to which she sighed deeply, looked disgusted that I asked and replied that we could for $15.00. Great news! Secondly, I explained that we had two separate reservations for two different nights and asked if we could connect them so we wouldn't have to remove our belongings after one night. She snottily, looked at me, checked the computer and told me that she could only see that day's reservations and couldn't see the next day's. HUH?!?!?! How can you NOT see further reservations? She was just being a lazy, witch. I kept my cool, but did question why she couldn't see the future reservation? The B#&%H then proceeded to tell me that we couldn't check in because there was no room available at 1:15 pm, when 2 minutes prior, there was a room ready! I wasn't about to wreck my great mood by playing into her nastiness, so we left, Upon arrival just before midnight, I was greeted by a very pleasant, welcoming woman, who was 180 degrees different than the other woman. Our reservations were tied together and everything went smoothly. The two ladies at the desk on Saturday morning were also very pleasant and welcoming. Now for other issues. The room smelled awful and the fabric sectional sofa was horribly stained. Sunday morning at check out, the poor woman working the desk, was also the one doing the breakfast. So not only was she checking everyone out and handling any front desk issues, she was tasked with keeping up with the nonstop traffic in the breakfast area. The cards they give you to get into the rooms and into the building do not work every time I have gotten a room here. They do not give you enough towels, and it takes them numerous days to clean your room if you book for a week or more. I went to just ask for towels and a new room card, and was insulted by one of the friends to the front desk worker. She insulted my haircut and the way I looked. You would think they would be happy for the extra business after covid, but I guess not. read more

Upon arrival, the hotel seemed okay. The room was clean to appearance it was a easy check in experience. After going to use the bathroom for the first time since checking in the toilet almost overflowed. It stayed stopped up. I also noticed the tub was dirty and had hair was in it as if someone shaved. I guess whoever cleaned the room forgot the bathroom. I called the front desk and the guy at the front desk told me to bring my key and he would change the room. While walking to the front desk I noticed someone walking down the hall with a plunger. He stated that he didn't have any more rooms and he would have to unstop the toilet him self. After he got the toilet functioning properly, I asked what about the tub. He replied that his coworker stated that we checked in earlier that day. Okay..... check-in was at 3:00 pm I checked in at around 4 ish... whatever time I checked in I feel its never acceptable for the tub to be dirty if I have not used it. I asked him would he get in a shower that has not been cleaned , has someone else's hair in it, and you've paid your money for a clean room. I mean how am I suppose to shower in the morning. He claimed he would take $10 off the room and clean the tub. I received neither. Please don't waste your hard earned money staying here. read more

Once the new management stepped in we instantly noticed changes such as: our rooms/building was SOO clean and smelt fresh, the staff are dedicated, professional and extremely friendly. This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in!!!! (Or didn't stay in) First of all..the smell!!!!! That funny, bad odor is throughout the entire hotel, but much worse once you get in the room. We had to switch rooms, then ended up going to a different hotel all together. The front desk clerk was not honest with us about a couple of things and would not accommodate us without us having to press the issue. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and someone was sleeping/living in their car in the back parking lot. The rooms are old and run down. I guess the housekeeping tries to do their job, but the rooms are so old and used that it's hard to make them look or feel nice and did I mention the smell!!??!!! read more

Upon arrival, the hotel appeared to be less than satisfactory. I was correct upon walking in. This non smoking hotel smelled like smoke as soon as we opened the door to the lobby. Hotel is in serious need of updating. When I asked the staff about the smell, he claimed to not smell anything and went on to say the hotel was non smoking. This hotel is "under construction" i must have been given one of the rooms that was not finished. I walked in my room and it smelt like cigarettes even though I had a non smoking room. I just got over it, I just wanted to shower and lay in bed after being in a car for 8hrs. I look in the shower and there is HAIR in my drain. So again I get over it, I just wore my sandals in the shower. My boyfriend and I start to pay in bed and I'm complaining about a smell and I smell the comforter and I almost VOMITED!! I marched down stairs and made them come strip and bring me new linens!! They also brought in a smoke box to get the smoke scent out of our room!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! The only good thing was how nice and apologetic the housekeeper was while redoing the bed. read more

We made reservations to stay at this hotel through the Choice hotels website well in advance of our stay. Upon arrival we found this to be an extremely run down facility. Upon entering the lobby the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was terrible. The facility claims to be "smoke free" however the smell of smoke was everywhere. Along with the smell of mold and mildew. The best part was the giant hole in the roof covered with a large blue tarp. The canopy at the entrance was full of construction supplies and the beautiful staircase in the lobby was cordoned off with yellow "caution" tape. I have no idea if the second floor was even usable. The room was not impressive. Saggy mattresses, flat pillows. Smell of smoke, mold and mildew. The ironing board cover was threadbare and had holes in it. The toilet paper was less than one ply and felt like tissue paper it was so thin. We did not eat the breakfast and just left our room. BIG MISTAKE! Having made the reservation through choice and with my rewards number I was expecting to receive points for future hotel stays. Upon returning home I checked my account activity to see if the points had posted. It had a folio to print out that read $0.00. I contacted Choice customer service who indicated to me that I did not stay on this night but was considered a "NO-SHOW". I have credit card receipts to indicate otherwise as well as a room key for the night of our stay. This hotel should not be accomodating guests until it is renovated and/or repaired. The rate I paid was much higher than I would have ever agreed to had I known the condition of the hotel in the first place. I do not recommend this hotel at all. read more
