Get rid of this pot. Highly unsafe to use.
    Leo F.

First, the good things: -Location is great! -Bed was amazing. Super comfortable. - Shower was large and had great pressure. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower. Not so great: -Our specialty city view was essentially a brick wall. -Self parking was $40/night. Valet was $45. -Breakfast during week is 6-9am, but you basically have to get there between 6 and 7am to get a decent breakfast before it looks like disaster struck. We got there at 8:20am. There was no coffee except decaf left. The oatmeal had congealed, and there was barely any left. There were toppings and food all over the counters. A woman brought her small, coughing child into the food area, and he coughed at least 6 times, not covering his mouth, all over the food. We left and went down the street to another breakfast place. -There was a small saucepan pot in our room with the coating all peeled and flaking off. This is highly dangerous to consume. You NEED to remove this pot and your housekeeping staff should be checking those. -Our room wasn't entirely clean. There was spots on the toilet. Some spots on the floor in the bathroom. The carpet needed to be vacuumed too.

Highs: LOCATION - convenient to walk to many many places and convenient to get to the interstate, quality of the room in terms of decor and space, the terrace bar with delicious cocktails, pool with towels at the ready + TV, adequate number of access-controlled elevators to serve the building, social distancing and masks required. Lows: not quiet at all - the doors to the rooms slam shut if you don't stop them from doing so and the building must not be very well sound-proofed as I heard one neighbor blowing his nose and another neighbor's, ahem, sounds of passion. Multiple times. Housekeeping never came to my room - I prefer they don't come in but Hyatt's door hanger says they require access a minimum of one time per 24 hour period...clearly they don't adhere to that so if you like them to turn over your room every night, that's something to consider. Lastly, parking in the hotel's garage for two nights cost $64, with no discount or anything from them to ease the cost to guests. It's in downtown Indianapolis next to the arena so I don't fault them too much for this but be prepared.

    Impressive room Hyatt !

Very beautiful hotel. The decor is so elegant all throughout the hotel. We had a conference in Indy and all my team from all over the world stayed there. The service was excellent and the patio was out favorite hangout. Being member of Hyatt we had free breakfast which I loved ( other than the over salted eggs ). We also had free water bottles every day. Definitely will Be my top choice every time. The breakfast seating area was Gorgeous. The suite was pretty roomy and had a desk.

The King bed room was $249 a night before taxes, parking, etc for a final $1,098.27 for 4days/3nights and roughly $80 of that was from food and beverage bled to the room. The service really stood out from check in to check out. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and welcoming every time I passed by or needed anything it was a great encounter. It was every staff member. I chose self parking in the garage over valet. Plenty of parking and easy to access. The restaurants are good. I frequented Loaf + Vine Market quite a bit, along with Starbucks upstairs, then High Velocity, and the lobby bar. Nice to have solid options right in the hotel. The room felt luxurious with great amenities with wood accents in the foyer, floor to ceiling windows, a safe, mini fridge, full size ironing board, great bathroom, plenty of hot water (32nd floor), a nice desk area for working, and a good size TV. The workout facilities were great too with water and fresh fruit provided. No downsides during my stay. Overall, really impressed with both the service and the experience. Would definitely stay here again.

When we got into the room. The staff was super accommodating and made sure that we removed a few doors down to a room that was smoke-free. Room was a good quality. Double beds. Shower okay, no bathtub. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The only downside about the coffee maker was that the universal coffee and plastic attachments did not go with the machine. It should have been a closed environment, but it was not. Once you inserted the plastic coffee filter and place the coffee filter pod into the maker, there was a gap, which led to splashing of the hot water onto the coffee filter pod that led to coffee Bean all over the desk. Breakfast every morning. Waffles, either scrambled eggs or pre-cooked omelette, pork sausage, chicken sausage. Golden potatoes, yogurt, fruit, various breads, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Pretty good size dining room as well. On the second floor. Second floor was also where the fitness center was. The floors were labeled with having vending machines on floors 4 and 7:00, but I could not find any. There was a snack area on the first floor where you could purchase snacks by scanning with self-checkout. Refrigerated items, frozen items, candy, chips, etc. The only thing the room really needed was a deep clean. Crevices and corners could have used some extra care and love. Outside of that, no complaints. Security key required to get into the hotel, as well as up the elevator.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the experience was so seamless we didn't really need anything. Our suite was plenty spacious and had a fun urban/industrial vibe with exposed brick. The bed was more on the firm side, but that is my preference anyway! If you don't wanna go anywhere in the morning, they did have a complimentary breakfast, but again it is so perfectly located between tons of great restaurants. My only knock was that the customer service experience at the desk was a bit different between the night staff and the morning stuff. The young woman who is working overnight, seemed very preoccupied and slightly annoyed when I had some pretty basic questions. This was completely contrasted by the young woman who was working in the morning. I saw her going above and beyond whether it was making sure the trash left for breakfast was taken care of or checking us out. Having worked in hospitality, I understand that anybody can have a bad night, but overall our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming in town from one of the major events or anyone just looking to have a fun staycation.
