my wife and I went to the hotel and checked in, there weren't curtains meaning the street lights blared in keeping us up. On top of that, the light didn't work. Only the hall light/bathroom lights turned on. The pool had hair all over inside and around the pool. It was as if a pack of huskies wrestled through and left a carpet. We woke up the next morning with bedbug bites. We canceled the next night that we paid for. the hotel wouldn't offer any refund read more

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stepped in. we were desperat for some sleep as we had been driving for more than 24 hours. we arrived after 2 am and ended up looking at multiple rooms and they were all nasty. we decided to try and sleep in our clothes for a few hours but the room we were in was by an exit door and the door was opened and closed about ever 10 mines for the fours hours we laid on the beds trying to sleep. we fi gave up and left. This hotel has not received many high reviews. I gave it four stars. It was clean. Nothing was broken. The breakfast was adequate. Cheese omelettes and sausage. waffles and assorted cereals. Fresh fruit. indoor swimming pool. Small gym. I stayed there four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. read more

We just stayed here and I'm being very generous giving 3 stars. There were some good things and bad things about this place. The good things were that it was affordable, comfy beds, pool, and pretty quiet. Unfortunately though there were some bad things. The room had a horrible wet dog smell to it. Also, my son dropped his toy under the bed, so he went to get it and found a vaping thing. It was obviously left by a previous guest, and when I looked under the bed I saw lots of trash. Clearly the cleaning people aren't doing under the beds. I think they should have at least offered to move us because of the smell. Also, they really should start cleaning the rooms properly. read more

I came in late so I was not able to see things to clear but I've noticed some stains on the bed and on the pillows, so the next morning I've found the house keeper and asked her to please change the pillows and change the bed due to the stains on it (poop Stains). I came back and nothing was changed, I called front desk and no-one came to do anything about it, as I tried to take a shower that night, I've noticed that the the towels had a fault smell to them and they had yellow stains all over ( no I didn't use them) I called the front desk again and nothing happened. I went to my friends hotel and I pass the night there so no need to argue with the front desk at that point( its midnight now). I came back the next day and I flipped on the front desk that I at that point I've been there 3 days and they had not changed or clean the room, so the kid working behind the desk came up and tried to help me but some idiot name Rash came up behind him and in his native Indian tongue told the kid to go pretend to find a room but to come back and tell me that they were no rooms available to simply do it to make me shut up. when I told him that I understood what he had said and done with the helper he became a complete idiot and started yelling at me and closing his fist and pretending as if he was going to hit me and told me flat out that he didn't give a F.... if he had to beat my A.. so he he told me that he was not going to clean or do SH... for me and that I need it to get that F... out of his hotel and he threw me out of the hotel, picked up my bags and threw them in the hallway.. i left because I didn't want to het arrested. so if you want your life threaten, Bags thrown just because you want what you paid for,(clean towels and a clean bed? than you need to stay away or you will get your as.. kicked and pushed on to the streets. how can this people stay in business? My work changed my work assignment last minute, and these guys' managers won't answer phones or emails to discuss cancelations. Apparently their cancelation policy is "f*** you", which leaves me at a week and a half not being able to purchase groceries because all my money is gone to rooms I canceled before staying in them. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. You are close to restaurants and shopping. As for the hotel it smelled like cigarette smoke so bad we had to spray air freshener and keep a window open. The outlets in the restroom did not work and the toilet moved! If you are passing thru and won't be spending as much time in your room and just need a place to lay your head and shower this hotel might work for you. read more

Just a heads up, If you plan to stay here with your service dog. Be prepared to be asked to show proof via certification. The ADA does not require a certification for service animals. The ADA also states that they are not to ask or "Request any documentation that the dog is registered, licensed, or certified as a service animal". I explained this to the front desk agent. He cut me off and refused until, I show him my paper work from the doctor. Which forced me to share my disabilities with a stranger. I highly suggest going else where, if you're not comfortable telling the front desk clerk all your medical info. I would of been more than happy to tell him what type of work my dog does for me. My dog has been trained to preform tasks like alerting me of upcoming anxiety attacks. All which I would have been completely okay with telling him, if he would have asked. I was NOT okay showing him a letter from my doctor as proof of disabilities, Not to mention he wasn't wearing a mask, which is whatever but grabbed my phone, out of my hands without asking to look at it closer or cleaning his hands before grabbing it.. Which isn't great, if you have compromised immune system, like I do. Also the gentleman who helped me seemed annoyed with me from the get go. And was ready to tell me to leave when I started explaining my rights when it comes to my service dog. Other than all of that. The Rooms are okay. This place is OK, it's a half-step up from a standard budget motel. Some stuff could use some work though. It's one of those places where smoke travels through bathroom vents into the non-smoking rooms. You can keep the door closed to keep it out of the rest of the room, but then it's like going into a casino every time you go in there. There were also crumbs and ancient fossilized Goldfish in the AC unit in my room - it was just two regular Philips head screws on the grill, so clearly just a don't-give-a-F thing in not cleaning it. Otherwise it was alright though. Standard fridge and micro in every room, decent WiFi. Proper computer desk. Other than the ciggy smoke pouring in, the bathroom was pretty good with a recent remodel. Stayed four nights in August 2018. On the second night at 10:00, after working a 13-hour day, I returned to my room to discover that ALL OF MY FOOD HAD BEEN TAKEN AWAY. It consisted of a sealed salad, sealed boxes of crackers and snacks, sealed meat/cheese rolls (snack size), and several unopened drinks. So much for dinner. The next morning I spoke with the woman at the front desk. She instantly said it wasn't the housekeeper's fault because she (the housekeeper) must have thought I'd checked out. Again, this was on night #2 of 4 nights. Then she said I must have extended my stay. No, it was a single booking for four nights. Then she said the housekeeper must not have seen my luggage, so therefore she thought I checked out. Really? I asked about their system for notifying housekeeping of who was checking out and who was staying. She wouldn't answer; just kept repeating that it wasn't the housekeeper's fault. I asked for the manager. "The manager's not here." When is the manager here? "I don't know." When does the manager come to work. "I don't know ... maybe 10:30, maybe 11:30." I think I was talking the manager the whole time. She repeated her claim to no know when the manager would be in when I checked out two days later. Ripped off and basically blamed for it. My wife and I have stayed here at this Quality Inn 2 times now. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good and it is close to the freeway without the noise. I will stay here time and time again in my travels from Southern Utah. I highly recommend this hotel. For the price you cannot beat the quality. For me the beds are comfortable. read more

I'm doing two stars because really the rooms aren't bad. The hotel is clean but the problem is 2/3 of the people I've come across working here sucked. Pretty rude like I'm the inconvenience. Mind you. Ok very nice to people haven't complained or anything so there's no need for it at all! Beds aren't the best but aren't bad either. Whoever answers the phone just now when I called to see if they were able per friendly was not nice! Same with the gentleman who came on shift late last night. The people and staff and rooms are great - however the amusement park right next door was so loud that it sounded like music and PA was in my room just blaring as of the time of this writing at 9:48 pm. Could use some SERIOUS work. Hallways smell liked baked fish. I'm currently in my second room of the evening. First one had a super sketch hand towel on the floor when I walked in and it smelled like cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. Tv didn't work either. In second room (on a different floor) still smells like fish in hallways. Thank god the new room doesn't smell like that or cigs. AC is as old as I am. On the plus side the tv has a great picture and they have decent channels EDIT- new room is much better and much cleaner so I bumped them to 3 stars because they were cool about it read more

We phoned to ask what kind of eggs they provided for breakfast and we were pleased to find out that this hotel provides omelets! The desk clerk was extremely nice (hence the 2 star rating)! We had stayed at 4 previous hotels which provided horrible powdered eggs or the like for breakfast. I have attached a photo so you can see exactly what kind of omelet. The cheese you see is Velveeta cheese. The 'omelet' was horrible. I've also attached photos of the bedspreads. Both beds had stains and I am not even going to guess what kind of stains.... it was disgusting. One more thing, the tub did not drain. We booked a room so I could meet with my husband who was at the Utah national guard nearby. We had a trip planned and he had to leave and go back to his duty station at Fort bliss. Our vacation plans got cancelled because he now has orders to train. I understand since it does say non refundable. I get it, shouldn't have booked this hotel being a military family our vacation plans get cancelled sometimes due to orders. But to charge us a 150 on top of that is disgusting. I will never stay in any of your hotels ever again! This just shows me that this company only cares about money, but about guest experience. read more

So I am a Choice Rewards member, and thought that this hotel looked like a solid choice when I stayed here on 2.6.19, it was not, I had an incident that morning that was not resolved or really even addressed. I then was driving in a major snow storm on 2.10.19 and the other hotel option close by was booked, so I reluctantly stayed here, the first room key I was given, then room had a used dirty washcloth on the nightstand and a very loud guest next door, they moved me to the 2nd room, the other side of said guest, not happening. I went to open the door to the 3rd room and to my surprise and his, a man came out of the restroom, the room was already occupied, the 4th time was a charm(so to speak) it would have been great for a $30 room, not for an almost $70 room, the bedding was ripped, the office chair help together with tape and no batteries in the remote, bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. So in less than a week, I spent almost $130.00 here, and in return I got my $5.00 (total) in Amazon rewards for my stays. I have photos as well. I will be moving to a new hotel chain, so long Choice Hotels. "Quality" definition 1.the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something, that was definitely not my experience on either stay. read more

These hotel rooms are old and stinky. Also found a bug at 2:00 am on my son's pillow. Took it down to the front desk and asked what it was the guy said he didn't know but offered to change our bedding. Looked it up and it was a bedbug (full of blood as it was large and red). The next day I asked if they could spray or move us they sprayed and we had to leave for two hours. Decided to just move to a different hotel but they would not refund my money. No manager on duty for the weekend. Won't go back. Called the board of health. Avoid this hotel like the plague. read more

Every person I've talked to has been unhelpful, unprofessional and even downright rude, especially Shravia. I am not one to write negative reviews but their customer service has been so awful and the entire situation so shady that I think they try to scam people out of their money. This place is definitely not "Quality" Inn it should just be called "Inn" First off, the check in lady was nice and everything but then we're get up to our room and it was left in filth as if they didn't even clean in. The sheets and blankets and pillows we covered in hair and everything has black spots on it. Everything is out dated and our room key scanner was chipping off on the corners. The alarm clock was completely dis-mantled and the lamp shades were destroyed and dusty. And not to leave this out a housekeeper comes banging on our door and my girlfriend answered the door and the housekeeper said "Just so you know we clean rooms at 11" in a very snobby tone. My girlfriend replied nicely "We just woke up and are rushing to get ready." The housekeeper then replied "Well you know your gonna HAVE to get out if the front desk comes and knocks" really rude towards us. I don't think I'm ever gonna stay here again. read more

The price was pretty good, the pool and breakfast were OK, so there's that. But things were less than adequate from the start. We came in as a couple, but were given only one key card. Never occurred to us there would only be one in the envelope, so we had to go back to get another. Not a big deal by itself, but an omen of things to come. The internet was first terrible, then non-existent. The front desk attendant assured him "it's fine". No, it was NOT fine. After we resorted to Twitter, the attendant rebooted the router, and the connection was slightly better, although the hotspot on the phone outperformed it by a WIDE margin. By the last day, they had password protected the wireless connection without providing the password. No one answered the front desk phone when we called to ask. I walked to the desk, rang the bell and...crickets. We gave up and used the hotspot again. There were only 2 threadbare bath towels in the bathroom. I haven't stayed at a motel in the new millenium that didn't provide at least 4 as a default. They were about the quality of the towels you generally find at the pool. I think at this establishment, they were interchangeable, because the towels at the pool had no stripe. Two hand towels and two wash clothes were equally threadbare, but at least a somewhat adequate number. Asking at the desk for more towels the first time wasn't a problem, but the next day, we showered late, and I had to justify swapping out my used towels to the rude housekeeping manager, who didn't allow the front desk attendant to do this very routine job by herself. This housekeeping manager was openly horrible to her employees, in front of customers, but would put on a huge fake smile for the guests, as if we can't hear her yelling at the people just doing their jobs. On the last day, I was pretty impressed to have towels that I couldn't see through, until I opened them and found stains. Like not just one towel, one stain, but multiple towels, multiple stains. Disgusting. We booked the room with a whirlpool tub, but that came with the most bizarre window between the sleeping area and the bathtub. There was no way to cover the window, and the room was on the first floor, directly next to a row of parking. So we had to close the curtains in order to shower, if we didn't want to provide people getting into their car a strange free peepshow. Other minor things: There was a constant wet spot on the carpet in front of the ice machine. The first night, I thought maybe someone came directly from the pool. But it was there the entire time. The second day, they were running cable in the ceiling in the hallway. I can't prove this disturbed the spiders living up there, but I had one drop down in front of me while I was sitting on the bed later that night. Vary clean hotel. Had some small problems with the room. The tv lost signal for most of the night. So no tv, I can live with that. The other problem was the fridge was going out in the room so it made a lot of load noises so we had to unplug it. If I could give zero stars I would! I stayed there last night and was supposed to be booked there for several more days but I checked out early. This property just rebranded to a quality Inn. When I arrived in my room the first thing I noticed was the carpet was ripped, the closet door was broken, there was a stain on the curtain and it had a little bit of a funky smell. I started to unzip my suitcase and then I noticed that there were stains all over my comforter! Several of them, some of them crusty! I went to the front desk to ask to either have my bedding changed or moved to another room; at this point but the two people who spoke English when I checked in started to speak amongst themselves in another language in front of me, I felt it was quite rude! They were assigning me another room so I went to grab my suitcase and then I was escorted to my new room so they could "show me something about my new room"- you must yank up on the handle a couple of times in order for your door to properly lock. A little unsettling traveling alone as a female staying in a room with the door that has issues with the lock, but I will say this room was much nicer and lacked the stains and other where in tear present in the first room. The only major thing that disgusted me about room number two was the grime in the light switches! I stayed one night checked out the next morning and moved to another hotel- the positive things are the bed was comfortable and there was a good selection of TV channels. read more

They're renovating right now so the noise level is high. You'd think for the courtesy of their guests they would place us as far away from the noise as possible unless it was necessary to put us by the construction due to overbooking, but they put us in the room directly across from the construction, which kinda irked me. Room pluses: we are in a handicap accessible room so the bathroom is really big. Has a mini frigid and has a small microwave. Room cons: it is friggin hot in here!! The AC does not work. It's 100 degrees outside and feels about 85 in our room. The TV is tiny, probably only about 20 inches, and the bed is hard as a rock. I'm not super excited about this room, but because we are only here for one night it will have to do. I would recommend waiting a few month at least before you come here to stay, wait until the construction is done first. read more

We made a reservation for 2 rooms for one night and showed up and paid. I was also charged for another night that I did not reserve. Their computer system created a reservation that I didn't make and they would not correct the error. In addition the place was not fit to stay at. The facilities are in disrepair, the staff is incompetent, the pool is full of scum and the TV reception was horrible. I would not let my dog stay here. I was told there was a new owner about a year ago and they are obviously just trying to suck as much money as they can out of the business and are not taking care of it. read more
