    Bed concaving in middle

This is basic motel don't expect much. See my review below. If you want really comfy beds and blackout curtains this is not the place.

    Nasty floor

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stepped in. we were desperat for some sleep as we had been driving for more than 24 hours. we arrived after 2 am and ended up looking at multiple rooms and they were all nasty. we decided to try and sleep in our clothes for a few hours but the room we were in was by an exit door and the door was opened and closed about ever 10 mines for the fours hours we laid on the beds trying to sleep. we fi gave up and left. I tried to get refunded for this room but management refused to even speak to me. Stay somewhere else!! Gross place!!!

My son found this vape thing under the bed

We just stayed here and I'm being very generous giving 3 stars. There were some good things and bad things about this place. The good things were that it was affordable, comfy beds, pool, and pretty quiet. Unfortunately though there were some bad things. The room had a horrible wet dog smell to it. Also, my son dropped his toy under the bed, so he went to get it and found a vaping thing. It was obviously left by a previous guest, and when I looked under the bed I saw lots of trash. Clearly the cleaning people aren't doing under the beds. I think they should have at least offered to move us because of the smell. Also, they really should start cleaning the rooms properly.

Just a heads up, If you plan to stay here with your service dog. Be prepared to be asked to show proof via certification. The ADA does not require a certification for service animals. The ADA also states that they are not to ask or "Request any documentation that the dog is registered, licensed, or certified as a service animal". I explained this to the front desk agent. He cut me off and refused until, I show him my paper work from the doctor. Which forced me to share my disabilities with a stranger. I highly suggest going else where, if you're not comfortable telling the front desk clerk all your medical info. I would of been more than happy to tell him what type of work my dog does for me. My dog has been trained to preform tasks like alerting me of upcoming anxiety attacks. All which I would have been completely okay with telling him, if he would have asked. I was NOT okay showing him a letter from my doctor as proof of disabilities, Not to mention he wasn't wearing a mask, which is whatever but grabbed my phone, out of my hands without asking to look at it closer or cleaning his hands before grabbing it.. Which isn't great, if you have compromised immune system, like I do. Also the gentleman who helped me seemed annoyed with me from the get go. And was ready to tell me to leave when I started explaining my rights when it comes to my service dog. Other than all of that. The Rooms are okay. Very cheep but it is a 2 star hotel, so not bad for a night stay. Just over all, horrible customer service... Good luck. Link to the ADA website: https://beta.ada.gov/topics/service-animals/

We phoned to ask what kind of eggs they provided for breakfast and we were pleased to find out that this hotel provides omelets! The desk clerk was extremely nice (hence the 2 star rating)! We had stayed at 4 previous hotels which provided horrible powdered eggs or the like for breakfast. I have attached a photo so you can see exactly what kind of omelet. The cheese you see is Velveeta cheese. The 'omelet' was horrible. I've also attached photos of the bedspreads. Both beds had stains and I am not even going to guess what kind of stains.... it was disgusting. One more thing, the tub did not drain. Hey Comfort Inn - can't you afford new bedspreads and plumbing repairs?

I arrived around 1:00 PM and was told my room wasn't ready. The front desk took my phone number and assured me they would call when it was available. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn't received a call, so I called them myself. Their response was essentially, "Oh, sorry, your room is ready now." When I finally arrived with two large suitcases weighing close to 100 pounds combined, I was informed that my room was on the second floor. I asked where the elevators were and was shocked to learn that this hotel doesn't have elevators at all. None. I then had to haul all of my luggage up a full flight of stairs myself. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the worst part. At approximately 1:00 AM, I was awakened by someone entering my room. Imagine being asleep in a dark hotel room and suddenly hearing the door open and a stranger walk in. I yelled out, and the person--who seemed just as startled as I was--immediately left. I later learned that the front desk had mistakenly double-booked my room and given another guest a key. This was a serious safety and security failure that never should have happened. To top it off, the hotel is dated, poorly maintained, and the shower handle in my room was broken. Between the lack of communication, no elevator, broken fixtures, and having a stranger walk into my room in the middle of the night because of the hotel's mistake, this stay was completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast served here was good and we were full, ready for the day - eggs, bacon, toast/bagel option, ready to make waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee/hot chocolate. Breakfast host was polite and kept things neat and stocked. This location does not have an elevator. This should be noted on your reservation should you need a room on the first floor. Parking is connected to Leatherheads parking so be aware of the patrons from there as you park. Not that they're sketch, but people aren't always the best when drunk.
