Overall, I would say this place is very clean! That's very important to me. They had a very lovely staff that greeted me. I only stayed for two days and one night. The gym was really clean and a good size. Lots of parking outside. I would say overall it was pretty quiet except the walls are pretty thin. If you're a light sleeper. Make sure you recommend a room on the top floor because I was on the middle floor and I heard people walking above me all night. I could also hear the guy right next to me. So I did have a rough time sleeping. The thermostat was tough for me to adjust in the room. I wanted to make it a little bit cooler, but it kept on coming on in bursts instead of a consistent flow of air. Bathroom was clean The breakfast items were really nice with a variety! And it was complimentary ! Would I stay here again? Yes but I would have to stay on the top floor because I'm a light sleeper. I had a really nice view of the mountains when I woke up. read more

The hotel was very clean. The windows are thick because you can't hear the outside at all. The mattress definitely leaves something to be desired as it was pretty hard. The breakfast was ok. As someone with dietary restrictions I appreciate they have a sign to ask but I wish it could just listen some options so I wouldn't feel so awkward. Do not stay here if you are looking for two queen beds. The "queen" beds are very small. My husband and I were touching all night they are so small. We actually measured the beds and they are 54x74, which is the size for a double bed. When we went downstairs to question them about the true size, the manager refused to even consider that they were not queen beds and said we were wrong. False advertisement. read more

The front desk staff was not immediately available, but we could hear them in the back laughing and talking. When they did pop out, they were friendly and super accommodating, and got us into a fourth floor room. The place looks newer, smelled good, and was very clean. It has a free breakfast, indoor pool, elevators, fire pit, and lots of free parking. It is also located next to a Mavericks for snacks/gas. The room itself was ok. Two beds, one desk, one chair, and AC. Nice view of the mountains and the freeway (to see how the traffic is.) The downside for us was the barn door for the bathroom door, no bathroom fan, and the low pressure of the shower. Small downsides considering everything else positive. There were the usual amenities, and towels were good quality. The housekeeping staff was hard at work, and very friendly and helpful when I asked for more kleenex. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices of hot and cold breakfast. They had eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, toast, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and all the juices. There were a lot of seating options. The lady that was working in this area (by herself) was awesome. She kept the area clean (spotless really), filled with food, and was very happy and inviting to all. Please add to their tip jar if you receive that same service we all did. Check out was a breeze and literally took seconds. One odd observation I had was that the swing shift staff did not know much about the area. I mean, I get if you don't live there, but you do work there and should be somewhat helpful with directions and restaurants (not what I experienced, but watched as other patrons were experiencing this.) Cleaned and smelled good but the management and staff were awful. We had a new RV and were stranded, trying to get in touch with our extended warranty roadside assistance people. We asked to extend for an hour for a noon checkout. We were told no. I asked to talk to the manager and the front desk person put me through to a generic voice mail. Wouldn't stay there again. The worst hotel experience I've ever had! The manager working the night we booked was absolutely awful! So extremely rude and short tempered. I booked through Bookings.com and called because it was past midnight. I told the agent we needed to check in that night which she told me was totally fine (it wasn't). Got to the hotel and when the manager couldn't find our booking she immediately freaked out and was the rudest hospitality staff member I've ever met. I will be staying at this location for a business trip. I called the front desk attendant to inquire about early check in. The response that I received was not empathetic and there seemed to be no desire to help accommodate me and my ask. Okay no worries, sorry for asking, I'll just be waking up at 3am to hop on flights to SLC and just want to freshen up before going to work, but what's it to you, right? I then attempted to follow instructions I received via email to check in, that threw me into a loop when I attempted to reset my password. I've never attempted to reset a password soo many times in my life. Being a techie, I was able to figure out why the password reset wasn't working, the error messages during the password reset procedure served no help. How are you going to fail a password reset and throw a generic error stating there was a problem, with no follow through or next steps? Horrible. Once I got into the app, I attempted to look up my reversavtion and I continued to receive an error stating my reservation cannot be found. WHAT?!?! I finally gave up and called their customer service number. Kudos for answering late into the evening, but good lord he wasn't able to help me and threw me into a loop asking for my credit card. Hey at least he found my reservation, the app couldn't do that. All I want to do is check in online. If I can't do that, why are you sending me emails asking me to do so. If this location wasn't in the same parking lot as my company, I'd never stay here. One of the worst customer experiences I've had. Wasted a good hour of my night on this. I booked in February for our trip in July, but had to cancel for family situation, and tried to cancel in MAY, and they said NO REFUNDS!!! if anything comes up, NO REMORSE, NO CREDIT, not HUMAINE, they will just take your money, also judging from the other reviews, I believe them. Horrible customer service by Logan at the front desk. Checking in with my printed out confirmation number with my name on it and several emails before the date reminding me of my confirmation and Logan won't allow me and my family of five to check in because the person that made the reservation for me wasn't there EVEN THOUGH THE RESERVATION IS FOR ME AND IT SAYS MY NAME AS THE GUEST ON THE CONFIRMATION WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER. I ask to speak to someone else in charge because the person that made the reservation is in her rehearsal for her wedding and we can't make the rehearsal dinner until we check in and change, but apparently Logan is the one in charge which is mind blowing. So there is no way I'm getting ahold of someone at their rehearsal and no way I'd even want to bother them so my wife sat in the car pretending to be the person Logan wanted to hear from and that worked. Logan didn't ask her for anything other than to confirm I can check in. Really? No confirm what room you are in or the last four digits of your card on file. I sat in the lobby panicking with my family of five so you could get verbal confirmation from anyone on the other line but you won't check me in with my confirmation number and my name which you see and confirm is correct? Ridiculous! Literally makes no sense and Logan was so rude and arrogant about how it's a security measure. What a complete security measure joke. Someone in charge has to at least have common sense and good customer service. No random person that happens to have the same name as me, know the confirmation number and happen to print it out is trying to take a reserved room. read more

We came up for my husband to have surgery, he ended up having more work done and we had to extend our stay, called the front desk to ask if we could extend one more night and they said no problem, night crew was so nice. Get to this morning ( and mind you I have filled this room with food and drinks so I could just stay in the room and take care of hubby) morning crew will not let us stay because my sister in law has to book the room becuase my husbands card has been hacked. So morning manager will not let us stay another night becuase she wasn't with us even though we had already stayed 2 nights. So I go on the Hilton app book the room under my name, go to pay and now she won't let us becuase the kind of debit card I'm using. This woman, day time manager, didn't get her name but she was definitely Polynesian, was being nasty just becuase she could. I ended up having to pack up the room in 10 minutes load everything and move to a new hotel!!! My poor husband was in so much pain and sick this was awful how we were treated!!!!!! read more

This Hampton Inn is fairly new and in great condition. The rooms are clean and up to date. It's location is a bit out of the way, but it is still accessible to shops and restaurants. It also has easy access to I-15. The breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold options. However the coffee was terrible. It was very weak and luke warm. Also, the only options for creamers were the dairy-free, fake flavored ones with lots of sugar: no whole milk or half and half. This was disappointing as my morning cuppa is an important part of my day. But as usual, we were treated very well by the staff who acknowledged our Diamond status upon check-in with complimentary water and snacks. read more

Nice hotel with courteous staff! My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights. This hotel is conveniently located right off the I-15. The hotel grounds are fairly new and the parking lot is well-lit with plenty of parking. Because of covid, there is an option to check in/out and choose your room ahead of time by using the Hilton app. In addition, the Hilton app enables you to access your room, the side entrance of the hotel, and the pool. It was such a nice and seamlessly easy feature to use during our stay. Wifi and parking are free during your stay here. They also offer a complementary breakfast every morning but I can't really comment on that because we didn't try it. The room we booked was spacious, modern, and clean. It was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, working desk, and flat screen TV. The bathroom was big with plenty of counter space. The king bed and pillows were soft and super comfy. It was almost so hard to get out of bed each morning to start our day. Our room wasn't cleaned during the two nights we stayed here but we assumed it's because of covid. The front desk staff were more than happy to provide us with clean towels when we asked. The next time we visit SLC, we will be sure to stay here again. Definitely recommend! read more

Spent the night at this hotel while traveling with the wife. If you want a clean, no frills Hilton stay, this is a great hotel. From check-in, the front desk personnel were professional, friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean, had a great air conditioner, and a mini fridge that kept things nice and cold. The breakfast the next morning was fine, a typical Hampton Inn breakfast, better than continental, but not a full sit down. The two "complaints " were a couple of kids soccer teams were staying there and were acting like typical kids, and only two bath towels for the two of us. In the grand scheme of things, first world problems. Again, a nice, clean hotel that did the job. Bonus: Many of the Hampton Inns have done away with actual bathroom and closet door opting for those rolling barn door style doors. Either the bathroom is closed or the closer is closed, neither at the same time. And if it is over the bathroom, it doesn't lend itself to much privacy. Come on guys, stop this madness... read more

Stayed for 1 night on my way to Idaho. First impression was its very clean and even smelled like lysol when walking in. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were a bit firm for my taste. They provide extra blankets and the bathroom has plenty of towels and good water pressure. They also provide a nice continental breakfast with plenty of options from fruit to eggs and waffles with plenty of seating. The lobby restrooms were very clean and provided free feminine products. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. I booked a room for one night with a friend for two beds via hotels.com and when I got there they told me our room isn't available and that we would get one bed instead of two. because we booked through a 3rd party it's not guaranteed to be the room you booked. Obviously this policy is totally bogus and there's nothing written on our confirmation stating this so we had to call hotels.com for a refund. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. We booked connecting rooms online. While driving to the hotel, the card we used to book the rooms was charged-not a hold but an actual charge. It was late morning, so there would be no reason to charge the card since it wasn't after check-in. When we arrived, we tried to use a different card to pay. The woman helping us was nice, but could not figure out the problem. The next morning, we spoke with Alicia. She was also nice and seemed to fix the card problem. Alicia told us the general manager would be there the following morning (which is today) to make sure everything went through correctly. This morning, we went to talk to the general manager. When we got to the front desk, a woman was working. We asked if she was the general manager. She said she wasn't. In an extremely rude and condescending voice, she said "it's a holiday". We ignored her tone and tried to explain the situation. While we were talking, she received a phone call from a guest asking for a late check out. In a completely uncalled for rude voice, she replied "12 o'clock" to the caller and hung up. We tried to begin explaining our situation again, but she had such a horrible attitude towards us. We were not disrespectful, and were calm. She then became irate. After at least a minute of her yelling at us, I tried to give her an out by asking if something had happened that morning to cause her to be upset. That definitely did not help. She aggressively pushed our cards back into my husband's hands, went into the back room and slammed the door. This was during breakfast and it was very busy, so everyone at the breakfast area witnessed this. It was extremely embarrassing to be yelled at in front of a whole room of guests. A young male employee had been present during part of this interaction. Later, we found out the woman's name is Mel. We will be filing a formal complaint against this hotel and Mel for her horrible treatment of us. read more

The nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in and the nicest staff. Emma checked us in the night we arrived and texted me to make sure everything was okay. We didn't have any of our stuff so they gave us complimentary toiletries. The rooms are very nice quality and very clean.
