False advertising, this place is NOT comparable to other hotels in the same price range. This place should charge half the price because they give you significantly less than all the other hotels in the same price point. Call the "hotel" and make sure it actually has what the website claims it has. The pool is not heated, the breakfast is pathetic, no carpet in the rooms, floor was dirty and gritty feeling, they are still using COVID as an excuse for poor housekeeping and eliminated amenities. Verify the amenities are still offered and actually working. When we stayed there, all of the amenities we were looking forward to using were either broken or no longer offered. I have read other reviews about this place having bedbugs and I would not be surprised because it is so dirty and housekeeping staff are not on the premises, they only call the housekeeping when you leave.... Maybe... This place was such a disappointment it made me consider staying somewhere else for the remaining days we were there. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone at ANY price. read more

We got in town early for a funeral with an early viewing time. Check-in isn't until 3p, so we had a lot of time to kill. The staff went ahead & cleaned the room as soon as the other occupants left, so we could get in a 11a! The staff here are very nice, room was very comfortable and slept well. The fridge, bathroom and everything else worked fine. We've stayed here before and never had a problem. We'll definitely come back and stay as need happens. read more

It was definitely a staff issue. Breakfast wasn't ready when it was scheduled to be ready, the manager did correct this quickly. I encountered a front desk employee twice that was very rude. The first time I had taken my dirty towels down and asked to exchange them for clean ones. She was very bothered by this. She told me next time to leave them outside of my door for housekeeping. So this morning I left my towels outside the door for housekeeping, there is no housekeeping today it's a holiday so it was her. She took the towels never brought me any clean ones. I was locked out of my room so I asked for my key to be remade she told me I was supposed to check out that morning but my reservations were till the next day she didn't want to see the screenshot of that. She told me that our employees extended their room, but we didn't, which they can not do. then changed up and said their rooms automatically extended. My husband called to speak to the manager and was hung up on twice. I'm posting this review on 9/4 and reservations were clearly until the 5th. Even though she was being extremely rude I still told her to have a nice day and she simply walked away without saying a word.Our business has stayed her approx 2 out of 3 weeks but will find another hotel from here on out. read more

I was disappointed In this hotel. The website says there is a heated pool - it is NOT. It says there is a jacuzzi - it is boarded over. Chemicals were dumped into the pool in the morning during the hours the pool was supposed to be open - so no swimming. The security door was disabled. The rooms were small but clean. I will look for another hotel chain for the next pool party for my grandchildren. read more

we stayed there last night for my birthday, the website didn't state there was no longer a hot tub, the "heated" pool wasn't even that warm couldn't have drinks by the pool, the beds are hard as a rock we ALL woke up with our backs hurting. we got a phone call in the middle of the night for being to loud when we were just talking normal and laughing. you will literally get treated like children staying at this hotel. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. and also no need to mention the over night receptionist had a horrible attitude! Will not be staying here again. read more

Stayed here for a week while out of town for work. The first night my fridge was so cold it froze my food (I should've checked it). Also, my toilet overflowed and the shower water was about 6inches high. They let me switch room (the room next door) and they shower did the same thing. The fridge in this room didn't work and all my food went bad. Also the side doors weren't locked the first night, so anyone could've entered (great safety). The second two nights they were locked and out keys didn't work on them, had to walk around to front. Not a pleasant stay, will be staying somewhere else next time. read more

We stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. Then we begin to notice the we were being charged twice for the same stay. When we caught on and confronted desk we were told that it was our bank. Again week after week we notice the double charges. We felt like after time staff was getting unfriendly with us. Later we read where others were charge double as well. Also, the beds were always running down hill at the head and we always had to put 2x4's under to keep bed level. If your ever there and don't believe me check under bed for 2x4 prop. The afternoon started by a pre-call for available rooms for 3 adults. The front desk attendant on the phone said she could have a roll away bed in the room for us when we arrived. We checked into the room after a long day on the road and prior to going to the room went to dinner. Upon returning from dinner the front attendant was sitting outside on the curve smoking with what seemed to be friends. We entered the room and no roll away bed was in room. I went back down stairs to ask about the bed. The attendant said and I quote "Oh, I forgot to get the bed in the room, I'll work on it". We returned to our room and in approximately 5 minutes a knock on the door. It was the attendant explaining to us that she attempted to get the bed up the stairs but she was by herself and could only get it up to 2 steps. She told us we could drag it upstairs if we wanted it. At this point we explained it was not our job to get the bed in the room and she should call her manager to figure out what do to make the situation right! She said ok and would call us back. A few minutes later the person who was in our party came into the building from the vehicle where he was gathering luggage. At this point the night manager turned to him and rudely pointed a finger at him and told him you guys are not getting a free room? No body asked for a free room the comment was "you should call your manager and do whats right". The night attendant told him that we can leave if we did not like it. Just leave! It is the most unprofessional, rude, staff I have ever experienced in my life. Being a retired reliability engineer in the worlds largest steel company I have dealt with several situations but nothing that compared to the behavior of this staff. The second and third person in our party are business owners and professionals. We have all dealt with people and agreed this was an amazing experience but not a good one. Now the kicker: The night manager then said if you don't like it then you can just leave or I'll call the police and have you removed. My comment was "Please call the police so we can discuss this and make a report." Interesting turn of events when the first desk attendant started to lie, shake, and seemed nervous, she then had a friend whom she was smoking with start to lie for her also saying our party was rude from the moment we walked in. This friend was not there when we checked on or during conversations. Obviously brought in to lie for her friend maybe to save her job for leaving the front desk. (An assumption on my part.) If there is a video it will show nothing but professionalism on our part. Then making up a story because we were on bikes they were stereo typing us. Couldn't help but laugh at that comment. Three business professionals as "Bikers"? We are the farthest thing from bikers on earth. So the officers very professionally asked us to leave the premises upon the request of the desk staff which we did with no issues. In fact the officers assisted us in a location of the Days inn in Lisbon. An unbelievable evening of rude, unprofessional, staff. Again the first attendant was busy outside smoking with friends while the desk was unattended smoking. Her friend who lied seemed nervous when the police showed up, maybe doing something they were not supposed to be doing? I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Amazing evening, we did go down the road to the Days Inn in Lisbon. A cleaner, well kept hotel with professional staff. I will not hold all Quality Inns responsible for this businesses poorly trained staff but you can bet cooperate will be receiving calls from all three of us. read more

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for a week with an unexpected death in the family. The first night we were in a room upstairs, that was hard on my mother we asked to be moved down stairs they quickly moved us as soon as a room was available, the next day. We were great full for that. The front desk staff and management were very professional prompt and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were so comfortable. The compliantly breakfast was plenty full and had a lot of options for people with different diets. The pool was clean and a nice feature. We will be back the next time we come to town. read more
