No hand soap in the bathroom, so we were making trips to the shower just to wash our hands. We told the front desk, but took about a day or so for them to bring it. We ended up buying soap from the store. The toilet was compact. Fine if you're under five feet tall, not so much otherwise. The tissue box was folded into a decorative flower with nothing actually usable underneath, which somehow became the perfect metaphor for the whole stay. Aesthetic effort on top of unmet basics. The last night the internet went out and took the TV with it. TV still wasn't working by the time we checked out. It's not that any one thing was catastrophic. It's that the issues just kept stacking. It felt like duck tape and fresh paint on a building that needs more than that. Hampton Inn has a solid brand reputation and this location isn't living up to it. Hope management is paying attention.

We had no Internet access so pretty much bring your own wifi, we requested for fresher sheets we basically was told no the sheets on our bed was clean and the bathrooms had mold in it and the icing on the cake a mouse ran from under the bed to the bathroom. I have no idea why this place wasn't shut down maybe they are close with someone in the health department idk how it works but this place should not be able to service people! Couldn't even get a refund we just left didn't even stay there had to go find a other hotel at the last minute after 12 o'clock at night.

The public areas were clean and perhaps a bit worn. The suite itself was large with a fireplace - that was a first and nice given the weather. The bathroom was the big negative. Dark and old with a tub shower. The bed layout was so tight that it was challenging to maneuver around the one side. The breakfast was typical but it was nice to have real plates and silverware versus plastic. The location isn't close to really anything except office parks and some suburban strip malls.

I was greeted when I checked but it took longer than expected, although I checked in online. Whenever an employee saw me leaving or coming, they would acknowledge me. However, I was not recognized as a Marriott Elite member. I do appreciate the employee giving me a bottle of water, although it was one small bottle of water at check in. There isn't very much around in walking distance, other than a Chick-fil-A. You definitely need a car. The best thing about this location is that it's convenient to the highway.

One of our party is allergic to cats, and had no significant trouble from cat dander. (However, pollen was plentiful in the region, so be aware of environmental problems.) My favorite part of the inn was the screened back porch, providing sunshine, fresh air, and plenty of bird watching opportunities with three separate feeders around the porch. Our accommodations as guests attending the wedding for the weekend were in the "Tudor" room. The four poster bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. HVAC didn't appear to be adjustable but was quite comfortable nonetheless. Bathroom had a very large Jacuzzi as well as sink and walk in shower. Plenty of hot water, strong pressure, very refreshing. The grounds are absolutely amazing and neatly landscaped. The food for the event, including dinner and breakfast were spot on! All-in-all, simply charming.

The place is somewhere that you'd probably find prostitutes working out of. Seriously. I call the front desk 3 times until the Indian guy who can barely speak english answers the phone (like he was busy doing something else at 2am?). Told him that there's a bed missing and that we need more pillows and blankets. He asked how many people are in the room, I said 2 but we don't want to sleep in the same bed (lie, 5 - we're not paying ANYMORE for this shady place than needed - I hope he reads this too) and he told me thats how all the rooms are and that closet is closed and he can't get pillows or blankets.
