This hotel has a lot of potential and it is extremely unfortunate that the owner chooses not to hire professionals for repairs. But he absolutely loves to park his Range Rover under the awning in front of the hotel every day. The rooms are filthy, smell like sewer, dogs barking all night, people smoking marijuana and cigarettes in the rooms were my main complaints. There's ample closest space, an iron, a safe, coffee maker, and complimentary water bottles. 3) Amenities: There's no pool, but there's a sizable gym, lobby with bookcases and murals, a restaurant, and rooftop bar. If you go to the rooftop bar, it may be confusing to get a seat. We went two different nights to an empty bar and both times the servers were hesitant to seat us. 4) Area: It's downtown and walkable to many museums, but there aren't as many good bars and restaurants in the area.
