Hotels along I95 from Jacksonville north are always full. So call ahead if you are passing through or stop early. 11pm we started looking for Hotels. We were finding every exit everthing was booked. We even called 1800 numbers for Hotels trying to find somewhere to stay. Out of desperation we stopped here. I had to take a benadryl to breath. The room was dirty, Dusty and a broken pipe along the base board. There was a roach on the shower curtain and in themiddle of the night a roach on the ceiling. I would sleep in my car before sleeping here.

Don't let the online photos fool you! This place is a shithole! The rooms were double the online price when you show up in person!

Booked on line without first seeing it in person Big Mistake. Way over priced for the state of the hotel. It is an old hotel and needs major work , I would not stay here again. Plus I'm not over picky but the carpet was so dirty I refused to walk barefoot on it.

My wife and I were looking for a pet friendly motel in Richmond Hill. This place showed up on Hotels.com at 3 stars and a $41.00 rate. Sounded okay just to get some sleep. When we checked in, the rate was $62.00 plus a $10.00 pet fee. Due to being worn out, I went ahead and paid the extra charges. When we drove around back, there was a beat up pickup truck with two "ladies" talking to their "manager". Fortunately, they and their vehicle left shortly thereafter and the rest of the night was quiet. The room was clean but the beds were worn out. There was spackling on several areas of the walls that looked like a child had put it on. The toilet kept you wondering if it was going to flush. (It did but I've never seen one act like that!) Bottom line, we won't stay there again. Lesson learned.

Can I give less than 1 star? Do not stay at this hotel. My husband and I had been driving all day and needed a place to sleep. I found this hotel online and called to make sure they had a room. I told the man on the phone that I saw online that they were running a special for $40 for a king room and asked if that was correct. He said yes. I then told him we would be there a little after midnight and he said that would be okay as well. When we arrived at 12:30, all the lights in the awnings were flickering like a horror movie. That should have been our first clue, but we were exhausted. When we approached the front desk, the man behind the counter was sleeping in a chair. We had to ring the bell to wake him up. Seriously? I explained that I had called earlier and spoke with him and reiterated the $40 room. He then told me that the room was $48. I understand it's only $8 but still. Because it was after midnight, the rate had changed. This is why I had called earlier, but he did not seem to care. He then said he could give me a rate of $44. Are we haggling now? We agreed because I just wanted to sleep. He was rude and I am thankful we did not have to deal with him again. We took our room key and headed to our room. There were people in lawn chairs sitting outside their doors, which made me wonder. The room was clean-ish but very dilapidated. I am not confident that the door even locked. And the light switch next to the door was from the 50s. It made me wonder if it was a fire hazard. The curtains were falling down and we had to move a lamp to hold them closed. The bed creaked when we laid down, but exhaustion took over. As soon as we woke up we hurried to check out. The woman at the front desk was much more pleasant. This shows that you get what you pay for. I would NEVER enter this hotel again. I probably will never stay at a Quality Inn again either.

Super easy check in and check out. Not a great hotel - very old (and it shows its age.) it's better to stay on weekdays rather than weekends, crowded with weird people on weekends because it's attached to a dive bar masked as a wings restaurant. (Snazzy's isn't very snazzy.) The pool is fun! We had a room with one king size bed and while it had its flaws (mostly to being an older building) like no easily accessible plugs, and the room that they serve breakfast in looks like the ceiling could fall in at any moment. Breakfast consists of coffee (regular cream and sugar only), Sunny D, yogurt, bread to toast, milk, three different types of cereal, oatmeal packs, and a waffle maker. They also had a couple of apples and oranges. They had a buffet style set up with sausage, eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy - but I don't recommend it. The staff kept the room clean promptly each day and were always very kind and accommodating! The fridge in the room didn't work as well as I hoped it would, it kept things cold, but as cold as you would like to keep items such as dairy products. Overall - we didn't have a bad stay at all, you definitely get what you pay for though!

AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COST!!! Pros: Cheap: $56 Cons: Extreamly poor wifi Room smells like mold No refund Cable was out and they said they would send a repair guy but no one came Missing towels Missing soap No desk Electrical fixtures hanging off the wall by a couple of wires (Fire Haszard) Trash needed to be picked up Old furniture blocking walkways One lady at the front desk had a hard time understanding english The second lady a the front desk simply drank her coffee and watched the check-in line get longer. Emplyees without nametag or uniform walking around so you cant tell if your speaking to an employee or another guest or worse. Rough part of town Dingy wall paint Chipped paint Nasty looking telephone Broken furniture(Dresser knobs) Mold in the grout of the shower The bathroom is in such great need of renovation that it is not possible for it to look clean NOTE: No stars but Yelp requires you mark one. This establishment is only suitable for prostitutes and thier customers... maybe

No stars for this one but it requires you mark one. Make sure you ask if they are under construction. The photos I posted clearly show this was unstayable conditions! I was not told till I arrived that they were under construction and my room was by hanging exit signs dangling in the wind as well as all the items that were gutted from several rooms all placed in the walking hallway! Do not stay here!

Urine, Feces and Water left after work by hotel's maintenance personnel. Along with black mold, rust and unkempt cleaning.

Because we've been working on the road for three months now and driving hundreds of miles most days, we specifically booked this hotel because of its advertised hot tub, paying a higher price for the accommodation than other area hotels in order to treat our backs, sore from all the driving. To make sure the hot tub was working and available, I wrote to the hotel the day before to make sure it was operational and they wrote back to tell me that it was. I did this before the cancellation window closed, just to be sure. When we checked in the next day, they told us the hot tub was not working. I told the clerk that the reason we booked this particular hotel at a higher price than surrounding hotels was specifically for the hot tub. Then I showed them the message that they wrote to me yesterday saying the hot tub was working. The clerk's response was simply "it WAS working yesterday." Wonderful. They told me they'd be happy to cancel my reservation and suggested I find another hotel. As a seasoned traveler, I always book hotels well in advance in order to get the best price and the greatest availability. Here it was 3 o'clock on the day I needed the hotel and I could find nothing comparable to what I thought I was getting at best Western Plus in Richmond Hill Georgia. They could have offered me partial compensation, points, or something other than "we'll cancel this and you can go find another hotel."
