Jose arrived late and had ordered the wrong part. So he reschedules. Fast forward to today. The technician was supposed to arrive by 10:30 am. It's past one in the afternoon and am still waiting. Phone calls always go to voicemail and are never answered. Text messages are seldom replied to. Text responses are the usual delay tactic. First "our system is down". I requested repair of my washing machine. This company sent a text message at 10 pm giving me an appointment the next day for 4:30 pm. This time was inconvenient. They rescheduled for a week later between 11am and 3 pm. I waited all day. The technician never showed and didn't have the decency to contact me about not being able to make it. I didn't even get a response to my request asking if the appointment was going to be kept. I received a text 2 days later that the technician wanted to come the next day. Again the time frame offered was inconvenient. They were getting ready to reschedule me for the next week. When I commented that the company was too incompetent to deal with. Overall, the service was terrible from start to finish. Communication, follow-up, and scheduling were a nightmare. I was given a specific arrival time (not a timeframe), yet the technician arrived late. Despite being told I had guests staying at my short-term rental, the tech explained the diagnosis to them instead of me. They claimed warranty approval would take hours, which I know from experience is false--it takes minutes. No explanation was given on what was needed to complete the repair, and I had to contact the warranty company myself for updates. I was told to hire a plumber to fix a valve before the part could be ordered, which I did immediately. After that, I received no response for days--no update on the repair, no help when the washer hose started leaking, and no follow-up at all. This company does not communicate, follow through, or provide the information needed to resolve issues. I do not recommend them. read more

I talked with Jose about repairing two appliances. He assured me he would check on the parts and call me back. He didn't call when he said he would, so I called him back. He said he would get back to me. He never did, and I couldn't reach him on the phone again. If I have to chase someone down so they can tell me if they could get the parts, and they don't call when they say they will, I just move on, because I know it will be nothing but a hassle. Even though I read the review from June, I thought I would give Jose a chance, but the reviewer from June is correct. read more

Stay away from this vendor. They will keep rescheduling your appointments and leave you hanging in there for weeks. None of them will be answering your phone call or messages. Save your self the trouble. read more

I am 100% pleased with this company! I put in a claim with my home warranty on Friday afternoon for my clothes dryer. Hector came out on Saturday to diagnose the problem, and he was back on Monday and had it fixed! He let me know that he was on his way each time, and he showed up when promised. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had filed a claim with my home warranty company and one of their technicians came out to my home to take a look. KEY WORDS TWO DIFFERENT ISSUES. ONE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE OTHER. My claim was denied even tho I explained the situation. I also texted them immediately after the technician left because he pulled my oven out, did not place it back correctly, and now it is wobbly; they refuse to address the issue. The technician did not ask me any questions stood there like a robot. Dude had ZERO personality. I think it was relation for texting them about not putting my oven back correctly and complaining about not having the parts. As a VET I expected more, at least move my oven back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. One of the issues I had already had repaired/covered before, NEITHER had to do with the order. Lack of experience was evident.
