My husband and I came for two pedicures (one gel and one regular) I called thirty minutes prior and they said to come in at 1:45. It was our first time there and all of the staff were so nice! Every time we pass by it looks busy so I'm glad we got to go. One person started on my partner right away. I had to wait until the person next to me was finished. They were accommodating to the kind of pink I wanted for my French tip. My pedicure was decent. One thing was there was no music? Anyway, the prices are very good compared to other salons. Sloppy polish. I felt like this was his first day. Even the other manicurist noticed and asked them to fix. Uneven polish. Polish on skin. Uneven toes. Kept digging their thumbnail under my nails to wipe off polish. The 'foot massage' poured way too much oil onto legs. Massage was more focused on legs instead of feet and unorganized: Did one side longer than the other and forgot about the hot stones until midway through. Whole process took way too long and I had to ask for my slippers to leave. read more

Since I got there she(I think owner) started to sigh to me because of old my dip powder were thick. She used same cotton 3 times that's why it took do long to take them of. She said she is doing dip powder but she literally just used base natural powder. I told her that I want to it will look more thicker and white. You gotta use white dip powder and she start to sigh again!! She must be thinking that she is my mom and doing this as free!! That place is awful! This place claimed it was a different kind of gel; its not. It's the same amount of work. They've never charged me more. The person who did my nails filed my nails so thin. I've been to this salon maybe 10 times now. My experience was good at the beginning but as time went on, I realized I don't ever want to go back. Every time I got a manicure, I would have cuts. It's not very welcoming to me. I've walked in a few times and I wasn't even acknowledged until I said something. My last pedicure here just felt so rushed and it wasn't even relaxing. I didn't even get the option to pick which pedicure I wanted. It's just such an uncomfortable experience. I wanted to love it here since the location is convenient for me but I just don't. There's other nail salons down the street so I'll find a different one as my go to. read more

I got introduced to Lynn and FNT a few months ago and always have the best experience! My go-to is gel mani and pedi. They're reasonably priced, even post COVID close down, where many salons are charging a la carte. My nails last without lift for a good 3 weeks (seriously). But the real reason I'm willing to drive 20 mins to her shop are the amazing massages they include for your feet, legs, arms, neck and shoulders. Such a great experience!! But they do not rush the service, so plan accordingly. It'll definitely become your new place of escape! read more

I can't give them more stars because they didn't seem to be the most sanitary salon. They didn't use a liner for my pedicure water, and I didn't see them clean the basins as customers came and went. Today I tried a new nail salon and I absolutely loved it!! I came in without an appointment and they were very accommodating and friendly. Yes, I have toes issues(ingrown) and man up about and get myself a pedicure :) I met Lynn and she's one the sweetest and friendly tech there. She offered the chair and cranked up the massage chair and asked me if the water works for me. I love the fact that Lynn truly cared about my TOES and that I was happy with the results. She made sure that my ingrown was taken care off every time she works on it. After that I got the best foot massage along with sea salt rubs. Thank you Lynn! Been coming here for a year or so and always get looked after, the team is generally the same so they know me. You can pay either by card or cash but obviously for tips the ladies prefer cash. They have solid massage chairs, the service is top notch and they also add massages too which is nice along with hot stones. What a disappointment! I have been looking for a nail salon and my nephew gave me a gift certificate last Christmas for a mani/pedi $40. I went in, picked out my color, took my shoes and socks off and took the gift certificate out of my purse. I had a hard time understanding the employees, but what i think they were saying was that the new owner (no shop name change) will not honor gift certificates from the previous owner. I asked for the owner or manager's phone number or email address but was told (I think) that they have no way to contact the owner and the manager doesn't want to hear about this. Nice ladies and good service for my pedicure, BUT what I find shady is when at the end of the service the mature cute lady who likes to fashion manicuring with pumps and a sun dress demanded cash! I pointed to her Mastercard and Visa sign at the door nor did she make that announcement when I asked about prices. She gives me some lame excuse that the "new owner" wants cash now. Really? Do I look that dumb? I let her think so. I wasn't going fight this one since I luckily had cash on me but what if I didn't?!?! What an inconvenience- and I'm sure they don't use Venmo/PayPal etc since they don't want any tracking record. I know this is their way of either : 1. Fudging numbers on their business income 2. Boyfriend went next door to get his hair cut so I took his daughter for a full set, oval shaped, white nails. Left unhappy with how they looked, sloppy is the easiest way to describe them (gel on her skin, acrylic chunks underneath her nails, bubbles in the gel polish). I managed to keep my cool but my nails are really whatever. my feet, on the other hand, were well taken care of hence the one stare. Nevertheless, I just didn't feel comfortable in this place and the job done on my nails, by the person who seemed to be in charge, was really crappy. I was so pleased with the great job Bella did on my long natural nails today at Fingers and Toes. While I was there a couple walked in for 2 shoulder massages and were very happy with their staff and had been there a few times before. It was my first time there and I had my old gels taken off and a manicure and new OPI gels put on. They have lots of gel colors and good brands to choose from and are located right next to Starbucks on 2nd Street, very convenient spot. Great prices! I was racially discriminated against at this location. I'm an African American woman and walked in with two of my friends (they are white) . A manicurist walked in and asked what we all wanted , one of my friends wanted acrylic and the other wanted nothing . I asked for dip nails . The ladies looked around and then told me it would take an hour to get my nails done . My friend who wanted acrylic was sat down to get started (which was fine ) but then the same manicurist came back over to me and my other friend and asked again if we wanted anything . I repeated what I originally told her . My friend then decided she wanted her nails done too. Although they told me it would be an hour late, they literally took her RIGHT then . I told them it was rude and they tried to rationalize it but there was no real explanation. read more
