Non bias, I had never heard of this company before this experience. I thought I'd share an amazing experience and referral in case anyone is looking for professional, detailed, clean, customer oriented service. We were looking for an exterior house painter for our home and searched through many referrals. We talked to many but most had a long wait to get started. I reached out to a local painter who posts in our community forum quite often, he didn't respond to me but kindly sent my request to Jim the owner of Quality Painting Plus, wow did we hit the lottery with that referral. Jim and his son are amazing humans with a perfect eye for detail and their patience and customer service attitude is everything. Honestly I can not say enough about how great they were. My tenants moved out after 18 years and the walls were a mess, dirty, holes, etc. I also had popcorn ceiling throughout the 3 bedroom 2 story townhome. I called Brian and he responded immediately. He gave me a very good estimate for both. He did an awesome job. Repaired every hole so you could not tell. He had some problems with some of his workers so picked up the slack himself. He went over and above my expectations. What a difference. Even did a few extra chores for me that were not included in the original estimate. This was a big job and he was awesome. Mr. James Welsh is an outstanding communicator‼. Which means he listens to what you want, need and your particulars. He and his team are detailed oriented. I have a Burbank cottage home with a detached garage and a cabana that now after his outstanding work look fantastic. My home also has allot of detailed wood work with a very large wood carport. On about day 2, he unexpectedly lost a couple of crew members and *still* was able to finish the job on time by working all the harder. We have had an amazing experience with James and his team. They repainted the entire interior of a newly purchased home for us and we are beyond pleased for the results. The attention to detail was amazing. We appreciated that he did some test colors on each of our walls for us before painting so we could get a better idea of what our selections would look like and he was really patient with us when we made some last minute changes!
