Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

Once the lady was done yelling at the customer, we approached and were immediately told that we were talking too loud and "Goodbye." She was yelling at that lady when we entered the store. Well, I was interested in possibly getting a new liner for our pool and also seeing about converting to Salt. Unfortunately, we are not going to give our business to Whiten Pools because of the absolute disrespect the "older lady" showed. I think some of the issues was the fact we were the last stop of the day and the crew didn't care...but nonetheless...we called asking for service, help, even just a call back and NOTHING. We have tried for weeks, and it is definitely pool weather now. Still no response, no help.
