Long Story Longer: I'm a graphic designer and illustrator, and I was looking for a local business to make prints of my drawings/paintings for an upcoming craft fair. I had been working with a different printer, but their rates were expensive, and to be honest I wasn't satisfied with the thin paper they were using. I searched for printers on Yelp and found Express Copy & More, and I'm so happy I did! Fast forward about a year, and today I am a loyal customer. The owner, Jandark, is a lovely person all-around. She prints my work on acid-free, thick "cover" paper that is a huge step up in quality from the prints I was ordering from a different business. In terms of pricing, her rates are absolutely fair and affordable. Also, she's friendly and a joy to work with. It's a happy part of my day when I get to visit her, pick up my prints, chat a bit, and take home a piece of chocolate (or two, or three) from the bowl of candy on her desk. They were very responsive to my multiple emails and questions and checked the designs to make sure they'd look fine when printed on the foam boards. I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money.
