The first installation was completed without issue, so when we needed additional windows done, we brought them back expecting the same materials and workmanship. Instead, they installed a noticeably different color vinyl that did not match the original installation. When we raised the issue, rather than taking responsibility, we were told that we should have specifically requested the same color as the previous job. Any reasonable contractor should understand that an addition to an existing installation is expected to match unless otherwise discussed. To make matters worse, we ended up splitting the cost of correcting their mistake just to move the project forward. Since then, our follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Mistakes happen. What separates a good vendor from a bad one is how they handle them. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to stand behind their work is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them to businesses looking for a reliable long-term partner.

Quick, friendly service. I've driven by this place a million times, and when I needed a banner done…read more(with only a few days notice) this place popped into my head. Its a small shop and the outside makes it a little uninviting, however the customer service is 10 out of 5 stars. The owners are super friendly, and will work with you to make sure your project is the best it could be. I walked in with a PDF of the banner I needed to make, the owner told me that it would need a couple of things to make it better (white outline to make the words pop) and worked with me to make it into an adobe illustrator file (good thing I had my laptop with me.) After that, he did the rest, tweaked it to make the white outline to the text and also added a shadow to really make it pop. He asked if I needed the grommets put in (no extra charge) and since it was a large banner, he put in 8 (instead of the usual 4 you would get at just the corners.) I was also debating whether or not to get another project done and let him know that it might be a possibility, and left the files with him just in case. I let him know the day after and he was able to complete everything (one large banner and 6 flags - 3X5 - all in record time. They accept a variety of payments, including PayPal.
