They took over a week before they even started my car and I had to keep calling to check status. Once I finally got my car back the broke a coolant line and tried to seal it with a putty. Luckily I had just replaced it and had an extra on I ordered from Amazon so I replaced it myself. They told my to come back at 1500 to get first service, that was a mistake and shouldn't have gone back. They damaged a brand new cv axle I had just replaced a few weeks prior and told me they'd charge me 190 for a new one and then labor on top of that. I told them to put it back together and I'd replace it again as it was still under warranty, I just had to take it off. Which I am very mechanical inclined but I can't rebuild a transmission which is why I went there. So when I drove off I noticed some suspicious suspension noise, then I hit the brakes and my car started shaking real bad, now it didn't have that problem before I brought it to them. I took off my wheel and noticed the back end or the lower control arm was loose and not placed properly. So now I have to correct what they did, such a headache that I payed for. Stay away from these guys !

I usually try to do some of the DIY maintenance stuff and leave the heavy lifting to the professionals. I had a leak in my evaporator system, somewhere, I replaced everything that I could think of, but I was still getting a 'check engine' light. That's when I decided to call Dave... I mean Riley. She explained the process of performing a diagnostic test and the charge. If any repairs were required and done she would credit me whatever the balance from the difference was. Perfect! Well she and her crew were able find and fix the problem. No more check engine light and the car runs great! If you're in search of a trustworthy mechanic I would recommend this place. Riley was nice and friendly and very professional. She always kept me informed on the status of my car. I know that's what she is supposed to do but not everyone does it. After only 1000 miles, the transfer case started leaking. The bolts on the adapter were not torqued down. Which caused damage to the adapter and ware on the case. Initially, I was happy with the repair. But if I can't drive it more than a thousand miles before it crates out. What else is coming down the pipe.

Instead, I was charged for repairs and services that addressed everything except the problem I specifically asked them to diagnose and repair. I had the work completed in September 2024. In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business.
