My dad has been going here to get his Porsche serviced, so when I opted out of Audi care on my new car, I decided to check it out since the dealership charges an arm and a leg for services. Mark gave me a really good quote for my oil change and my car ended up needing an air filter too. There were some other customers waiting for their vehicles while I was waiting and I heard one of the ladies talking about how she ONLY takes her car there. Mark was super nice, friendly, and clarified any questions I had. I would definitely go back- it's hard to find honest mechanics! FYI, if you have an Audi that's 2025 or newer and you take it to a 3rd party place to get serviced, no one other than Audi can reset the service light and ONLY if Audi performs the service themselves. read more

I spent nearly $6,000 at this shop and didn't cut corners when it came to paying for the work they said needed to be done. The problem is, after all that money was spent, the original issue I brought the car in for was never actually fixed. Instead, I was charged for repairs and services that addressed everything except the problem I specifically asked them to diagnose and repair. I had the work completed in September 2024. In December, I relocated overseas for business, and unfortunately this was my only vehicle at the time, so I couldn't leave it at the shop for an extended period while trying to get the issue resolved. The day after picking up the vehicle, I noticed additional issues that were not present before the work was performed. Now I'm back home, the vehicle has been driven less than 9,000 miles since the repairs, and the same problems still exist. The check engine light remains on, and the code showing is related to work that was performed by this shop. I understand businesses have warranties, but hiding behind a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty when the original issue was never fixed is extremely disappointing. I should not have to pay additional diagnostic fees for a problem I already paid thousands of dollars to have repaired. After spending nearly $6,000 and ending up with the same issue I came in with, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this business. SCAM SHOP. STAY AWAY. I originally brought my Audi Q5 to this auto repair shop to have the transmission fluid changed and to replace a pair of engine mounts. Three days before this, I had taken my car to another shop for a full inspection. They confirmed that the coolant level was normal and that there were absolutely no signs of any current coolant leak. There was only some old coolant residue on other parts from a previous leak. I dropped off my car at 8:00 AM as requested. They told me I could pick it up around 2:00 PM. At around 11:30 AM, the owner, Mark ， his real name Koorosh Sayeghan ，called me and said that another part also needed to be replaced along with the engine mounts. I agreed to it. About 15 minutes later, he called me again and said that my water pump was leaking. He asked me whether I wanted to replace it or not. I arrived at the shop about 10 minutes later, and my car was leaking coolant extremely badly from multiple places. Coolant was pouring onto the ground. It was so bad that it looked like all the coolant could drain out within 10 minutes. He told me my car was leaking when I dropped out the car . He can lie on your face . Here is what makes absolutely no sense to me: I had driven my car for 1.5 hours to get there. The coolant level had been completely normal, there were no warning lights, and there was no indication of overheating. The night before, my car had been parked in my garage all night, and there wasn't even a single drop of coolant on the ground. They told me, "Your car is leaking from the water pump right now." I was very busy and tell me whether I should replace it or not. I said that I wanted to take my car and leave. They then told me, "I cannot guarantee that you can safely drive the car home." I felt pressured into having them replace the water pump. On top of that, if you pay with a credit card or debit card, this shop charges an additional 3% fee. Otherwise, you have to pay cash. They asked my credit card information and told me I should pay the part before I dropped out my car . The Did not mention the 3% fee before you came to shop . When I questioned them and said that I believed this shop was a scam and refused to signed the paperwork that lie on it .m. I have paid on full price. He threw my repair invoice on the ground and told me to "get out of here." Based on my experience, I would never trust this shop again. First time going here. I needed a transmission installed into my Audi. I was either going with Euro Tech or another local shop. Although the other shop was cheaper, I went with Euro Tech because of their experience with European cars. Mark was good at communicating with me and keeping me updated. I had Mark install a used transmission I bought elsewhere. I brought the parts the install needed: transmission fluid, main seal, pan gasket. Mark had his mechanic install it properly. More than 5,000 miles later, the transmission is still running well, and, more importantly, no leaks on my driveway!
