just now New I had been going here for years and had accessories totaling well over five thousand dollars put on there. I have also sent friends there who've spent quite a bit as well. I needed a front bumper repaired and a bull bar put on the front bumper. I was given a "reduced" rate of $120 per hour for labor and when I asked if waiting for the epoxy used to dry would be part of the install I could not get a straight answer. The bull bar had six total bolts and would take minimal time to install once the front fairing was removed. I have both a torn rotator cuff and a perforated disc or I would do the work myself. I was told, "some shops get $180 per hour for labor" as if that justifies their absurd hourly rate. I'm not saying this should be done for nothing, but these labor rates are rediculous. feeny sent truck over for the diamond package, truck look good on the outside but the inside was not so good, if they treated the carpet like they was supposed to, they did it over the dirt. it was never vacuumed out, witch makes me wonder if they really did it at all I thought I was getting back a bad ass shinny new truck, open the door and disappointment set in read more

We bought 3 lights for our truck. Total with install around 800.00. They installed them, wife went by paid for it. I noticed the covers were not on the new lights. After calling to inform them we will come by and pick them up, he said no problem. We walked in and reminded him we was here to pick up light covers.he walked to the back room then came back and said " the guys threw them away " no problem he said I will order more. Gave them the correct address. They never came 4 weeks later I called him oh ya you signed for them he said. I ask for a copy of the invoice for delivery. He called back and said it was the post office who didn't delivery them. Today called him I need a light cover ,put on hold 4 minutes later he said oh ya we sent it out yesterday. Do not get your stereo installed here. After getting a run around about ordering the connections I needed for my new stereo, they ordered one for me at $150. They didn't tell me that my steering wheel controls wouldn't work anymore or that the volume control on the stereo wouldn't stick out past the plastic they had to install. So I can't control my volume on the steering wheel and it's hard to control it with the nob Not only that, I now have a half inch gap between the front of my stereo and my dash. Very attractive. Plus, my dash is now loose. I took it back with my concerns and they supposedly fixed the dash but I think they made it worse. Won't be back. read more

Midland Area.....if you are going to get a vehicle detailed...avoid QTA by the mall. VERY disappointing. I had my wife's vehicle detailed (wash, wax and wheel out door rubs) and there was DIRT AND MUD on the body when I picked it up! I have to give points to ROD for going out and personally taking a look at the job his guys did. He also agreed that it was not up to his standards.....You would think he would have offered to RE-do it. My wife was VERY happy with the job they did on cleaning the inside. I would hope Rod would offer to redo the vehicle. read more
