Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. We worked with John R in sales and found him to be very good at communicating with us as well as negotiating a fair price to match the price of an out of state dealer. We knew we wanted to stay close to home because something is certain to go wrong and we know that you get priority service if you need repairs when you buy local. We scheduled a pick up date and they had the trailer ready, and even helped us choose and set up our new hitch and gave us some advice on towing. Gabe and his guys in service have also been great. We have had to take it in twice and they got us in and back out quickly. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that the floor was impossibly dirty when we picked it up. I have mopped it at least 20 times at the time of this writing and we may finally have it all clean. (The trailer was on the back lot and no doubt had a lot of dirty and greasy shoes walking in an out while it was out for sale).

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE! Think Twice Before Buying From Camping World Mesa…read more Our experience with Camping World Mesa has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel other buyers deserve to know what they may be getting themselves into. We purchased a 2022 Forest River travel trailer in September 2025. Within ONE WEEK, we discovered a roof leak and immediately brought the trailer back to Camping World. We were told it had been repaired. We took the trailer on our first camping trip in October 2025, only to discover that it was leaking again. We brought it back, and this time we were told they had to reseal it. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. More recently, we discovered water coming into the trailer again. When we brought it back, we were told that the warranty claim was denied. Let that sink in: We purchased a trailer from them, found a leak within a week, were told it was repaired, had it leak again on our first camping trip, had it resealed, and now we're dealing with water intrusion again -- and apparently that's our problem. And then there's the oven knob. The oven knob was missing FROM DAY ONE. We waited approximately 12 MONTHS for a replacement knob. At one point, Camping World tried to replace our entire oven because we were told the original oven was "obsolete." The replacement oven they installed was at least two inches shorter than the original, leaving an unacceptable fit. I told them that was not an acceptable replacement, and thankfully they eventually located the correct knob for our original oven and put the original oven back in. You would think that would be the end of it. It wasn't. When we went to pick up our trailer after this latest visit, we noticed bulging around the door area that absolutely was NOT there when we dropped the trailer off just days earlier. Camping World's explanation? The heat caused it. And their response? They said they weren't responsible. At this point, we have spent an incredible amount of time dealing with repeated problems that should never have happened in the first place. A trailer should not be sold with an existing leak. A repair should actually FIX the leak. Customers shouldn't have to wait a year for an oven knob that was missing when they bought the trailer. And damage that appears while your trailer is in a facility's possession should at least be taken seriously and investigated rather than simply dismissed. Our experience has been repeated leaks, repeated trips back to the dealership, months and months of waiting, an unacceptable attempted oven replacement, and now new damage that wasn't there when we dropped it off. We bought a trailer because we wanted to enjoy camping and make memories with our family -- not spend our time fighting to get basic issues addressed. BUYER BEWARE. If you're considering purchasing a trailer from Camping World Mesa, I strongly recommend doing your homework, having the trailer independently inspected, documenting EVERYTHING, and getting every promise in writing. Our experience has left us extremely disappointed and frustrated, and based on what we've experienced, we cannot recommend Camping World Mesa. 1 STAR -- and only because zero stars isn't an option.

Before purchasing, we had multiple phone calls and emails. We were repeatedly told, "You're not going to find a cleaner motorhome." We were also told they perform a thorough 2+ hour walkthrough and that an independent inspection wasn't necessary. Based on those assurances, my family felt comfortable purchasing flights to travel there and drive it home. When my family arrived, the motorhome was far from the "new" condition described in their listings. We discovered a significant crack in the exterior. After sharing pictures with a local CA body shop, we were told the repair would cost a minimum of $5,000. The dealership, however, maintained that it was minor and could be repaired for around $600. They ultimately offered us $2,500 off, which was half of the repair estimate we received. Needless to say, this experience left us very disappointed and questioning the transparency of the company. We ended up approximately $1,500 out of pocket after walking away from the deal. Based on our experience, I would think twice before traveling to this company. For us, the assurances we received did not match what we found in person, and I would not feel comfortable trusting the dealership again.
