However recently one slat became disconnected from the side and the entire shutter was askew. It is known that if one slat is bad, you usually have to replace the entire shutter-ugh, very costly. Called Steven's and he and his wonderful assistant came to my home within a week. After a thorough investigation, he was able to repair and what a relief. In addition he tightened a few weaker slats and in my bedroom saw that the Plantation Shutter door was hung incorrectly.Then he reconfigured the entire side. Although there was a charge for the home visit and a minimal charge for repair, I was so lucky to have chosen Steven from his online recommendations.
