Quan Pho (formerly Long's Noodle House) under new ownership (same family) is now open at Godfried's Plaza on Route 1 North. Similar to before, this Vietnamese restaurant & bar offers a selection of pho noodles soups, vermicelli dishes, vegetarian dishes, and appetizers. The bar offers beer, wine, and mixed drinks. This space offers table seating and seating at the bar with TVs and a small performance area for karaoke and live music. I stopped by Quan Pho for an early dinner. I was seated at a table across from the bar area which was showing college football on TV. I ordered the Vietnamese Egg Rolls (3 for $8 plus tax) and the Pho Seafood ($18 plus tax). The Vietnamese Egg Rolls came out first, very hot, which was comprised of 3 thin crispy fried rolled wheat paper filled with ground pork, carrot, mushroom, vermicelli, served with lettuce & pickled carrot/cabbage and sweet & sour sauce for dipping. The Pho Seafood was served very hot in a big bowl which had seafood broth, 2 shrimp (cleaned with partial shells), 2 bay scallop, 1 green mussel, squid, crab stick, fish cake balls, onions, cilantro and flat rice noodles, bean sprouts & jalapeno on the side. After I was done, I got the check which was $27.82 with tax and before tip. Overall, the food was served very hot and fresh. The egg rolls were pretty good and the seafood pho soup had a good sampling of seafood (minimal quantity) and plenty of soft noodles and broth. I would try one of the beef pho soups on the next go.

Bean spouts. , lime and jalapeño served with the pho we ordered

Decided to give this place a try. We went in 30 mi after opening. They were very understaff and the menu was very limited. The only drinks they had was Thai tea. They didn't have Vietnamese coffee which was very disappointing. The Place was packed with only two waiters. They didn't have much of anything as you can see in our photo what they served with our pho. The food was good.

Formerly Long's Noodle House (new place and new ownership), this is a cozy, clean, family-run Vietnamese restaurant with a solid menu and polite service. The food was excellent and the portions plenty large. Ingredients were obviously fresh and food was made to order. Definitely will return when in the area!

Great service from staff, food was amazing. Wider pho noodles than most in area, beef rib was near fall off the bone.

As I walked in, it gave me Thailand vibes (being that I just came back from there a few months ago) the smells automatically triggered a good nerve. It's small but thankfully I was doing takeout and the restaurant wasn't packed. But those phones were going off (that was a good sign). The lovely lady at the from was very helpful. I asked if the food was authentic Thai food and she assured me it was. I ordered, Grapao Sub (pork my favorite dish! ) Shrimp donut, and Tom Yum Fried Rice (new item). All well worth it and very flavorful! I wanted mango sticky rice but they said they were all out. Even though the had a ton of mangos at the counter for sale or decorations, IDK... kind of disappointed with that but overall, great service, delicious food! Definitely will go there again. It has bar seating area and table dining as well. The restaurant is one of the more modern decorated Vietnamese restaurants compared to traditional mom and pop's Vietnamese restaurants that I am used to. I appreciate the vietbamese street scene mural that they have going and I appreciate their effort and attention to detail. For appetizer, we ordered the Vietnamese fish sauce fried chicken wings. It was very good! This is a must! Sadly, they didn't have the betel leaves beef/pork skewer. I will have to come back another time. For entree, I ordered pho while my husband ordered the bun cha Ha Noi, and my kids shared the rice plate with pork chop and fried egg. My pho broth was very clear, and very light in flavor. It was very reminiscent of how my mother would make her pho, very subtle flavors and with wide pho rice noodles. Long's pho I would say is more akin to Northern Vietnamese pho so if you're looking for more salty and fragrant pho, this might not be for you. I love additional pickled vinegar garlic slices that are available at each table as well. I have never seen this at any Vietnamese restaurant in MA. The bun cha Ha Noi, the was good, but I would try something other next time. The rice plate we ordered had pork chops, fried eggs, and what was supposed to be pork skin, however, the pork skin was not up to standard so the owner replaced it with grilled chicken for us. Pork chops were a little over cooked. They are still very new. I think playing some music will help with the kitchen banter. Service was friendly and fast. Food came out at a very good pace. I feel like their drinks and appetizers menu might be the place to start if you're not adventurous. I will definitely be back to try more of their dishes. See my pictures!

Staff are friendly here and despite a small storefront, there is so much to choose from! Not only are you getting banh mi sandwiches, they also have rice rolls, rice plates and baked goods! There are other things too. Banh mi - We like the special cold cut combo, and they were $7.50 each. These were excellent! Bread was perfectly crisp and filling was good proportions. Flavor was good and it satisfies! Egg rolls - $1.25 each. They are small but pack great crisp and the filling is tasty. Get 4 or 5. Rice roll plate - Not sure of the price but appears to be good portions and comes with one egg roll and it has some cold cut style meats. Includes fish sauce and you can ask for it to be spicy and they give you the spiciest (but so good) red chilies! 4 banh mi's, 5 egg rolls and the rice roll plate was $45.xx. This place is take out only but there are some tables in the middle area. This is not a place to go for a date...just for good eats.

The Pho broth might have been the best Ive ever had, Portion was a little bit less meat than XL I have had in other places, but delish still. Coconut Curry was insane tasty, again Portions werent so large that I had major leftovers but I ordered enough of everything that we all had enough food to eat. The Clay Pot wasnt my fave (I didnt order so that makes sense) but I dont love certain things in my plates - the fish items were too much for me, but they LOVED it... Everything was great. Might be the new Pho spot and will probably order a lot more & Ill update as needed!

I ordered takeout and it was an awkward experience when the person taking my order walked away inexplicably as I was about to order. I thought that was ok because two other staff stood behind the desk but proceeded to have a conversation by themselves and didn't even acknowledge me. When the first person realized no one was helping me they came back and took my order. The food overall was average. It's not amazing by any means but gets the job done. After living in Dorchester (Boston's little Saigon), you can distinguish good from average. Although service maybe a little better but not significantly. We got bun hoi which is a make your own spring roll dish, if you've never done it before it's fun once you get a hang of it, I'd rate it a 3-3.5. I got the Bun Bo Hue, which is a spicy beef noodle soup. It was solid, with plenty of flavor. Most times, bbh is a miss because they lack deep flavor or some of the appropriate ingredients but this was lemongrassy and passable. My mom got the chicken pho, which she didn't enjoy very much. She still ate it but it is not as good as the ones in Dorchester. Mind you she is very picky. The avocado smoothie was solid.
