Refusing to accept email or mail cancellations -- and continuing to bill after repeated good-faith attempts to cancel -- raises serious consumer protection concerns. If you're considering signing up here, be cautious. Make sure you understand the cancellation policies, because getting out of a membership may not be as straightforward as they make it sound.

Awesome! Kickboxing is an intense conditioning class based on circuits, while MMA is a well-rounded 2h class incorporating striking, wrestling, and ground game. I loved this class, some of the students are always preparing for amateur fights and this focused training is really motivating. There is also sparring from the beginning (with provided safety gear), which I think is essential for developing real skill. Bigger gyms often omit this because it's hard to pull of with a smaller teacher to student ratio. There was a generally unpretentious, relaxed, and respectful attitude, with a very welcoming small community that felt like family. I really miss training there, it's hard to find this combination of top notch instruction, great attitude, and well rounded training.

Before leaving for vacation, I left voice mails with three boxes in the Palm Beach area and Steven was the only one who called me back. We worked out agreeable terms and my wife and I attended all week. Having traveled and been coached by several qualified people, coach Steven is among the top. For example, with his ability to quickly address and correct improper movement patters, I PR'd my 185# snatch to 205# and my dead lift from 475# to 495#...all technique issues. Highly recommended!!
