Reza is the best. I feel so fortunate to have found an amazing electrician. He's very understanding and is honest about his work. he's articulate and can explain what he is doing or why we need certain parts clearly. He's very careful and organized. He tries to come up with the best solution that fits your need. His worker that I have met is also very knowledgeable and lovely. He also only had good things to say about his boss. We had him run a new line for my Tesla charger and he coordinated with the city LADWP rep to make sure everything ran smoothly. Reza figured out the best way to run the line after seeing my place. It's been about a year and I have no issues with my new charging station. He also relocate our circuit breaker box and fixed some of the lines. It was very old and he reorganized all the lines and checked everything carefully. He also organized and relabeled everything too. I feel much safer thanks to him and his team. I have used a few other electricians throughout the years but after hiring Caliber Electric, I realized the other electricians did not compare to the expertise of Caliber Electric. I reached out to Reza to discuss installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. Reza spent a while explaining the different viable locations in my garage for the install, along with the Pros and Cons for doing the installation. I also mentioned an issue I was having with my dining room light since having it installed [the lights would flicker when the dimmer was on the highest setting]. He explained the issue and said he would send me a quote the following Monday [which he did]. Reza was very nice, extremely honest and professional. I wanted to get the dining room light fixed right away so I scheduled him to come out. One of his guys [Navid] came out to install an LED dimmer switch. Reza and his crew Sergio and Derrick were awesome from the initial consultation/estimate to the job. They were extremely professional, timely, and easy to reach. I hired Caliber Electric to install 2 chandeliers ,run romex to my deck for some outlets and install some led lights on my deck banister, and also run a circuit for a mini split I was going to install in my garage. They worked quickly and efficiently with what I thought was a full day job they finished in a half day. Not only was the work top quality but you could also tell Reza takes pride in his work. From wearing shoe covers to providing a umbrella for his apprentice working outside in 100 degree weather you can tell Reza just cares about every aspect of the job which I think is hard to find. The process has been as smooth as possible. We asked them to replace our main panel, install EV charger, and bring my outdoor wiring to code. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. He pulled the permit and it went through inspection with no issues. Even the inspector praised their work. Reza is amazing. We had flashing lights in our kitchen and needed a bathroom fan fixed. He could have made us spend a lot of money on the fan but he changed the motor and fixed the existing fan. The flashing lights were just a bad dimmer. He knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he walked in our kitchen.
