I walked in to schedule a salmon dna micro needling. They scheduled me and the price was $200. A deposit of $100 was required to schedule me. The treatment was amazing however when I checked out they wanted to charge me $300. Since then they've increased their price on the specific treatment. (only positive) please read or skim! this business does not value their longterm, reoccurring clients. i have been coming here for many years at this point and have had many issues- with lip filler being the issue. i have mainly had one injector fill my lips over a long time span and the last time i was filled- she misplaced the filler. it was not a migration over time, as the "bumps" occurred quickly and on the same side of the mouth. i went in february 2023, asking the owner(Letha) and the injector (Christine-known as skinandtoxx on instagram) to correct the error. after they reviewed photos they agreed the filler wasn't placed correctly and dissolved the area then refilled it a couple weeks later. after this whole situation the same area on the same side of my lips came right back up and never went away. clearly it was not done properly once again. now august 2024 i have gone in for a FULL LIP DISSOLVING appointment. after about an hour or so after said appointment- the lips started to reduce in size tremendously and were visibly smaller. BUT the SAME spot on the lower lip was NOT in any degree obviously not addressed. i did express to the injector i want a full dissolving which she said could take multiple session. okay. but when i went in to ask about that same bump that was missed in my FULL dissolving appointment i was greeted by receptionist Ashley who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive over the situation. after getting squeezed in by the owner after i called following the unfortunate experience with the receptionist. Letha then advised me she will look at my lips with the injector to see if they can do more without damage. once at my appointment, Letha the owner, did not even take one look at me and was secretively/quietly showing the injector my previous work photos- as they are taken for every appointment. LETHA AND THE INJECTOR agreed more dissolved needed to be placed- after poking me a few more times "to further dissolve the problem area that was MISSED the first time around"- they did not charge me this time but i want to note. ***Letha specially stated i did not need to as they "used. ore of the bill that was used on my prior" meaning they did not give me a full dissolving appointment the first time or even making sure it was done the second time. my bottom lip is still FULL of filler which i directly asked to be targeted in BOTH appointments. i leave this review as i believe this is MALPRACTICE. they have not offered to resolve the issue and have always brushed off the problems brought to the attention of the owner even. they are CHEAP for a REASON. please save a little extra and go to a EXPERIENCED INJECTOR, PROFESSIONAL AND QUALIFIED BUSINESS- it will be WAY more worth your money and time in the long run. this business does not care about their clients as soon as issues start occurring. please do not waste money here. read more

I visited Quantum and Abby with the intention of receiving a series of treatments to prepare my skin for my wedding. The first was a VI Peel which they advertise on their website for $99+. I received the original VI Peel so I expected to pay something at least close to $99, but was surprised when my bill came out to $200 before tip. I shared my surprise with Abby who assured me she would talk to the owner about the mistake. She later reached out and informed me that the person who built the website put the price in wrong and the owner authorized a refund for the $101 difference and that it would be processed right away. Refunds take some time, so I waited 3 weeks to inquire again. Abby said the owner had forgotten to process my refund but would process it right away. I never received my refund, even though I visited twice more and spent quite a bit of money along with generous tips. I submitted a claim to my bank and the owner bounced it back claiming that I was correctly charged. I still haven't received the refund I was promised, and the VI Peel is still listed at $99+ on the website. Their website also has a long bio section where the owner talks about the importance of integrity...well I didn't see any of that in the business actions. I wouldn't trust these people again. read more

So to start off I have enjoyed every service I've gotten at this establishment and I do plan on continuing my treatments with them but I did want to see what could be done about this particular issue because it's never happened before when I've scheduled. Well, I verified on their Instagram with one of their reps online that their mini lip plump was included in all their black Friday deals and I normally only book one mini plump a year under one of their promotions. I scheduled online with the black Friday deal option and I paid the 50$ deposit the website asked if I wanted to pay online or at the clinic. I normally always just pay when I get there cause I'll pay in cash. Well after my service I went up to pay and I was charged the regular price of a mini lip plump. I did mention to the front desk that I did book with the black Friday deal and that totaled at 195 minus my 50 deposit. She notified me that I should've paid online to redeem the promo. When I scheduled it gave me both options so if I had known it wouldn't honor the promo I probably would've pushed this service back with their New Year promo or just paid it online but I didn't realize this was gonna happen. DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. $1672 WASTED AND HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER $980 to get it PARTIALLY fixed elsewhere. I AM ONLY TELLING MY STORY SO OTHERS DON'T WASTE THEIR MONEY AND END UP WITH YOUR FACE LOOKING WEIRD (I'll post pics of my chin and side of my face for you to see) AND SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO RECOVER WHILE YOU WAIT FOR WHAT THEY DID TO YOU TO WEAR OFF. My experience with botox and filler from both Michelle and Letha was nothing short of terrible. I always get botox and filler in my cheeks and under my eyes but was unable to wait the three weeks to go to my regular girl because my dad was in hospice, and I was wanting some good family photos of me. Very vain I know. They could get me in the next day and I did have a friend who had referred me so I booked eyes and cheeks with Michelle. You are laid in a row of chairs that are out in the middle of the shop and are two feet or so apart so no privacy whatsoever. WE discussed how my other girl used to give me plumper cheeks in the balls of my cheeks and up a little higher to pull up my jowls and help with under my eyes and how I didn't like hollowness beneath my eyes. I also had a little divot in my chin that my girl puts a very small amount of botox and asked to have that done if possible. WELL, after 3 units of Revanesse Versa and 26 units of jeuveau toxin my eyes were still as hollow as before and my cheeks had barely any lift. The filler was put below my cheeks and just a little on the top and she put a lot by my jowls and lower area plus did I'm not sure to my chin, kind of made it more round like when I am fat, but the divot was still there and continued to be there. NEVER once was I handed a mirror and asked what I wanted or what areas I wanted addressed and PRICE was never discussed. I said I wasn't happy with the heaviness of my face at the bottom and that the main thing I wanted was my eyes done to get rid of the hollowness under my eyes. SHE COULDN'T DO MY EYES which was what my appointment was for and said I would need to do PRP which is where they spin your blood and inject into you or something like that. Then I get up to pay and my bill is $1700! I don't say anything about how unhappy I am about what was done or the price because honestly I am in shock and there are like 5 people at the desk and I am not a confrontational person. I am a business owner as are many in my family and I like the customers who come to me quietly with concerns instead of making a scene. I normally pay less than $1,000 but if my eyes and cheeks would have been done I probably would have been okay paying this honestly BUT remember I wasn't told anything about price, was now told I had to have something else done if I needed my eyes done and I have never had to even go for a touch up EVER or had a bad experience like this before. I remember they said I could get a discount with some $69 monthly member service so it came down to $1209 plus my $69 fee. Went to Letha who is the owner to have my concerns taken care of two weeks later and she charged me another $350 for cheeks and eyes and she still wasn't able to fix the divot in my chin. She said for my CHIN to be fixed I would need threads so now my total with QUANTUM is $1672 with my discount. MMMMM it has been a simple fix for my normal girl the past 12 or so times I've had it done. So, I go to my other girl because I am so unhappy and she says that where Michelle injected only enhanced areas I didn't want enhanced like jowls and having my cheeks sag which only made the hollowness under my eye worse plus they added filler at the lower portion of my face and under my cheeks made me just look heavier. Not only did she confirm what I was thinking but so did my dermatologist. I paid $983 at my girl to fix my eyes and cheeks and that included fixing the divot in my chin but she couldn't fix the side of my chin unless she used more filler and I am waiting to see if the filler from Quantum will wear off some before I do that. I have reached out to the owner so many times I can't count and asked if she could refund some of my money since I had to pay another $983 to partially fix what they did to me and told her I have two people that do botox and fillers on a regular basis say that for cheeks and eyes the product was not place in the proper areas and done INCORRECTLY OR PUT IN PLACES THAT ENHANCED NOT HELPED MY JOWLS AND PULLED DOWN MY CHEEKS AND ACCENTUATED MY HOLLOWNESS UNDER MY EYES. THE FACT THAT THESE WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE PROPER PLACEMENT BY ANOTHER PROVIDER PROVES IT WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. MICHELLE WAS VERY NICE AND MAYBE HER TECHNIQUE IS GOOD FOR A YOUNGER PERSON BUT IT WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON FOR ME. LETHA HAS IGNORED MY TEXTS FOR WEEKS AND APPARENTLY DOENS'T CARE. SO SAD, I LIKED HER AND THOUGHT SHE TRULY CARED ABOUT HER CLIENTS. SIX weeks of bruising and $2655.00 and I still need to wait to have my chin taken care of. :( read more

This was my first time at this place it was super cute! But I drove a long way from downtown Phoenix for their spray tan from Groupon. The staff was nice but I am really disappointed with this spray tan. It's blotchy & the color has a grey tint to it. Was referred to quantum by a client and took advantage of their February 2023 laser hair removal special. I bought 3 packages and did treatment for under arms, lower legs and Brazilian. Each appt I was booked for 30 mins and I was able to treat all 3 areas in less than 30 mins! My experience has always been very inviting and comfortable. Everyone of the staff members is respectful and kind. I had abby, Lindsey and Shelby at alternating visits and each of them were so sweet and professional. Especially important because the Brazilian laser treatments can make you feel extremely vulnerable. The cooling laser is very comfortable and I saw immediate results even after my first treatment.
