Ashley has always done my Botox injections and has done so with care. I've seen consistent results every time, which is exactly what you want with that kind of injection. I went to skin ritual for the first time with the intention of getting a facial and dermaplane. Once I sat down with Lexi she took a look at my skin and recommended I go with the hydra facial instead. She said that due to my breakouts I wouldn't get my monies worth doing the dermaplane. She was very thorough and explained what she was doing and why and how it all worked. After the facial she went through all my current products and helped me with a skincare routine. She recommended products and even offered samples so I could test anything out before buying. She wasn't pushy or salesy at all. She even told me I can reach out in between appointments with questions. I cannot recommend Lexi and skin ritual enough. The office was also supper cute, clean and welcoming. They are taking COVID precautions very seriously. 10/10 experience! read more

I like that it's associated with the neighboring, Desert Sky Dermatology, which makes it more likely they have access to up to date medical research and technology. This spa is rather newish and it's obvious with its fresh and modern decor. I admittedly haven't shopped around for these services. It's hard to put a price point on trusting providers. read more

I had a consult with Lexi regarding a specific skin concern. She recommended a specific treatment and said I would need 3 treatments to see best results. As we were starting the third treatment she asked what I thought so far and I shared I wasn't seeing results. She went on to say she hears that a lot from clients who expect dramatic results and that specific kind of treatment would not address the specific concern I had. Then in the same conversation recommended I spend another $2000 for three more of the same treatments that would not address the concern I had. I feel like this place is a scam. Lexi had to adjust the lighting and try multiple times to get the after treatment photos. It's weird because this place is affiliated with Desert Sky and they are very professional but Skin Ritual is not run the same way. I cannot recommend. read more

I work as a first responder and am ALWAYS in the sun- thus, sun damage :-/ I was first referred to Skin Ritual through my dermatologist who recommended a laser treatment for some dark pigmentation spots on my chest and arms I wanted to treat. I saw April, one of the providers at Skin Ritual, and she was so knowledgeable about the treatments and was able to recommend a course of action to treat my skin. I just had my first treatment and the experience was great. The facility is clean, the staff is so friendly, and the treatment was quick and fairly painless. I'm so glad I found Ashley Conway at Skin Ritual!!! If her medium were paint, she'd be be Da Vinci! I went there to get both Botox, and have tear trough filler. The professionalism and expertise of Ashley and there rest of the staff was incredible! She truly is an artist at what she does. Both treatments were virtually painless, and I had no bruising or pain afterwards. Less than a week later, I absolutely love the result! I had high hopes for Skin Ritual. I had lip fillers injected by Ashley in July & had my follow up appointment yesterday. I don't think I was transparent enough with how unsatisfied I am with the work that was done. While paying a steep $700 for a single syringe, I had hoped that I would be at least satisfied with my results. Unfortunately this was not at all the case. While the unevenness had been somewhat corrected, I had noticed there was an indentation on the right side of my top lip which gave the appearance of half of my lip being smaller/shaped differently. I can physically feel the difference in shape & volume w my finger . I expressed this concern to my injector to which I was made to feel that it was more of my lips at fault versus the quality of work I received. She had shown me before & after pictures that she had taken of me. I felt as if I had to be convinced to like the work I had received. She attempted to "correct" this by massaging the filler which only made the indentation more prominent. "Massaging" the filler confused me a bit as she had previously told me during my after care that the filler couldn't be moved after three days. But a month & a half later, she was trying to manipulate it to correct unevenness. I didn't expect a free syringe or discount off my initial filler, but at least hoped for an actual correction of where things had gone wrong. Instead I was told I'd need to purchase another full syringe which would've been an additional $700 to pay. I didn't see any reason to continue working with this establishment as I was unhappy with my initial work done here & fuethe lack of accountability taken for my uneven filler. So I had declined purchasing a second syringe of filler. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations for this place & was willing to pay more than what filler is averagely priced at. I am now stuck with lips that I'm not at all happy with & it's greatly impacting my self confidence. Unfortunately I won't be continuing business with this establishment. It's an expensive lesson to learn which left me sorely disappointed. I hope others can take from this experience and maybe shop around more before spending more than what someone's work is worth. read more
