I wanted to be sure that an arrangement could be sent on the same day for the wake service, which would start at 4-7 p.m. and be followed by the funeral the next day. Marie asked what I was looking for, and I went onto her website and selected a tall, elegant arrangement. Marie gave me her personal cell phone number so I could share specific flowers and colors that I was considering, along with our sympathy card, because there did not appear to be enough room on the card section on her website for our full message. Marie created a beautiful, thoughtful arrangement that accurately reflected the occasion's solemnity. Marie gets top praise for attentive customer service, timely delivery, and understanding of my preferences during difficult times. Marie was willing to incorporate meaningful flowers and colors to personalize the arrangement, making it a fitting tribute to the deceased. I very much appreciated Marie's empathy and care in creating an arrangement for the wake, the church service, the reception after the burial, and the family's home after the services. Marie created the floral arrangement in January 2025 with attention to detail, beautiful colors, and incredibly fresh flowers. So I placed my order online easily enough. They had several options available fit what I was looking for. I selected my choice and completed the order. I was sent a confirmation and later a notice that the Flowers were out for delivery. Unbeknownst to me, my significant other was on the move this particular day and once I found that out it was nice that the notice of delivery stated who the driver was and a phone number to call or text. I made use of the text feature and let the driver know that the recipient would not be home and to leave the flowers on the porch. The driver contacted me back to tell me they got the message and would do so. I was not home at the time of delivery but saw on my camera system the driver took due care placing the flowers just right on a chair instead of just leaving them on the floor of the porch. It was how she placed them. Carefully and paused to look at them to make sure it looked nice. Like a presentation. I truly appreciated that. The flowers are beautiful and high quality The shop obviously employs good people. It's a little pricier than some but that sort of care and quality are well worth it especially when you are trying to send something thoughtful.

So I called and the first thing the gentleman says is "what is it" and I was really shocked but thought I must've heard wrong. And I asked if this enchanted florist? And he tells me yes that's what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated. I asked about their fruit basket options and he tells me to just look on the website as all the options are on the website. And I told him the website told me to call, which is why I'm calling. And he said well "that's simply not true it's all on the website", which took me aback because I feel like this isn't how to speak to anyone? And also what about elderly people who wanted to place order but didn't know how to use the internet to check "all the options"? We went back and forth a little cause I just wanted to place an order, but he was super rude and condensing. So I asked for his name and rudely told me, why do you need it, and I told him he's being very rude. Then he proceeds to say, well when I answered the phone you were speaking a different language. I'm actually shaking in fear right now because I don't think I've ever had such a bad encounter over the phone. He said I was laughing at him but I was actually about to cry from how mean he was. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.
