The mini Bazaar on weekends is a cool touch with local vendors and collectibles. Parking is easy and it never feels too packed compared to UTC or Fashion Valley. Movie theater and Dave & Buster's make it good for more than just shopping. Only downside is a few empty storefronts and the food court could use an upgrade. Overall it's clean, family-friendly, and convenient if you're in Carlsbad. Worth a trip if you want to avoid the big mall crowds.

First the good: amazing renovations have improved the shopping experience. New flooring; sitting areas with power outlets and comfortable chairs; very comfortable outdoor living space with modern conveniences; a PAW-sitive environment for a 4 legged friends; a very clean and well maintained modern shopping area. The restaurants are all centrally located. Lots of parking areas with easy access. The bad: a sad commentary on the shopping climate/culture with an abundance of closed and empty restaurants and stores. The online shopping experience has resulted in brick and mortar businesses to experience more and more contraction of their customer base since the pandemic of COVID-19. At the time of my visit, there were a few number of shoppers in the mall. It saddens me to see the effects of the online shopping economy. I will try to support more businesses in physical stores and retail shops. It's difficult when you compete with the low price points and convenience of next day delivery from online retailers.

Workers were very attentive and helpful. Actually had to go back and buy it bc I couldn't stop thinking about it lol Went to the toy store and found rare stuff my son was hunting for so that was a treat. The staff there were also very helpful and gave my son few free sleeves for his one piece cards. The place is very small, very clean and all the stores were organized. It wasn't very packed on a Saturday, it didn't feel that way but the parking was a hot mess. Lol maybe bc they share parking with the flower field. My favorite is the view of the flower field next door. Really is heaven on earth when you see such colors surrounding you.

Very strange that majority of the sales being advertised at the outlet stores here are "Buy 1 Get 1…read more50% off".. which to me, isn't much of a deal. Where's the 60, 70% off? Lol. I guess not too common nowadays. These outlets in general is pretty standard with pretty empty crowds so it's not hard to find a parking spot. The vibes here feel like more of a casual mall with the food and iced tea shops having more people in line for than any of the retail stores. However.. I was able to find a great deal at one of the stores! Still worth walking around to look and browse through some stores. Children activities.. they have a fun life-sized checkers board to play with and even a train ride.

This was during their early set-up they were just settling into this comfortable space. Oceanside has created several community shared spaces over recent years, adding to the craft beer, local wine and thriving food scene. A co-op style environment, where local artists, makers and creatives show off there work and which you can support and shop SoCal. There is one of a kind art, fashion and jewelry. An added bonus is coffee, so you can linger longer with abundant seating around. It's one of those places where you will always get your find on; a card, a baby gift, a plant. It is a two level shopping center with a nice central fountain. Elevator is available. They have numerous seating all around the shopping center. The center has a very relaxing atmosphere which makes it fun to walk or shop around. Parking is available, but you can park around in the street. It could be challenging sometimes. There are different types of shops and restaurants around. For example; you can find coffee shops, bobba shop, Gelato,ramen restaurant, sushi restaurant, Italian restaurant, clothing, jewelry, souvenirs, board game shop, art gallery, dentist office and more.
