The Asian gentleman that helped me was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He asked the right questions and let me try on the shoes I thought I wanted but also a different leather grain he felt I might find more comfortable. I bought the one he recommended-lol He also recommended a wax and socks and explained the benefits. I bought those too. Great salesman who wasn't pushy but had great up sale technique by explaining the benefits of why he was recommending the items. read more

This was my first experience getting docs, and it was a great one. The staff ( specifically the Asian man with glasses. I unfortunately can't remember his name:( ) was very helpful with getting different sizes to try on and recommending different products to try. He was very nice to us and made sure we had a good experience. They even set up our bill so that we can take advantage of the free kit. read more

Door greeter (with a very greenish cute hat & braids) was so freaaaakin' cute & sweet! She was extremely helpful with all the questions I had before I could go in. (My bf went in ahead of me & I waited in line) he ended up coming out before I could be let in, because they were at capacity which is totally fine since she answered my questions & was just all around good energy. I went in to buy a specific pair but they didn't carry it. Katie, however, let me try on a similar pair to help me figure out my size so I could order them online. She was extremely friendly and helpful even though she knew I wouldn't be purchasing in store. I've always been a fan of the brand but I am now also impressed with the customer service at this specific location. This was an amazing experience. Brett, if you're reading this, you're the homie. Brett is absolutely fantastic. He was nice, we had a conversation about various docs. He knows his stuff. I had called in advance about a pair of docs and he went out of his way to call me and say "hey! We have that pair! But we have a customer and they want it." Two nights ago I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel and the staff at the new Las Vegas, Dr. Martens Store. They spent considerable time with my family & I. With an incredible amount of care and real affection for the brand - they helped me into my latest, and my little girl's FIRST pair of 1460 boots. They were friendly, more than helpful, and were as excited to assist us, as we were to be buying my daughter's first Docs. I've been to lots of Doc Martens Stores around the world, and at 48 have worn 1460s everyday of my life for decades. Very nice attention to costumer. I came in half blind at first, i had an idea of what i wanted to get, but wasn't sure of what model exactly. So this girl Gabby, she helped me for a good half an hour to check sizes and models... eventually i went out without a pair because i was told more shoes were coming in about 2 days and one of the managers told me that he was not willing to sell me a pair that did not fit me well, just for the sake of selling a pair (i respect that man a lot). So i come back 2 days later, and now, Bret, one of the managers, is helping me out. He helped me choose one of the pairs that i first wanted but was not available on my size (they now had it). Bret was equally patient and gave me his honest input on the shoes i was trying, again, not spitting things just for making a sell... eventually i went out of the store, satisfied and with two pairs :) read more

Okay so, I was calling recently around stores near me to find a certain item, and I was out of luck for California basically. So, in a last ditch, out of pocket, nearly no hope attempt, I called this location. I know, crazy bc I just said I'm in California, (and I mean like COASTAL California). However, upon being greeted on the phone by Brett (sorry if that's not how you spell it or if I miss heard it), he was nice and helpful from the beginning. He heard my little vent about how I've been calling and I have no hope but, still asked if they had the certain item I was looking for, and he confirmed they did, and could hold it for me because they had two (a display and a new one). Luckily family was in Vegas that day and I called them to let them know and they went by and picked it up. This was a product I was super excited about and am so happy I was able to get because of Brett and his kindness and amazing customer service. It felt like he cared about what I wanted, and he seemed so happy to help. I truly am so grateful to have been helped by him. read more
