I was seen by Senthil and Lani, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! After hearing about my lingering cough and wheezing, we decided to delay my wellness visit blood work and focus more on identifying the cause of these issues and treating it. They were very thorough in their exams and tests, and did a great job of explaining the medications that they would be prescribing. I left the clinic feeling better than I arrived thanks to the breathing treatment I received, and now have some prescriptions that will help me if a coughing / wheezing fit comes on that keeps me up at night. I have definitely found my new primary care physicians!

But, over the last month they have had to last minute cancel two of my appointments. The last one they canceled a week ago (I was told someone would reach out within 24 hours to reschedule), but I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to reschedule it. Over the last few weeks no one answers the phone, the physical location seems to be closed days at a time, and their website is now "not found". They will not refill my prescriptions unless I am seen for an appointment. Since I can't get a hold of anyone in person at their physical location to reschedule the appointment they canceled or get anyone to answer the phone or call me back, I am now going without my prescriptions. I would appreciate some communication/clarity on if this practice is closing or not, so I can plan my care moving forward

Later, I was surprised to see they tried to bill me for a second, separate visit on top of my annual exam -- even though I never agreed to or was informed about any additional charges. This is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest. I came in for a routine annual check, not to be double-billed for simply answering the doctor's question. I've already signed and completed my visit, and there was no discussion of extra costs at that time. Patients deserve transparency and honesty -- not surprise charges after the fact. I would not recommend this office to anyone until they fix their billing practices and treat patients fairly.
