They had issues with contacting me for follow ups and test results and sending the medicine to the wrong locations. I've been patient until now. My son experienced a medical emergency and we had to get an x ray exam. I was told by the doctor I was going to be contacted within a couple hours. 24 hours later and still haven't received a call. I left voicemails and called several times. Not once have they reached out. I had to take my son to a different location for the exam. 10 years later I am officially switching my kids to another doctor. I don't recommend this location nor the one in Katy. Horrible experience and always overbooked. Probably why they don't take care of the patients they already have. Never again will I bring my kids back.

I was seen by Senthil and Lani, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! After hearing about my lingering cough and wheezing, we decided to delay my wellness visit blood work and focus more on identifying the cause of these issues and treating it. They were very thorough in their exams and tests, and did a great job of explaining the medications that they would be prescribing. I left the clinic feeling better than I arrived thanks to the breathing treatment I received, and now have some prescriptions that will help me if a coughing / wheezing fit comes on that keeps me up at night. I have definitely found my new primary care physicians!
