The brisket was smoked well and relatively tender. All of our food was hot and delicious! Now, I gave this place 2 stars for two reasons: first of all, the food truck was late. They were scheduled to be open at 4 so my boyfriend arrived at that time. Well, they didn't end up taking orders until about 4:20. We didn't get our order until 4:50 which is absolutely ridiculous. The second reason is that the food came in styrofoam to-go containers. The containers were not lined with aluminum foil, so the piping hot quesadilla started melting the styrofoam. My boyfriend didn't notice until he finished all of his food and we are not sure at this point how much styrofoam we ingested. Fix these two issues and they could have at least a 4 star truck.
