Terrible service and slow without apology. One person working in the kitchen trailer and the other just standing there eating herself. The one standing there distracting the cook could have been pouring drinks, preparing the containers with condiments or even apologizing to customers waiting and waiting. Everyone there was waiting atleast 25 minute, that's when I decided they can keep the money, my time is too valuable to be there 25 minutes and still no burrito. She knew it was not mine and she gave it to me thinking I was not looking. But when I told her that is not the California burrito, she ended giving it to me anyways. We stopped by for a quick to-go order on our way home to Goodyear. We ordered a burrito 'Pastor' and a carne asada quesadilla. The burrito was fine, but the quesadilla had less than half the meat that it should have. We called the place, and they offered us the option of driving back out there for either a refund or a new meal, which is fair, but it kinda defeats the purpose of picking up a to-go order, not to mention the gas consumption. We told them we'd drive back tomorrow for a meal done right. They initially agreed, but then called back, insisting that we drop what we're doing and come back now. The second option was that we save the chintzy quesadilla and bring it back tomorrow. So one of us skips dinner? Granted, once in a while, people will try to scam an establishment, but a business needs to give the customer the benefit of the doubt the first time around. To me, if I had a restaurant and complainers kept coming back and ordering and insisting on refunds, I'd be inclined to invite them to give their business to someone they like better. This is not our case. Just offering a heads up - check your meal before leaving. Make sure they didn't skimp. read more

I ordered 3 bean burritos and one bean tostadas - I was charged $22,50 on my debit card. I questioned the young lady working there about the price prior to running the card through. I thought she went back inside the trailer to ask about the price but she ran the card. I attempted to show her the price on the wall and she said we can't go by that. I think it is bad business to post a price and charge something different. She called the manager and the manager said just give me my money back (the food was already made). This situation would have been avoided if they would simply change their prices - I see many places that will put a sticker with the new price or something to show the new price. Considering this is basically a "Roach Coach" that has very little overhead, I find it surprising that $6 for a bean and cheese burrito would cost that much. Most real restaurants usually charge less and offer chips and salsa. Anyway the place is an eyesore but I overlooked it for years because I like to support local businesses but obviously they have no respect for customer. They want the benefit of owning a business but they could care less of the customer experience or ever building a real restaurant. Hopefully Buckeye will eventually make them either build a building or roll their roach coach to another town. read more

I've been going here since they opened and the last three times they have left ingredients off or this last time had half the chips. They just barely covered the bottom of the container. The cabeza quesadilla I had was very well done, my wife was facebooking her chicken quesadilla before she was even 1/4 of the way through eating it, and the portions were large enough that we both had leftovers. They had our food to us within just a few minutes and the horchata was fresh and cold! Very attentive, speak English as well as Spanish, and were very polite. The food is good, the service is ok, the communication is terrible. a few days ago was the 3 or 4th time i have come to this food truck on the side of the Jackrabbit Rd. just south of the I-10 freeway. and each time I place an order they get it wrong. Its not that I get the wrong food item, but they make it the way they want and leave on items I have request not to have and dont add the items i requested to be added. One may ask, then do I come back, and I say only because when I am working in the area, they are the only food place for miles. Girlfriend picked us up some Al Pastor street tacos while out getting groceries.....these are some of the best if not THE BEST Al Pastor street tacos I have ever had. Meat was fresh and tasted amazing and the cilantro, onions and tortillas were all fresh. The salsas come in a bag which is funky but they taste great and the homemade beans are amazing.
