The dog enjoying $30 worth of tacos

Meat tastes bad . Not even cow meat. Was the worst money spend . Don't eat the meat here!! I couldn't stand it I have to give it to my dog. They charge over price tacos for the cheapest meat. They could possibly fine. Probably mix with horse and old ass cow! This is very upsetting.

Very good service never fails they've been doing this a long time ! The food is always amazing blows a1 out of the water

Very busy road side business. We're just passing to Buckeye visiting friends, in the last couple of days we've noticed this place is busy all the time! We stop by during our morning walk and ordered some chicken tacos, with everything. Very good! I recommend!

Look I get it. It's Mexican food. It's street food. But. Could we at least be able to speak to the gringas? I ordered a carne asada burrito no guacamole. They put extra. Now I'm not versed very well in Spanish. But I know that the word NO. actually is universal in Spanish. So ugh. Husband wouldn't eat it so we ended up getting something else.

Extremadamente mal servicio. En vez de estar haciendo las órdenes, están platicando. Tardan demasiado y te dan la orden equivocada.

You order at the counter and the food comes out to the table. You can tell this place is family owned. The owners, whom I assumed were there tonight, were lovely people. While we waited, the woman who took our order brought out a basket of chips with refried beans and fresco queso on top with a side of salsa. Woah! What? Epic. But wait! A few minutes later, a precious girl with the most warm inviting, and beautiful smile came out with 2 warm, homemade corn tortillas, with salsa and cheese for us. These were just complimentary extras we didn't expect at all. Soo good. The restaurant is a humble place. Cute, clean, inviting and roomy. There is an inside seating area and an outdoor section. Someone was grilling meat out front. I think, the owner. I ordered a chili relleno combo. It comes with rice, beans, tortillas, and a drink. Hubs ordered two carne asada tacos, and a carne asada sope. I didn't try anything my husband ordered. ( I was laser focused on my meal lol) But it looked really good. He said, you can tell, they make their food with love. Yes, yes, yes, you can. My dish, was the best chili relleno I have had the entire 5 yrs I have been living in AZ. And the beans were phenomenal. Honestly, I prefer eating at places like this. We came for an impromptu date night. I can say it was one of the best meals and date nights I've had in a while. Thank you. Y'all are gonna see me alot. :)

No matter how busy, the wait is never long but your food is made to order. They have an abundant salsa bar and, if you sit outside, an employee is cooking up something on a plancha. We don't know what. We have only ever sat inside or carried our tacos home. Next door there's a modern bakery next door with cakes, bars, cookies and traditional Hispanic treats. We're looking forward to checking it out at some point. Stay tuned!

I'd gotten the chicken plate, and LOVED it. Great cook on everything and really flavorful bites all around. (would have loved a spicier salsa option, tho). Ambiance is simple and open. We decided to try again at this new location. It was good. The ribeye tacos are really good, as are the potato tacos (try them!). Our food arrived hot and everything was good. Personally I'm not a fan of their salsas. And I think it's lame to have to separately order chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Especially considering their prices are astronomical for Mexican food. And the chips and salsa are not cheap. But those are nit-picks. I'd say good overall. For me it's not anything great, and it's not a good, old, "family-style" Mexican restaurant with red plastic soda tumblers and plentiful chips and salsa. It's more of a "boutique" Mexican-inspired restaurant. Decent for sure, but the prices for me are way high for what it is (a taqueria really). Still, give it a try. I think when they're hitting on all cylinders their food is great.
