    Pupusa Special + Yuca Frita
    Amber D.

My husband & I tried Que Tal for the first time at Bad Weather Brewing. Their truck is really cute, the food came out pretty fast (& was HOT), plus it tasted super fresh. Service was great as well! I really liked that the ingredients all seemed fresh & real, plus the flavors were good. We split: --Pupusa Special: 1 Beef & Cheese, 1 Bean & Cheese. The slaw served with these was delicious, I hadn't had that before. As mentioned, the food was super hot & fresh! --Yuca Frita: Yuca fries are one of my favorites & these definitely didn't disappoint! They were crispy & delicious; I just wish the cilantro crema was more flavorful. All in all, this place hit the spot for a reasonable price!

I was lucky enough to get Qué Tal twice in 1 week and I think they've turned into one of my favorite food trucks! The pupusas are perfect and probably some of the best I've had around the twin cities. You can tell they're made to order because they're served warm. I tried the bean and cheese pupusa and the chicken and cheese and they were both so good. Pictured was priced at $12.00. Service was good both times, but the wait time did feel longer than I would have liked for a food truck. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other items on the menu!

    Carne asada nachos

Best carne asada nachos I've had and I'm from Los Angeles. Everything about it is amazing. The cheese sauce, the carne, the nachos (they're SEASONED, which a lot of places forget to do), and the sauce you can drizzle on it. So much flavor!! The service is wonderful and always such nice people. I wish they had a more consistent schedule of where they post up so I can stop by! Their pupusas are so yummy as well!! I've had the bean and cheese & chicken and cheese and I loved them both. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing food and service! Pleasantly surprised for a food truck in Minnesota! Clean and welcoming staff! Thank you for a yummy lunch!

I'm so glad we found this little East Side gem. We ordered a guanaco meal for two people. Out came…read morea piping hot platter of goodies including a chicken tamale, two baked vegetable pastries, grilled pork, fried plantains, and yuca fries. We marveled at the amount of food, and then out come our pupusas and a partially filled container of cabbage slaw. We were pleasantly surprised to find flavorful tostada-like item topped with shredded meat (perhaps pork) and vegetables broke easily in half without making a mess. (The word "tostada" does not appear in the menu, so it must be called something else.) The crisp yuca fries were among the best I've had. I was also very happy that we got extra cabbage slaw. The hearty and just-sweet-enough horchata had some nice spices I didn't recognize. For $30 we stuffed ourselves silly and had leftovers for later. Our server came back from time to time to ensure we had what we needed. The one disappointment was the ambience. They probably kept the lights off because it was hot outside, but when we first walked in I wondered if they were closing soon. Sitting near the window helped us forget that the lights were off. The bathroom was in good working order, if a little run down. In any case, we'll definitely stop by again when we find ourselves in this corner of town. The mojarra frita (fried fish) looks really good, and I want to try that next time.
