I love bringing my dog Benny here. What's different is the prices are lower than the average grooming place and they have a daycare for the dogs so they get to play instead of being kenneled. Hello took my dog last month and since the owners changed this place we t downhill the price went up 20 dollars and my dog started a rash cause they cut him so short and on his chest was a rash due to the heat of the machine . Well look for a different place to go from now on . Also the cut was uneven and forgot to trim the nails . Geez for 96 dollars that is unacceptable please take your time and listen to your customers. read more

Terrible experience. The owner told her employee to charge us $35 more than the quoted price for our dogs groom at pickup because she felt our dog was hard to deal with. We had been customers for a year without any complaint about our dog's behavior. When I talked to the owner about the situation she started yelling and cursing at me and refused to return my credit card until she charged her inflated fee and then ordered me out of her shop. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work here and overcharge customers at her demand. read more

I've been taking my Pomeranian there for nearly 2 years, and just love this place. He normally hates to go mostly because he just loves to play at home and this means he doesn't get to do that. He came home yesterday so happy and clean. I was truly pleased with the extra attention they obviously gave him. I know he's a wiggle worm. Just the fact he was happy and not stressed tells me a lot. I read the other reviews and can't comment on their experience, but I know mine has been nothing short of excellent. My friends use this groomer too and agree. read more

Initially things seemed good. My dog smelled and looked good. However, a day later he started acting tired and lethargic and like he was in pain. He started crying when we pet his back. We took him to the vet and they thought he had sustained a back injury from standing too long at the groomer with rough brushing. He was prescribed some doggy ibuprofen and was on the mend 24 hours later. However, the following day we noted scabs on his neck. Definitely won't be returning to this place. Seems like they don't handle the pets very gently. Could be because we have a larger dog so grooming is more difficult? Our other place in Highlands Ranch had no problem with him but they unfortunately went out of business. We'll definitely be looking for a more gentle groomer elsewhere. NEED NEGATIVE STARS!!! DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER!!! It is apparent they are incapable of handling dogs properly. I only booked here because the groomer I have gone to for years without incident didn't have availability within the timeframe I needed. My husband dropped off the dogs and he said the facility is a dump. We should have cancelled then. After the grooming when an employee called me to pick up the dogs I inquired how they did. We have two labradoodles. A six year old and a 6 month old puppy. The employee's response to my inquiry was that they were "wiggly." I asked again how they did to get a legitimate answer and again received an ambiguous answer that they were wiggly. I informed them that they are dogs and that would be expected, and I asked then if they were ok and received an ambiguous reply of "I guess it was ok." WTF!? When I saw the dogs after work their cuts were not only the worst I have ever seen, but my puppy had sustained an injury! He has a huge eye hematoma/petechial hemorrhage most likely from an extremely tight slip leash. I guess I should be grateful they didn't completely asphyxiate and kill him. Also, they charged a ridiculous amount for their horrible work and abuse of my dog. $150 per dog. My other groomer was $100 each time. DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH ANIMAL ABUSE! STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! I went in this morning at 9 AM to drop my long hair golden retriever off to get a summer trim (never did I say shave). I was not told an estimated time that she might be done or when they close like normal groomers would disclose. Typically my golden retriever takes 4+ hours to do, as she has a lot of hair. I received a text an hour and a half later saying she was done and I asked how would it have taken that short of time to do when normally it is 4 hours. I asked to have them send me a photo, which they did and I was SHOCKED. She looked like a choppy rat dog completely shaved my golden retriever's hair off. I had asked her to do a short trim, but NOT to shave her. When I asked what time she needs to be picked up, as I was at work, they kept saying as soon as possible we close at 2 PM, when the website and the front door says 5 PM. When I got there I was trying to calmly explain how I was very unhappy with my dogs haircut as I did not tell them to shave all her hair off as she is a golden retriever not a short haired dog. The owner started cussing me out and telling me to fuck off and that I need to pay or else the police will come. I asked her how can she make it right, and she lowered the haircut ten dollars, like that is making it right, LOL. As I was leaving I told her I will not be coming back to this groomer and she said never fucking come back and fuck off and chased me out the door flipping me off and was screaming fuck off, fuck you, fuck off over and over again. I have never felt more attacked by a owner of a company. And to top it all off my beautiful long haired golden retriever now looks like a choppy shaved rat. I tried this place because it was closer than my normal groomer. I would NEVER go back again. The lady seemed nice, I guess, but speaks very broken English. The result was that my dog looked AWFUL and then I was informed that she cut my dog's paw! I felt that she minimized cutting her paw. In my opinion, she should have offered to pay for the vet bill. My dog seemed lethargic afterwards and a few days later was bleeding little spots all over our wood floors. I felt horrible. Never again will I go to this groomer. read more

I took my English Cream Golden Retriever to be bathed and groomed. They were very nice. Our Golden has been groomed all of his life so he is use to it....our mobile groomer recently retired so I thought I would try this place. Normally it takes about 3 hours to groom him so when they texted me an hour and a half later that he was ready, I was surprised. When I arrived to pick him up he was happy and clean. It didn't look like he had been trimmed except around his feet. I guess for 85 dollars I expected that his tail and butt would be trimmed. Maybe I should have been clearer with my expectations but I just assumed that they would know what a standard Golden Retriever trim should look like. I may try it again but I would definitely be more clear on what I wanted done. read more

We took in our puppy for his second grooming (first with Quebec Highlands) and asked for him to be "cleaned up." Our request resulted in his four inch hair being shaved down to an 1/8th of an inch. We were told our puppy was not well behaved (the first groomer we took him to told us he was an angel - much better then they expected for a puppy his age). He has been barking and agitated since he came back from his grooming so we are extremely concerned that his "poor behavior" was due to "poor behavior" from the this groomer. read more

Bring your dog here - you won't be disappointed! I have 2 bearded collies that come out looking like show dogs even though their long coats are prone to matts and tangles (not to mention we spend hours at dog parks every week). They require a LOT of brushing. We've tried a lot of groomers over the years and they never work with matted coats - even the fancy/expensive ones will just shave the dogs to the skin by default (after making us wait weeks for an appointment). My dogs hate being caged and shaved and one used to go belly up and pee on himself every time we brought him to a groomer. Not anymore! Su runs a clean shop with a loving, relaxed atmosphere (no leashes, no cages!!!!) and my dogs are happy to go! Her prices are incredibly fair and on several occasions she has given services the same day I called! No waiting for weeks. I can't say enough good things about this place - that's why I drive them all the way up from castle rock - 'nuff said! read more

I can only speak from the perspective of a cat owner, but I would not recommend to bring your cat here. I'm sure they do a great job with dogs and the owner seemed very nice. However, my cat is absolutely terrified of dogs and was put in a cage surrounded by dogs in other cages. She was so scared that she pooped all over herself and it took about 30 minutes for me to get her back in her carrier so I could bring her home. She was so much filthier than when I brought her in and traumatized from the experience. I just want others to avoid this experience for their cat because I felt so terrible :( read more
