We've experienced wellness visits, technician visits (for monthly pain management shots and nail trims), and sadly, end of life care. I've felt seen, heard, and valued in every experience. The end of life process was so thoughtful and kind, I'm truly grateful for how I got to say goodbye to my best girl. The spa and resort is also wonderful. They send you progress reports and check in with pictures when your animals stay, which I greatly appreciate. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them!
