How can a acrylic fill cost more than a new set???.some of the pricing doesn't make sense.

My second time here and left disappointed. Paid $63 for a rushed Lavender Pedicure. The 10 min massage was awful; she barely was touching my feet, zoned out and seemed disinterested in providing good service. The two people who I came with also got lavender pedicure and had good pedicurists so maybe I just got unlucky. Either way, I will be bringing my business elsewhere. read more

Not only did Emily do a stunning job at winter design she took the time to help pick out the right colors for the request and gave such an amazing hand and back massage, she is very kind like the rest of the staff and even gave me a small gift in a bag. I give up. I'm waving my white flag when it comes to getting my nails done when I'm not in my hometown of Houston, Tx. I arrived at my appointment as scheduled, picked out my color as requested. The nail tech did not first look at the condition of my nails nor did she care as I was explaining to her I had a splitting nail that needed REPLACING. She got to working really fast FAST I tell you. She gets to the nail that's splitting and tells me it's splitting. I tell her I know and that I wanted it to be REPLACED, she tells me the GEL refill will fix it. She didn't even look up just grind, grind. grind. Let me say this first. I have been getting my nails done since the early 90's when acrylic nails first came out. When the grinding machines was operated with their foot. When I was younger and didn't have the money to replace a nail, I would just choose to go over the nail. Now, on those many occasions that I was always warned that by just going over the nail it could cause water to get to in between the nail which the moisture causes fungus. When that warning was ignored and I got a fungus, I replaced them there after. So now she's telling me it will be ok without even looking up nor acknowledging my request, give me a break! I just sat there defeated. I let her do her thang yes "thang". After she was done, SLOP hot MESS. She hurries over to turn in my ticket, not so fast missy! Gel running over, polish missing, shaping not even. Again, I wave my white flag. Two days later the splitting in my nail bed appears and a day later the nail fell off. read more

They charge extra is you want almond shape nails. Personally I think that is ridiculous. Also it's $3 per nail for a design. I also didn't feel clean what so ever, there was dust everywhere in my eyes on my phone all over my body. And they would interrupt me and talk me out of what I wanted originally. This used to be the place to go! Unfortunately the quality has changed overtime. Beware of the false advertisement. When you pay $51.00 for a pedicure that includes a ten minute stone massage, it's a lie. You get a massage and then one minute of contact with the hot stones. Too bad!!! The woman who did my manicure was very rushed & uninterested. There was no effort taken to provide a "relaxing" experience; especially for the price compared to other salons in the area. The woman even got up to sweep the floors in the middle of doing my nails which I thought was off putting. I went in for an appointment at 5p and they closed at 7p, so I wasn't the last one there right before they closed. The hand massage included with spa manicure was the worst one I have ever received. I am happy with how my nails turned out, however I won't be returning. I do want to add that there was one lady who had three customers in a row who all scheduled an appointment with her specifically, this particular woman seemed very personable. After my first trip here I knew this would become my go-to nail spa. I hate going anywhere else now. Their gel polish lasts about a month (I've had experiences with about two weeks elsewhere). The foot massage during the pedicure feels absolutely amazing, & the mini massage post manicure is magical. They welcome you with lemon water and have treats (cookies, candies) for you if you'd like. After seeing the positive reviews here and them being recommended by a friend I went there yesterday and fell in love! I am very picky when it comes to my nails and anyone waxing my eyebrows. My nails salon that I went to for 10 years closed so I was in need of a new salon that did what my old place did. I got the gel powder and they use nexgen which is by far my favorite. With it i got the full manicure treatment which my old place did not. They shaped my nails perfectly and point on with how the powder went on. With how well she did my nails (Amy) I felt confident enough to let her do my eyebrows. When she did them honestly I still tear up every time but she was so gentle that for the first time I didn't and they came out perfect! I highly recommend going here I will defiantly be back! As for as price I paid 51 and change for the powder gel, eyebrow waxing and I had to have a tip put on one nail that I had broken. read more

I've been getting acrylic nails for so long now and i couldn't find a place that got them as perfect as i want them to be. This place is very clean! The lemon water they give you is like crack. I got a basic pedicure and it was only $25. The lady that did mine had magical massage hands. Nice atmosphere and very unusually quiet. I was not a huge fan of the massage chairs because I found that all settings were a little too hard on my back. Went back two weeks later. Went here for the first and last time recently. I got a gel manicure which I've had done many times before, just not here. The staff was not very friendly and no one really spoke any English, which made communication pretty difficult. My technician wasn't the best, she filed my nails crooked and then cut two of my fingers pretty badly while cutting my cuticles. One finger bled the entire time I was having my nails done. Overall I was not happy with the manicure. Aside from the bleeding fingers, it just wasn't a very good job. I suppose it all depends who you get, the friend I went with got a good manicure that she was happy with. I won't be returning though. read more
