So, I kept my search going till I came across well known "Allen's Flowers!" I walked in, they already had prearranged flower arrangements, but I did not care for what they had selected. You can also choose your own so I did and my flower bouquet was so beautiful. They are enough to make anyone's day whether you are giving the gift of flowers on "Father's Day," "Mother's Day, birthdays, anniversaries, or any other special occasion, this is the place to be. There are several locations available, but I happened to be in the Otay Ranch area to visit the shop. Not only did I pick a gorgeous assortment of flowers, but the girl who was working there arranged the flowers very beautiful. She was friendly and helpful which made my flower-shopping experience pleasant and effortless. Next time you are in the market for flower arrangements that are beautiful, go to Allen's Flowers!

You said you're an owner of this shop yet you only apologized on line.. on the phone you only gave me excuses. Shame on you! Where's the pride in your work! If you're going to offer guarantees, why don't you guarantee great service and amazing bouquets every time you deliver? Maybe then you wouldn't have to depend on refunds! If all we wanted was a refund, we wouldn't place an order to begin with!! You should be sorry for falling short of your own expectations, especially as a business owner. Do you honestly believe this bouquet is the best you can do? We want beautiful flower arrangements we can be proud of ... not embarrassed of!! Maybe you need to take another look at what you delivered, especially from the top view picture with the card.

This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

Unfortunately, I was met with a Spanish-speaking message to callers, giving no direction to those who do not speak the language, with no other option. I could not comprehend the message. It would behoove them to convey a message in both Spanish and English in the future. Unless any English-speaking caller wants to deal with getting past the first hurdle of understanding what they're saying in the first place, I would suggest you look elsewhere. One can only imagine what the end result of your pricey flower arrangement would look like, considering the language barrier. They're shooting themselves in the foot, as this pushes away potential revenue for them. I am certain a small business would want to make money from all walks of life, no?? That doesn't seem to be the case here. Oh well, there are scads of good florists that I can find elsewhere.

A relative of mine hosted a party recently and she rented a canopy, tables and chairs. I asked her for a referral. She told me that she found her company on FB Marketplace. I reached out to them but unfortunately they only serve the South Bay area (I live in North County). I did some searching on my own on FB Marketplace and found several prospective companies that had good reviews. I reached out to three of them. Nemo's was the first to respond. I didn't hear back from the other companies for 3-4 hours. I decided to go with Nemo's because of how quickly they responded and their prices were reasonable. I worked with Mayra. She was amazing. I communicated with her by text msgs and she was very responsive. She kept me informed as to when her crew was coming to setup and when they were coming to pickup. I was able to place a deposit via Venmo. The entire process of booking the reservation was so simple! On the day of the party, the crew arrived early and it took them about an hour to set everything up. It was a cold/drizzly day and I was glad I rented the canopy. The canopy that I rented had three sides and it helped keep the guests dry and reduce the effects of wind chill. I'm also glad that I rented the heater. Highly recommend for a cool day. Everything worked out great with our party and it was nice to receive so many compliments from our guests about how nice the canopy and artificial turf was. A big thank you to Mayra and her crew for making our party a memorable one! Will definitely reach out to you on our next party!

This was a very special occasion, and I spent over $100 hoping to receive an arrangement worthy of such an important milestone. In fact, I would have gladly spent more had I known the quality would match the occasion. Unfortunately, I began noticing signs of deterioration the very afternoon I picked up the bouquet. A few flowers already appeared to be struggling, and within four days the arrangement had declined significantly. Concerned, I contacted Stem Floral. My message: "I'm concerned that the bouquet did not last. I picked them up on May 30th, and it's not looking too good after only 5 days." Stem Floral's response: "Sorry to hear you're concerned with your arrangement! Just from looking at the photos I can tell the water hasn't been changed and is very low, that can be one of the biggest issues with florals lasting. We suggest trimming your stems and changing your water every couple days to keep bacteria from growing and killing the flowers. We never guarantee a lifespan of flowers but we do guarantee fresh flowers -- everything for your arrangement was bought the day before your pickup. If you would like to bring it in I would be happy to replace the dying flowers and get it looking fresh again for you!" I replied that the water had, in fact, been changed the day after pickup and that some flowers were already showing signs of decline on the first day. After that, I never received another response. To me, the flowers were simply not fresh. The suggestion that I load a large vase full of water and a rapidly dying bouquet into my car and drive it back to the shop was not a practical solution. More importantly, by that point roughly 80% of the arrangement would have needed replacement, something I seriously doubt would have happened. What disappointed me most was not just the bouquet's short lifespan, but the lack of follow-up after I explained the situation. A special anniversary arrangement should bring joy, not frustration. When a customer raises a legitimate concern, they deserve more than a one-time response and then silence. The lack of communication ultimately spoke louder than anything else. Based on my experience, I was left with the impression that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
