The clerk called the manager over. The manager was rude and condescending and literally accused me of forging an expiration date on a expired card and refused to honor my membership. His exact words were "yeah, I've got a sharpie too". Wow, this was the manager. How rude? I've made a lot of purchases from Harbor Freight over the last 10 years. I called their National customer service line to complain and request a refund of my membership. They had no problem looking up my membership and said it wasn't due for renewal until late next month. I'm waiting for a call from the Manchester district manager for an apology or a refund of my membership fee

I spent 80.00 I think total. Her knowledge was excellent , and she had exactly what I needed ,and was open on a Saturday. I'm calling bullshit on the negative reviews here, because my experience was excellent.
