Called their customer service number several times and they gave me a ticket number, which they told me they reported the problem and someone would get in touch with me. First they said to clean out you cache and cookies, which I did, Then was told by another customer service person to use another browser, which I did, which didn't work. Looking at the many complaints for the same reason I called for, Home Depot's customer service department keeps giving some lame excuse. Been complaining about this same issue for 2 months to their customer service people. I can get into any other website including Lowes, Home Depot is the only website that i cannot get into, it keeps giving me a message Home Depot is no longer supporting your browser, please update. He was great, particularly as I had lost my voice and it was clearly an unusual request. The store is under renovations, so not the usual selection to browse. Totally understandable. They greet you when you come in, okay that's nice, but as you walk around the store, they keep popping up at weird times, and in weird places. Asking questions, asking what you like, interrupting my husband and I several times. It almost reminded me of an escape room experience. We were close to making a purchase, but the people were so annoying that we left and went to another store instead.
