They swapped what was put on TV based on what the customer preference (sealer from calming mountains to AGT (my friend and I a relatively young and we enjoyed and had our eyes on the tv)). It was done fast and clean AND even got pod with my nails at the end! I requested my nails towards a reference photo with some changes and they more than happily complied. Complimentary water! AND they said come back anytime and they fix our nails up! (so sad we don't live in Cali - we are just visiting) Cons: When they did the purple UV light it did hurt a little bit (felt like tiny shots), but they asked if it hurts I said no cus really it hurts for a less than a second! Not only she is good at what she does but also has a unique ability to put her clients at ease, with her big personality and smile. She was so patience with me. Took us about an hour and half to draw and correct my brows to how I wanted (with Phalla's expertise). If it wasn't for Phalla, I wouldn't have this perfect shape. I had a hard time finding the right person for my brows because it is important to find one that makes you feel comfortable and trusted with your face. DO NOT CHECK IT OFF until they tell you to show the valid ticket then they check it off. I got their standard head shampooing treatment. No upgrades to the session nor getting their premium shampoo. They showed me the scalp analysis in the beginning it was 3 mins really quick, didn't really elaborate what was going on. Good experience for the first time, probably wouldn't try again since I didn't know what it would be like. I would say when it came to the shampooing that's where the massage was present. It was soothing and relaxing. The standard shampoo they used was so relaxing, heavy scented tea tree oil and mint. It was cooling on my scalp. Pet peeves: Towards the end, they dry your hair with their hair dryer. They do use a communal hair brush because the there were previous customer hair strands still on the brush. I would notify them if you would like to skip using their brush. OR you can bring your own brush to brush your hair. When I was guided into the room they started the water fountain machine. It felt like I was left there half of the time in the session with the head spa water running down my hair. Not sure if that's normal for all head spa sessions.

After driving a long distance, I felt pressured into paying extra and ended up spending an additional $35 plus $15 for lash removal. Very misleading experience and felt like false advertising. They should clearly have photos of what is and is not included upfront.
