I've given this place 6 tries within the last 5 months. I want to like it because they're so close to my home but I could not in good faith recommend this salon to anyone. Each time I've been here I've booked an appointment online beforehand yet still end up waiting 15/20 minutes to be serviced. They do not prioritize appointments over walk ins which is frustrating when you're in a time crunch. The quality is never that great - I always catch bubbles and lint in my gel manicures afterwards even when I tell them during the service when I notice them. Today, the lady doing my manicure filed my nails uneven and I had to stop her half way through and request a different person to fix her mistakes. This place is clean which gets them 2 stars but can't say much more than that. read more

Want to love them because it's super close to my house... BUT, see pics of what I asked for vs what I got. I walked in and asked for the car eye and chrome look and I could sense that the 3 ladies working were a little nervous. Nevertheless, the older one took me and said she got this. I had an appointment following the service so I made it known towards the end of the design that I would need it to be fixed because it was done with polish and was left so thick that it ran/bubbled/peeled off within 2 hours of me coming in. Anyway, I called the same day to remind (what seemed like the manager) that I was unable to return Tuesday so I would have to return today Wednesday. They told me to come at 10, but then I show up and I'm stuck waiting for everyone to finish. I just got seated and I'm worried they won't turn out as good. We'll see. read more

I've been coming here for a while and have even recommended friends and family--it used to be my go-to spot. Wendy was always my go-to technician, and she consistently did an amazing job. Sadly, I learned today that she no longer works there. I ended up with Vivian, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. She rushed through the entire service, and the quality was very disappointing. Midway through the pedicure, she told me they were closing at 3 PM--even though they had just taken me in. If you're closing soon, why accept a new customer? She didn't trim or shape my toenails--she simply removed the old gel polish, applied new gel, and called it done. I was in and out in under 25 minutes, and it felt like she just wanted to get it over with. I didn't even want to pay for the service, but my husband was with me and ended up covering it. He immediately said we wouldn't be coming back, and honestly, I agree. I came in hoping for a relaxing self-care day and left feeling rushed and disappointed. First time here due to needing an urgent pedicure and majority of the places were either super busy or closed. Mind you this was a Sunday morning. I decided to give this place a try despite the other reviews I saw. Wendy was the one who assisted me and she was pretty thorough with my pedicure. She made sure she cleaned around my nails and cuticles (although she did nick me on two toes, but I wasn't going to complain bc it didn't hurt and she made sure she sanitized the area). The vibe was quiet and calm. During my visit they had a couple of other people getting their nails done and pedicures. They were also rearranging some furniture. The price for the deluxe pedicure with gel came out to $68. I thought it was way overpriced but again I was in need of a pedicure. For the price, you can probably get the same for less of a price. Wendy was awesome but I don't think I'll be returning. Also, the gel pedicure has not chipped or anything so it was overall good but I don't see myself paying $68 for a pedicure. read more

It was my first time coming here since the reviews weren't looking too bad I decided to give it a try.. I came by early at 9:30am to get a mani pedi I will say that the service is amazing , staff is really friendly.. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I didn't really notice until later in the day (2pm) when I noticed something felt weird about my nails .. They're flimsy and VERY thin. I'm not one to complain with nails but they're really stingy with the acrylic because my nails are super thin and sharp. I walked out okay with them bc I didn't pay much attention since I had to be somewhere and now that I'm really looking at them I absolutely hate it I called to see if I can come by tomorrow to get it fixed but from my understanding I'll be getting charged to get it fixed . Save ur money and go somewhere else where they won't mind using the proper amount of acrylic. Service was great but quality is horrible. I paid $109 total for these nails and pedicure + gel removal from previous pedicure. Price was ok but definitely not worth it for THESE nails in specific .. Update : I went back yesterday to "get it fixed" they were friendly about it but I'm still not satisfied with my nails . They're still thin one broke off and they have absolutely no apex .. if another nail breaks it can take my whole nail with it . Unfortunately not returning here anymore $109 down the drain read more

I had come to this location before and was very impressed so I decided to come back. I called this morning to make an appointment and confirm they do dip. I am incredibly disappointed at the following: super rushed pedicure! I took the time. I could tell she was in a hurry and from start to finish she took 10 minutes. Then comes by dip. When she asked me for the color I said same as my toes. She then proceeded to try and sell me on getting gel. I said no, I would like dip. Half way she takes out the gel color and tells me she doesn't have the dip color that matches my toes. This is all after she is being incredibly rough on my fingers and rushing the work. I get it, the next appointment was waiting and they wanted a full set. I had an appointment. It was clear to me she as rushing to get me out and get to the full set appointment. Needless to say, I will continue to look for another location to take my business to. I veered from my other place since my guy left and have been looking for a new spot. Thought this would be the place but I don't appreciate the service and lack of effort. So so very disappointed. My nails look awful. They look cheap. $75 down the drain. Update: It's now Wednesday and my nail color has lifted as I thought it would. Not even a week after but if you would have seen and timed the way my nails were done, this isn't surprising. Again so incredibly upsetting. I'm now having to leave this color on since she filed my nails. To even go and pay for someone else to fix this will only upset me more. I recommend if you see the nail tech rush, say something. We work way too hard to have poor service. I had called ahead a few days to schedule 2 pedicures. On the day of my appointment the manager called asking me where I was, 15 minutes before my appointment time. She had left a voice-mail even saying my appointment time which is how I know that she knew I wasn't late so I was confused why she had called. I had been driving which is why I didn't answer the phone. Then parking was a little hard to find so I was 3 minutes past my appointment time. She called again and this time I answered as my mom and I were walking to the door. I let her know that we were about to walk in. My mom and I thought that maybe they were very busy and that's why they kept calling. We walked into an empty salon. No other customers were there and the nail technicians were just sitting waiting. Then the manager tried to push my mom and me to add manicures to our service. I opted for the basic manicure but my mom said no thank you. The manager lady was clearly annoyed with my mom's no. The lady, Helen, who did my pedicure was very nice and thorough. The lady, Lily, who did my mom's pedicure did not do a very good job and even messed up applying the nail polish twice. My mom didn't even say anything when she noticed that Lily started removing the 1st attempt of nail polish. The manager lady, who wasn't wearing a name tag which is why I don't know her name, had done my manicure. She didn't offer me any swatches for picking the color and would bring me a color and then get annoyed when I said I didn't like it. I had wanted a lavender and she kept bringing pink. My mom ended up pointing to a bottle and I just said that color was fine. The manager didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails and she was very annoyed when I didn't want to do gel. She was rude and even got annoyed with Helen for the time she wS taking with my pedicure. Keep in mind the whole time we were there only 1 lady came in as a walk in for a pedicure. The place was clean but my mom and I would not be coming back and we would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The service was horrible. The manager was very pushy and rude. read more

I clearly specified I do not like short nails. She went ahead and cut my nails short. And then when I seen she said sorry. She also did not paint my nails good. When she was painting, I let the other lady know that I didn't like the way she was painting them and she said she still needed to clean them but I knew I wasn't going to like them.
