I've truly appreciated their consistency. I've been coming here few a close to 2 years. When I started getting my lashes done, I was looking for newer places who had promotional offers and it was always hit or miss. And when I would try to squeeze in going to another place, it never works out. They always have availabilty and although I haven't gone to the East LA location, it's nice to know that they have multiple locations. Paying a little more for consistency is so worth it. read more

I've been coming here for years and this is the first time I've ever had a really bad experience. The eyelash extensions were applied in a way that they were constantly poking my eyes and causing discomfort. I went back to have them fixed, but instead of correcting the issue, the technician just removed the lashes and didn't replace them or offer a proper solution. It honestly felt like a waste of money, which was disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how situations like this are handled. read more

Ana is the best! I have been going to her for a while and she always know exactly what I want. She is particular and super detailed to make sure I walk out with a beautiful set every time. The store is located in a small plaza with limited parking but you can always park in the plaza next door and walk over. Other than that, definitely recommend making an appointment! Prices are reasonably lower than others for same (and even better) quality of work. read more

I brought my girlfriend here to get her lashes done and they charged us $100 for clusters. In less than a week, they started falling out. By the 8th day, she called to have them fixed, but the tech said she'd do it this time only and that my girlfriend had "waited too long." That makes no sense--lashes shouldn't be falling out in clumps after just getting them done. She went back to get them "fixed," but honestly, they still look bad. We won't be coming back here. read more

I came to this establishment with my friends. We all had completely different experiences. They were very rude to my friends during our visit. My friends were not satisfied with their lashes and wanted to make some adjustments but they were rushed out immediately after their session. One of my friend has a chemical burn from the glue they used and her eyes were red and irritated two days after the appointment. My other friend was treated very rudely by the front desk receptionist. Highly would not recommend coming to this place. I came read more

This place has changed ownership or at least they remodeled so it's much nicer and cleaner inside now. I was able to squeeze in last minute and I'm writing this review after my last mash fell off in January! ESP when I got these done in November. Good glue that didn't make my eye sting and it lasted! I got a full set 5/3 by 5/10 they were coming off..I got them filled again..by 5/15 I was done. For me they didn't stay..I couldn't decide on sensitive or oil proof glue. I might get them again this summer with the oil/water proof glue..they looked nice and the ladies were nice..place is clean. I didn't feel like the lady really listened to me when I described what I wanted but they still came out ok. I wanted cat eye like the shape of my eyes..my friend referred me here. read more

My go to place to get lashes done now! I got my lashes a few months ago while going on vacation and I am so surprised how long they lasted me. I went in the ocean water every day for 10 days and the lashes lasted over a month. Probably would've gone longer if I didn't sleep on my side at times, because one side was almost perfect and the other was falling off more. I went back to get a new set just like the first set and again very satisfied! The technicians are very quick people and appointments are easily made, sometimes same day! read more

I never give bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with the services I received here. My lashes came out so heavy and my eyes were stinging so badly. Before I could ask for some extensions to be removed, I was rushed out to make room for their next client. I came to my allotted time and would've expect to leave satisfied if accommodations were needed. With that said, I went to a different location to get them removed so I wouldn't have to deal with the lack of hospitality but my eyes are still bloodshot from this store's glue and them gluing the extensions so close to the lash line. Was recommended this place but won't be coming back. read more

I wish I can give this zero stars because the service here was terrible. I was scammed and the workers were really rude. My lash set didn't come out exactly the way I wanted and when I asked the workers if I can get it fixed they said no and didn't offer any other accommodations. I wasn't offered any other methods of payment therefore when I paid with card I was charged with an extra $2 fee and I was also asked to give tip on the spot. Never coming back I do not recommend this to anyone! read more

Beautiful Iashes, I'm very happy with them. I purchased Groupon for double mink but paid $5 extra at the store for the upgrade to YY Mink lashes (11/13/11 length). I love them! They are so full looking and yet doesn't feel like anything at all. Very soft to the touch. The whole process took about 1 hour. Plenty of parking in business lot. They have 2 locations: one in Monterey Park and one in Rowland Heights. Thank you so much!!! Please tip well, they deserve it. read more

The tech had mistaken me for one of her regulars who gets lashes done. I think the biggest issue was that I had a mask on and we had communication issues. I was shocked! As you can see, I'm a newbie at these services. Fast forward, I yelped this spot to get those lashes removed. It was WAY too much for me and I went from looking classy to trashy. However, when I got to the location my fickle mind changed and I ended up with a set of lashes more suitable for me. Mona was my tech and she was gentle and fast. What surprised me even more was that the glue didn't have a scent. The previous place's glue smelled like perm products. That's why I honestly though it was a perm.

The lash tech was very pushy about the upsell, repeatedly touching me and trying to convince me to spend more. I left feeling that I wasn't going to be happy with the service, so I decided not to go through with the appointment. If you're considering purchasing this Groupon, be aware that the lashes included are not what many people would expect when they read "mink lashes," and you may be pressured into paying extra for a better set. I ended up getting a refund through Groupon and booked an appointment at another lash studio down the street that is what the Groupon cost and the $30 she was trying to up charge me but without the unprofessionalism .This experience also made me realize how much I appreciate the lash studio I normally go to and if it sounds too good it probably is lol.

I had asked about the ad before I went in, and she had acknowledged and said yes. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English well enough. When my time was cut short, I showed her that ad again and tried to explain it to her, then she took it to someone I did not see and said $40, 30 minutes. Not only did I not get the full hour as advertised, but I was cut short by 10 minutes. I left unsatisfied. Massage wasn't all that to go back to that place of business.

And she has an amazing selection of colors and product--Christa is a next level tech. Some of the products Christa used I have never even seen at other places. I could tell she cared about the quality of product she puts on her client's hands. I had reviewed her prices beforehand, and she told me her mantra was "nail art for all."
