10/10 would NOT recommend. Gave them several photos of what I wanted. Told them clearly I wanted natural wispy look. Not heavy or thick. The girl took 3 hours just for me to have them remove them and leave with my natural lash because they can't look at photos or listen to instructions.

Finally found a place that offers a dark brown extensions. First time here and i love it. It is a bit on the pricey side compared to others but the quality makes up for it. The lash is really light and not plastic-y. I would definitely make this my to go lash place from now on.

my technician was very nice and so were the other girls working here. I loved how my lashes looked but when I got home my friends and family told me the length was too long for my eye shape. I hadn't really noticed the length since it's more noticeable when I look to the side or up. The more I looked at them the more I agreed that they were just a bit too long and made my eyes droopy. They do ask you what style and length you want but I don't really get my lashes done so I don't know what length looks the best on me. Also I was shown the length in the middle of my eye not the ends. The style wasn't flattering on my eye shape. I called and asked them if there was anyway I could fix the length & they told me they couldn't since the glue was new and all settled? I just wish there was a solution on getting them fixed because I leave on a trip for a month in a few days and I saved up to get my lashes done. I also believe that if you're a lash tech you should know what lengths suit someone's eye shape. I'm not too familiar with lash extension so I'm a bit disappointed on how unflattering they look. Like I said they aren't terrible from a far but when I look up or to the side the length looks ridiculous on my eye shape.. not sure what to do now

Update! They reached out the exact day that I got my services done to come back in and fix what needed to be fixed. Mainly with the eyebrows. They seemed very sweet and sincere, I would've gone back but I live a ways away and started on a busy weekend. All these weeks later, I am still impressed with my lashes! They're barely coming down. I think I jumped the gun with giving them a 3 star review so changed it to 4 stars for this reason! Come here for your lash lifts!

Honestly Vivi was great and gentle for my first time experience I will be going back shortly for sure !!! I would suggest the sensitive glue if your eyes are sensitive because my eyes were red right after & sore the next day BUT it was nothing to do with my lash tech she was great and helpful , my eyes are just very sensitive in particular. I will be looking forward to my next visit ! read more

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.

I booked a brow lamination appointment and told the technician before the service started that I…read moredid not want the underside of my brows waxed because I was trying to preserve new growth. The underside was waxed anyway. When I followed up, the owner explained that shaping is required with brow lamination and that avoiding the underside is not something they do because it does not meet their standards. My issue is that this was not explained to me before the service began. If my request could not be accommodated, I should have been told so I could decide whether to continue. I requested a refund, but it was denied because the service was completed and their policy says services are non-refundable. Overall, this was disappointing. For me, the issue was communication and feeling like a clear boundary I stated before the appointment was not honored.

I asked her if she could do a polish change, she replied "no I don't do that... polish changes are not worth my time and not worth my money so I'm not gonna do it" this person could've at least said no I'm sorry unfortunately that is not something that I do but she just straight up said no and not in a nice way. If a person is contacting you for help, you should be professional all times.

好这是我在该店的两次消费体验。第一次整体满意度大约在60%左右，因此我选择再给一次机会，但第二次体验明显更差，也让我决定不再光顾。第一次体验中，我已经感受到一些不适：睫毛胶水刺激性较强，过程中持续流泪；胶布偏硬，拆除时有明显拉扯感；操作床接近硬板，枕头也缺乏支撑，整体舒适度较低。结合价格来看，服务与环境的匹配度并不理想。当时因为店内客人较少，我甚至没有注意到床位之间完全没有任何遮挡，连基本窗帘也没有，如果当时意识到这一点，我不会选择再次消费。第二次体验的问题更加明显，主要集中在基础设施和服务细节。首先，店内床位之间没有任何遮挡，所有顾客处于同一开放空间，缺乏基本隐私保护。在涉及时间及费用的沟通中，也是在开放环境下直接进行，容易让人感到不适。其次，预约沟通中曾明确说明"迟到15分钟可能取消或更换技师"，这一点本身是可以理解并接受的。但同时信息中也传达出时间紧张的信息并催促我去、没说取消。然而在实际到店后，相关问题并未以预约信息一致或专业的方式处理，而是在其他顾客面前直接沟通甚至带有指责意味，这种处理方式让人感到不适。与此同时，可能产生的额外费用也未提前清晰说明，而是在现场才提出，服务透明度不足。第三，床和颈枕设计不符合人体工学，支撑不足，躺卧过程不舒适。技师在过程中多次要求调整姿势，但未考虑顾客的身体感受，平板床真的很难受。调整颈枕高度和位置的需求反馈也未被回应。整体来看，这些问题更多源于服务意识与硬件配置不足，而非个别沟通问题。如果能够在隐私保护、沟通方式及设备舒适度方面做出基本优化，这类问题是可以避免的。 This review is based on two visits. My first experience was about 60% satisfactory, so I decided to give the place another chance. However, the second visit was significantly worse and confirmed my decision not to return. During my first visit, I already experienced several issues: the eyelash glue was quite irritating and made me cry continuously; the tape felt stiff and pulled on my skin during removal; and the treatment bed was extremely hard, with a pillow that lacked proper support. Considering the price, the overall setup and comfort did not meet expectations. At that time, since there were very few customers, I did not notice that there were no partitions or even simple curtains between beds. Had I been aware of the lack of privacy, I would not have returned. The second visit highlighted more serious concerns, mainly related to facilities and service details. First, there is no privacy protection between beds--no curtains or partitions at all. All customers are placed in the same open space, and conversations regarding scheduling and charges are conducted openly, which can feel uncomfortable. Second, the booking message clearly stated that appointments could be canceled or reassigned if I was more than 15 minutes late, which I found reasonable and acceptable. However, the message also implied time pressure, prompting me to come in accordingly. Upon arrival, these issues were not handled in a consistent or professional manner. Instead, they were addressed openly in front of other customers in a way that felt accusatory. Additionally, potential extra charges were not clearly communicated in advance and were only brought up on-site, reflecting a lack of transparency. Third, the bed and neck pillow are not ergonomically designed and provide insufficient support. During the service, I was repeatedly asked to adjust my position, but my feedback to adjust the pillow was not taken into account. Overall, these issues appear to stem from insufficient service standards and inadequate facilities rather than any misunderstanding. With basic improvements in privacy, communication, and comfort, these problems could be avoided. read more

From the moment I walked in, Daisy made me feel comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was looking for something natural but with a little extra volume, and she absolutely nailed it.
