10/10 would NOT recommend. Gave them several photos of what I wanted. Told them clearly I wanted natural wispy look. Not heavy or thick. The girl took 3 hours just for me to have them remove them and leave with my natural lash because they can't look at photos or listen to instructions.

Finally found a place that offers a dark brown extensions. First time here and i love it. It is a bit on the pricey side compared to others but the quality makes up for it. The lash is really light and not plastic-y. I would definitely make this my to go lash place from now on.

my technician was very nice and so were the other girls working here. I loved how my lashes looked but when I got home my friends and family told me the length was too long for my eye shape. I hadn't really noticed the length since it's more noticeable when I look to the side or up. The more I looked at them the more I agreed that they were just a bit too long and made my eyes droopy. They do ask you what style and length you want but I don't really get my lashes done so I don't know what length looks the best on me. Also I was shown the length in the middle of my eye not the ends. The style wasn't flattering on my eye shape. I called and asked them if there was anyway I could fix the length & they told me they couldn't since the glue was new and all settled? I just wish there was a solution on getting them fixed because I leave on a trip for a month in a few days and I saved up to get my lashes done. I also believe that if you're a lash tech you should know what lengths suit someone's eye shape. I'm not too familiar with lash extension so I'm a bit disappointed on how unflattering they look. Like I said they aren't terrible from a far but when I look up or to the side the length looks ridiculous on my eye shape.. not sure what to do now

Update! They reached out the exact day that I got my services done to come back in and fix what needed to be fixed. Mainly with the eyebrows. They seemed very sweet and sincere, I would've gone back but I live a ways away and started on a busy weekend. All these weeks later, I am still impressed with my lashes! They're barely coming down. I think I jumped the gun with giving them a 3 star review so changed it to 4 stars for this reason! Come here for your lash lifts!

Remember this name EVA! . I had the worst experience with a different lash technician at a horrible place They gave me the most fake looking disgusting Lashes imaginable. I couldn't go to Vegas looking like a clown. So EVA squeeze me in to her busy schedule and she gave me the eye lashes of my dreams. They're so lightweight, so natural looking and most importantly last OMG!! It's been almost 3 weeks and I have 60% of my lashes still in. EVA is the most amazing skilled technician. I don't have natural looking lashes but she makes me feel whole again. They feel good they look amazing and it doesn't weight on your natural lashes. I love this place! They do amazing lashes. I always get the 100% real mink lashes and I always get so many compliments about how beautiful my lashes are and people always ask if they are my real lashes, which I love! Eva and Vivi are amazing. I 100% recommend this place. I have been coming here for over a year now and I don't plan on going anywhere else. There is no competition with their quality and kindness. Do not come here to get your eyebrows done. Not only do they charge $18 for waxing & a $2 fee to use your card but they're NOT experienced in waxing eyebrows. I came in with thick grown out eyebrows and came out with this. I specifically told her DONT THIN THEM OUT and that's exactly what she did. Absolutely horrible experience and I'm never coming back here again don't waste your money here on eyebrows because they definitely will mess them up. An extremely unsatisfied customer. read more

this was my first time coming here and all though my lashes came out nice and I loved them, the prep hurt, As she was putting my lashes on the glue was literally burning my eyes. the next day i got home and 7 lashes fell out and I went back to do them since they fix lashes that fall out within 3 days. I went the next day and felt bad she was doing it for free and tipped $40 for 10 minutes of her time. I got home and the next day they fell out again. They told me it was because my skin was oily. Their work is pretty the first day, but I will not be coming here unless the prep gets better and lashes will stay on longer. Very sweet ladies though. read more

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place. The first time I went, Eva did my lashes and they weren't lashed fully. It is supposed to be one extension to one lash. They only lash a straight line she said. I told her and she said they were fine even though I could see they weren't. She didn't add lashes and said I was done. My lashes didn't last long and the inner corner of one eye looked like I didn't have lashes. It looked sparse to begin with. It wasn't worth driving back so I just waited to book a fill. I tried booking two different times. The first time they changed what service I booked. The second time they changed the service I booked two times and changed the lash tech. This was an hour before my appointment. I gave up and just canceled. Will be trying another lash place. read more

I went in to get classic eye lash extensions. I have never had a problem before but when I had mine done here my eye lids swelled. I didn't even have them on for a day before they became swollen. Waste of money. I would not suggest this place for extensions. read more

I'm writing this review as I just got home from my sugaring appointment…read more I am a loyal customer and have gone to different estheticians for Brazilian sugaring here - at their old Rancho location, the new Fontana location, and my first time here at the new Rancho location. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.

My first experience was about 60% satisfactory, so I decided to give the place another chance. However, the second visit was significantly worse and confirmed my decision not to return. During my first visit, I already experienced several issues: the eyelash glue was quite irritating and made me cry continuously; the tape felt stiff and pulled on my skin during removal; and the treatment bed was extremely hard, with a pillow that lacked proper support. Considering the price, the overall setup and comfort did not meet expectations. At that time, since there were very few customers, I did not notice that there were no partitions or even simple curtains between beds. Had I been aware of the lack of privacy, I would not have returned. The second visit highlighted more serious concerns, mainly related to facilities and service details. First, there is no privacy protection between beds--no curtains or partitions at all. All customers are placed in the same open space, and conversations regarding scheduling and charges are conducted openly, which can feel uncomfortable. Second, the booking message clearly stated that appointments could be canceled or reassigned if I was more than 15 minutes late, which I found reasonable and acceptable. However, the message also implied time pressure, prompting me to come in accordingly. Upon arrival, these issues were not handled in a consistent or professional manner. Instead, they were addressed openly in front of other customers in a way that felt accusatory. Additionally, potential extra charges were not clearly communicated in advance and were only brought up on-site, reflecting a lack of transparency. Third, the bed and neck pillow are not ergonomically designed and provide insufficient support. During the service, I was repeatedly asked to adjust my position, but my feedback to adjust the pillow was not taken into account. Overall, these issues appear to stem from insufficient service standards and inadequate facilities rather than any misunderstanding. With basic improvements in privacy, communication, and comfort, these problems could be avoided. read more
