    Sloppy polish.

Three stars are for affordability, how nice everyone was, and the relaxing nature of the pedicure. However, the polish was just terribly applied. It looks like my little cousin did it. Apologies in advance because toe pics are kinda gross but gotta show receipts. The nail polishes on the wall all look old and crusty, and as the older woman was painting my toes she had to add polish thinner to the bottle- if they buy some new polish, maybe it won't be so difficult to apply and the manicures and pedicures will look like professional jobs. I could have done much better at home and now I have to try to clean it up myself. But everyone is really nice!

I'm highly recommend this place. The lady helped me pick a beautiful color and did amazing job. The best manicure I had in Gainesville.

I Love Queen nails, went back again today and they never disappoint. Henry did a great job removing my old acrylic nails and giving me a pretty pink gel manicure. He always takes his time to make sure he doesn't damage your nails. Can't wait to go back next week to get a pedicure done.

Very satisfied with my shellac mani from today

Let me start by saying my manicurist was awsome. He is one of the owers and really takes his time to clean and prep the nails properly. I got shellac. He was great and my fingernails look great. His daughter did my friends nails and hers turned out just as great. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for the new girl who made my pedicure experience pretty painful. She cut my cuticles way too close to my actual skin so that the rest of the time all the products she used burned horribly. I would also add that they are very clean. Unlike other places I've been to (looking at you Tammi nails) the equipment and work stations were clean. And my manicurist washed his hands before starting my nails. I will definitely be returning again just asking that this new girl not do my toes.

Light pink shellac with a little glitter; done by Angela.

I recently got married and decided to get pink and white acrylics. Four weeks later I remebered why I dislike acrylics; they destroy your nails. I looked through many reviews and found Queen's Nails. Angela was my tech and she did an amazing job! This is how a nail salon should be, customer centered and customer driven. Angela took her time doing my nails and suggested shellac; a much better option than acrylics. She is very knowledgable about her profession and very friendly. If you want your nails done correctly go here! I will definately go back and bring my friends with me.

This shows 3 Of the nails. The 4th is on the other hand.

I went to Queen nails this weekend based upon the reviews that I have seen on yelp. I had a full set done which cost me $45, and when they were done they looked beautiful. But here I am three days later and four of the nails have already lifted. This is not worth $45. I am sad to say I will not be going back because as far as I'm concerned this is the worst set I have ever had. None have ever lifted as quickly as this set has.

The nails I got done. The gel they use is very expensive and very good. He's careful to make sure he doesn't damage your nails.

Great job. I was from out of town and found this salon on yelp. They are very meticulous, I will return when I get back to Gainesville.

Pure Aesthetics is the best hidden gem of Gainesville. I spent the last decade moving around and…read moretraveling throughout the nation and have had aesthetic treatments at so many med spas and salons that I have lost count. Pure Aesthetics is hands down one of the highest quality experiences you will ever receive. From the moment you walk in the door, there are multiple receptionists who began greeting me by name on only my second visit. The atmosphere immediately calms you when you walk into the lobby, you will feel like you are about to have a massage! They always offer water, champagne, or a collagen drink (even if you are running late to your appointment, like I have unfortunately done more than once!) I can only speak to the services of Kelsey (electrolysis) and Lindsey (Coolsculpting Elite) from personal experience, but I am fully confident in saying that my experience every single appointment over the past few months is indicative of the entire staff. I cannot exclaim my praise for either of these women loudly enough. No matter what area of the body you would like to learn more about treatment for, everyone at Pure Aesthetics has an in-depth knowledge of the services offered and will never pressure you into booking a treatment or purchasing a product whatsoever. I was especially impressed to learn that all staff members that offer treatments must work the front desk for a period of time to learn how the office (and schedule) operates and to interact with the clients. I think this is the greatest idea from a Human Resources perspective (which I happen to have my Bachelor's degree in ) and ensures that any information given over the phone is well-informed, and not simply a reiteration of the menu of services offered which you can read for yourself online. If you are seeking a treatment of an area but are not quite sure if you'd like to go the surgical route, the building is shared with Gaines Plastic Surgery. I cannot personally attest to Dr. Gaines, as I have not had any surgeries at this location, but this is truly an incredible partnership that allows clients to pursue all their aesthetic or cosmetic procedures in one place, with staff they are already comfortable with greeting them and offering a plethora of experience, knowledge, and services along the way. Lastly, I feel it would be remiss not to mention the personal touch and genuine care that the staff has for each and every client. A few months ago, I had a personal emergency which left me without my cell phone, and I ended up "no-call, no-show-ing" two appointments in a row. Instead of blocking me from scheduling further appointments, both Kelsey and Lindsey showed immediate, unwavering care and concern and welcomed me back to my appointments as soon as I was able to make contact again. Of course, I hope such an incident never happens to anyone else, but many Med Spas that I know of would enforce a strict cancellation policy with no questions asked, but not here. When I come here, I know that I'm not only trusting my body with experts and professionals at their specialties, but trusting my overall wellbeing to a team that genuinely wants to see everyone look, feel, and achieve their best. I recommend anyone who is even considering a treatment at Pure Aesthetics to visit the website and at a minimum, get on the email list, as there is a new special each month, and the treatment you're eyeing might be next on the list for a discount! Special or not, my experiences here have been worth every penny!

I want to write a fair review so I waited until I had finish my treatments (6 visits) to write…read morethis. All I can say is what a waste of time and money. After 6 treatments I still have to shave (I am not a hairy person). After 4 treatments there should not have much hair left. She told me by end of my treatment there should not be any hair at all. But it is not true. I am so glade I did not pay additional to get extra area done (she will try to sell you). Her customer service skill are very bad. I do feel being rushed every time. She is not professional at all. She can never answer my questions. Her answer is always "I can't answer your question because everyone is different". Who else can answer my questions if she can't? Going in every 2 weeks is just too soon. I had laser treatment before, most place that I had visited don't ask you to come back until 6 weeks later. I even ask her why 2 weeks it sound too soon. Her answer was 2 weeks is the best time to get best result. I should have waited longer between treatments if I know better. Who knows maybe my result would turn out better if I stretch out the visits. I feel I had been cheated, because few of my visits she only give me 3 zaps (how can 3 zap cover all area?). The most she ever did was 6 zaps and that is because it was my last visit and I had to ask her to make sure she cover all the areas because I am not happy with the result. so she tells me to go back for touch up and each touch up cost $75 (If I remember it right). There is no way I would ever return to that place for any kind of service. And why should I pay extra on something should have been done at the first place. I just feel this Groupon deal is a total rip off. I understand you get what you paid for but this is just not acceptable. Due to this experience I will no longer buy anything off Groupon. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!

So my end results? A waste of $400. Still have hair, need to shave. Hope said 'Oh its because your…read morehair is too short when you come in' Umm...you make us come in every two weeks!!! TOTAL rip off! Someone, please report this place! P.S. I dont think its even proper Lasers that they use, its IPL
